I opened a new account with Janelle at the Butte branch and she was an absolute pleasure to work with! Plus these guys offered the best interest rate on an auto loan I could find, better than the bank I had been with for 13 years previously.

Janelle was absolutely amazing and super helpful in getting me a loan and financed for a new vehicle. The whole process went so smoothly. And all the ladies I have came in contact with since joining have been super helpful and walked me through the app step by step! Thanks to you all!!

My favorite part about RMCU is their great customer service! They are willing to do whatever they can to help with your financial needs and they work hard to build trusting relationships with each member. They offer competitive rates and many different products and services to help you meet your financial goals! I am definitely grateful for rocky and the services they provide. Also love their mobile app!!

RMCU is an EXCELLENT place to do business with. Their customer service and willingness to help you through the confusion of the financial world is second to none. They know you by first name & know your story each time you walk through the doors. They treat every member and employee with kindness and compassion. They genuinely want to help you and they don t treat you like just another account. I m very happy with my decision two years ago to switch to RMCU!

The Rocky Mountain Credit Union is not to large not to small, the employees seem to know every insureds name . So when I go into do my banking I'am always greeted w/a hello Mary . Best customer service of any Bank or Credit Union I have done business/w maybe that is why I have stayed w/Rocky Mountain Credit Union for over 50+ years since it started over 50+ years ago when it opened as "Safeway Federal Credit Union". They offer any & all forms of banking, & I have used almost all of the different things you can have in a bank.

Even though they are up to date with their technology, the physical bank maintains its home town laid back atmosphere. The tellers are friendly and relaxed so it's never a stressful time if you need to stop in.
