Pretty easy access from I 15 and lots of room to maneuver my 32' RV. My issue was the washrooms. To be polite they were dirty. That was a put off for me. Typical for service station convenience store with a pretty good selection but overpriced.

The pre-made deli sandwiches that we have gotten here are tasty and are a fairly large sandwich. The no-bake cookies are also a delicious treat if you are a fan of them.

Always a good place to stopover when we re in butte and shower and do laundry! Great employees, big areas for Rv parking and smaller rigs. Not too much nighttime noise either. Beautiful view too.

Nice truck stop. Hot case food is great. Special customer soda machines are cool. Gets a tad busy here .. but there s another one across the street you can check for parking

Very nice Town Pump, Pilot travel center located a mile East of the I -15, on the I-90 split.All kind of things here to eat from cold sandwiches to microwaved hot sandwiches. They have a lot of different breakfast sandwiches also.The store was very clean and so was the restrooms. All the employees I came in contact with were very nice and friendly.

Not a good day to have stopped. DEF frozen. Fuel island was trashed as apparently no one wanted to brave the cold in order to pick up trash and add in that everybody had to use bottled DEF and there were DEF jugs everywhere. Showers and restrooms both closed because water lines froze. Parking lot solid ice.Realize they can not control the weather but they know it is the norm for Montana and should be better prepared. Also no excuse for not doing their job.On a positive note, they usually have a good selection of available food items.

This place is awful! I was passing through on a road trip and NOTHING about this place was even average. There were cigarettes in the window washer fluid, no paper towels in the dispenser, the bathrooms looked like you could catch a disease by just walking through the door, the staff was unfriendly, and to top it all off, the gas prices were cheaper right across the street. I don t know if it s Pilot or Town Pump, but this ought to be a hard no on anybody s travel itinerary.

Clean but ready to eat foods looked like they were left from the lunch rush (it was 5pm). Cashiers spent more time visiting together than working.

I have to say town pump is a 100 times better than most pilots if it would Bixby a normal pilot. It would be dirty nasty and have odors everywhere. The only problem I have with this one is a simple fact that they're supposed to have food in the counter that they don't. They don't fix food off an enough to be up the ball food now. There's no restaurants locally. There's nothing there, so if I don't have food that you can eat. You're gonna be stuck eating potato chips they didn't have hot dogs on the rack

Pumps take 126$ out of your account when you get gas now even if your car holds 20$. There pump didn't even give me gas took 126 out of my account I missed my Dr. Appointment in Idaho because I couldn't get gas. Lady in store was rude and wouldn't help just threatened to call the cops because the stole from me. I had to get a new card and fight with my bank to get it resolved. Bad costumer service bad attitude s over all just a bad place

The cleanest fuel islands I have seen in a long time. Unfortunately you can only use rewards points for certain things as this is NOT a corporate store

Very clean and very busy. Super happy staff. Showers were clean. Mom approved restrooms.Lots to choose from very well stocked truck stop.

It'd be nice to have a kind and polite customer service,an old cashier assistant got mad at me for asking for summer windshield good for bugs stains.He said all windshields washers fluids were good, he raised his voice in aggressive way. I said whatever you said and did not want to escalate the situation and didn't get the fluid.Customers deserve good customer service.The truck drivers buy thousands of dollars in fuel at this station every day,He was no friendly at all.

People are as friendly as can be. Very clean and lots of room showers lots of parking for both trucks and cars. great food. Very well stocked. Stop by you won't be disappointed.

Pitstop on our travels to Montana to see my son who was in the hospital.It was nice and clean and grabbed snacks for our trip.

I just wanted to point out that this gas station diesel prices are not the same as they portray on their bill board. On their billboards they show that diesel was $4.43 yet when I pulled up to fuel it it was $5.01. Please pay attention to what they show on their billboards vs what the actual price is. This is getting absolutely ridiculous for all truck drivers on the road. There is a gas station next to them called Flying J they are honest with their prices. I saved money on diesel and their service was great.

Enormous area. Very easy for cars and big rigs to get in and out and find parking. The store sells nearly everything and the staff is friendly. Definitely a recommended must stop for all travelers.

I asked about the showers and the lady told me they remolded from 15 to 8 to make them bigger in size. Indeed, they did and they are beautiful!!!! 5 for me!! I felt like I was talking a shower at a really nice hotel here at this Pilot Travel Center here in Butte, MT!!!

$15 for one of the filthiest showers I've ever seen, first one I went in had dirt and loose change on the floor, gobs of hair in the shower, I turned right around. Second one I was directed to that was "just cleaned" was the same. After another cleaning I gave up. The poor old man doing the cleaning needs to retire. The floor was still grimey, the toilet was visibly dirty, and there's no ventilation at all, so it's stifling. This location is bottom of the barrel

Just made a quick stop to walk the dog and grab some snacks. Nothing major as most Travel Centers are there for some quick snacks and some gas. Restrooms where clean and well presented, they had a small lawn where we could take the dog to get some exercise.

The casino, now open 24/7, free drinks... if the bartender works. Too busy taking breaks and smoking with guys to do her job. Drive across the state to get there before 2 so we could have a beer, got there at 130 and she's on break until after they stop serving. 3rd time this had happened with the same attendant/ bartender. I won't bother stopping again when there's a stop across the highway that actually serves when they are supposed to. I know they appreciate the tips.

parking lot hasnt been fixed since i was here three years ago, showers are nice but not veey clean, i had to clean my shower before i used it.the attendant that was supposed to be cleaning the showers never used the cleaning cart or materials in two hours while i waited on my laundry to finish. bathrooms not very clean either.staff not very friendly or helpful, when you make a complaint to the counter staff they just ignore you, not a clean or nice place to stop at
