We were driving by the downtown area sightseeing and happened to stumble across this gem. They were having a car show with a whole bunch of 1920's or 40's type of cars. We parked and got out. Wow, the whole street was like stepping back in time. The buildings, the window displays and the cars. Absolutely beautiful. I strongly urge people to visit this museum. It will blow you away

Great museum, awesome memorabilia, cars, and license plates! Chill owners, and great prices.

Unreliable hours advertised. Website says they're open until 5p Saturdays (today).Posting from in front of the door, where a sign advertises opening hours of 10a-4p today. It is 1:20p, doors locked, phone number will not connect when dialed.

The museum was a nice stop while in Butte. There is no charge for entry(I put five bucks in the jar). It's a small museum with some old vehicles and highway related items like road signs and old license plates. The staff was very nice to us so we enjoyed the visit. The best part was the gentleman there said we could have an item from a table of things left over by people who donated things to the museum. I got an Army Marching Band CD. I like marching band music.

Great place! There was a lot to explore. Went there last summer, bought a bunch of old used license plates as gifts for my friends, each was 4 dollars (same stuff in NYC costs from 20 dollars each).

Super neat piece of Butte history, as well as dedicating their front window space to cats from the local animal shelter that need furever homes!!!! Absolutely recommend checking out this downtown gem.

A small museum, but with some interesting things to see. A vintage school bus. A collection of expired license plates from many States (plates can be purchased).
