I know most people don t enjoy talking to their insurance company but that s not true with this office. Everyone in this office has impressed me time and again. My most recent communication was with Misty and her knowledge, professionalism, friendly personality and prompt informative responses just needed to be acknowledged here! However, their superb customer service isn t the only reason I recommend them, they also provided the best quote on homeowner s insurance. In fact, it was so good that I also asked for quote on my vehicles and promptly switched because it was a better deal (by quite a bit) than my previous insurance company. Also, since I have had them now for several years, I have had to file claims on my home and vehicles and each time they have made it quick and painless. I very much appreciate and recommend them!

Mike and his team sincerely love their community and work very hard to make sure each customer leaves their office better than when they entered. The generosity of this team, and dedication to understanding and meeting their clients individual needs is unparalleled. The best in Butte!!

VERY impressed with Mike and his crew, Connor has the absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in a insurance company!! Sam, Misty and Sarah are always super great when it comes too finding the best rates too! I highly recommend checking out this State Farm crew, you will not be disappointed!

I was a State Farm customer for almost 20 years before I was lured away by lower rates. I regret having left. Due to an issue with Progressive roadside assistance I decided to leave Progressive and see what I could find elsewhere.I decided to check State Farm again because they had been very good to me before. When I got my quote from Sarah @ Mike's office I was astounded, not only did I get the same coverage I had from Progressive but it was a few $ lower and with half the deductible.Sarah was unfailingly polite and pleasant. She worked with me having to call back and forth a few times, and in the end had me remembering why I had stayed with State Farm for so long before.Mike Paffhausen State Farm seems to be on office I will be happy to work with as long as I will need insurance.

Sarah was a wonderful agent! She was knowledgeable, quick, and very pleasant. My family has used State Farm for years, and she has made setting up my own account a very easy process. She gets the job done quickly! If you re going to use State Farm in this city, working with her is in your best interest.

We can t say enough good things about Mike and his team. They have always taken great care of us. When the store was broken into recently, Mike Paffhausen was here boarding up broken windows and helping to clean up. With his help, our store was cleaned, sanitized, and reopened for business in short order. Thanks for everything!

Mike and his team are great to work with. His staff is very professional and well trained, and Mike is a very impressive agent. He is highly educated on how to best protect families and assets, and I learned a great deal from him today on why insurance is important. He honestly explained the various insurance products out there, takes my circumstances into account, and makes good recommendations based on what I really *need* (and he didn't try to just get a fast sale out of me). I would recommend Mike and his team to anyone seeking insurance!

Samantha helped me so much today. She was very quick to respond to me with a quote. I ended up saving over a hundred dollars a month switching to State Farm Insurance. Samantha made sure I was getting maximum savings. She made sure I was covered with renters insurance and also added roadside assistance for next to nothing a month. I highly recommend her!

Mike is an all around great guy. Very fair, honest, and hard working. He cares about his customers, and his service is personal and top-notch. He makes finding insurance easy, and makes sure you get the best deal possible. I can't recommend him enough.

Misty has always fought hard and gone the extra mile to make sure our insurance actually reflects our needs. Her attention to detail and knowing what is available to offer is super helpful! Plus she's better at remembering the time to send in odometer readings than my Google calendar is! Mike is a great guy (hes actually out from behind the desk) and very customer oriented. Love this place and the people who run it!

Mike and the whole staff are great. They treat you like family and help you find the best coverage you need, without being over covered. Mike has been amazing helping me through a very complicated claim, he s there any time of day to answer my questions or find the right person who can. It speaks to the character of an agent when they first ask how are you before what happened after an accident. Also, being backed by State Farm has been amazing, they go above and beyond to fight for you and your rights.

My boyfriend and I went in and went over our policies with Misty yesterday. I must say not only was she very informative she made us feel comfortable and welcome. We had all our questions answered and even many options we can add to our insurance. It is not only the best customer service I ve had in insurance but very down to earth speaking with her and not made to feel like we were outcasts. Mike Paffhausen and his staff are truly a 5 business. Camry was our agent when we decided to use State Farm in Butte, Montana. My husband and I appreciated Camry s genuine customer service care, her willingness to make sure we received the information and consideration needed to create a positive, encouraging and successful experience. Her attention to details is amazing. When not quite sure of an answer Camry does not hesitate asking Mike or the other staff members for help. We were so impressed with the group dynamics that we switched our home insurance as well. The staff at Mike Paffhausen s State Farm Agency truly work together as a team for their clients.

I don t typically write reviews but my experience with mike was above and beyond my expectations. He truly helped explain the foreign world that is life and insurance and took my wife and I through all the details and options. He was patient and very professional. It felt nice to have someone show they actually cared about your families future. I d recommend talking with mike about life insurance and let him help you take care of your families future. If you want some one that really cares about you and will go the extra mile, literally, call mike at State Farm.

Mike and his team have been so helpful and good to our family. He has gone above and beyond not only helping us with our insurance needs but offering advice and guidance to make sure we have all of the ncessities in place as we grow our family. It can be so overwhelming sometimes (especially when you don't know much on the topic) getting all the appropriate paperwork together for insurance and wills and Mike is very knowledgeable and has great advice.

I got a quote from State Farm 9 years ago and they saved me $400.00 annually. They continue to provide the best service available. They are the ultimate of professional! They are honest, kind, efficient and prompt whenever I call. They are very knowledgeable and explain every aspect of multiple insurance policies we have taken out. Mike and his team are beyond have a great professional environment that feels highly personalized to what your needs are. Mike and his crew rock! They have helped us with multiple policies for vehicles and home. They are so knowledgable and invested in our needs. When we walk in, they know us by name and are interested in knowing who we are as people, not just an account. Mike even took a fun picture with our son when he was Jake from State Farm for Halloween! Just a great group of people with good hearts.

Jordan and the rest of the staff have been very helpful changing me over to State Farm. Jordan was able to get me a better rate for everything I had on my previous policy. She worked around my schedule and made the switch very easy! I recommend 100%!!
