I have been going to this particular Les Schwab for the past two and a half years, and have received excellent service every time. Their employees are professional and straight forward. They get cars in and out very quickly, and do an excellent job. Thank you much, it is greatly appreciated.

We woke up to a low tire, due to a screw in our tire . We called Les Schwab and Debbie answered the phone, she was very pleasant and helpful & then when we arrived, Austin checked us in, Tyler fixed our flat (excellent service) and all the employees we had contact with, were smiling and greeted us .5 employees all around. They also had coffee for those waiting... AND the most comfortable chairs, wow. Thank you Les Schwab

As we were traveling south for the Winter our battery light came on. We called and Tom said they were very busy but would work us in. Amazingly, we didn t wait too long and they had us hooked up to machines. They thought we were going to need a new battery and Ed came to install it. So friendly and helpful and knowledgeable. He discovered some cables that just needed to be tightened. We were back on the road in no time. I m a loyal Customer to this Company as they have come to my rescue on other occasions. They are fair and efficient. Thank you Les Schwab Butte MT. You have a Customer for life

I waited until the first big snow like an idiot and decided to get new tires. They were packed! Still pretty friendly �nd did an amazing job on my vehicle. It's just too bad they don't take reservations!!!! Definitely recommend and trust them!

We broke down in Butte on vacation we were having problems finding a place to have our car looked at our tow truck driver suggested Les Schwab they looked at our vehicle but had to order a part. The staff was very helpful and took us back to our hotel at Fairmont so I could get my medication that was there. We really appreciated it because we had no way to get there on our own.

I was traveling down the interstate when I noticed my tire pressure light was on.I pulled into Les Schwab in Butte to have it checked out. The nicest young man checked the pressure on all my tires, aired them up, answered all my questions, and even took the time to show me what to watch out for - and it was free of charge.Highly recommend!

Always great my first experience was getting approved for 1500 credit when I thought for sure I'd be denied but to my surprise I wasn't after approved I picked the tires they had them in stock and the next day they were on my car no problem didn't have to pay anything that day and they recently put tires on my other car last week I didn't wait to long with several people ahead of me I was out of there within a hour to a hour and 10 minutes overall great experience excellent service very friendly and they've all seemed happy and eager to help with all the customers I would definitely recommend them as a good quality (employees and work) tire shop

All the employees are extremely friendly and go more than the extra mile. They didn't even hesitate when I needed a tire repaired. They jumped right on it and had me on the road in no tome

Was quoted $25/tire for installation. Mount and balance. The person on the phone told me that was their walk in price. He knew I was bringing my own tires because they could not order Goodyear tires, so I ordered online. When I brought them in for install the woman said it would be $100 to install two tires. She would not honor the price quote over the phone because I could not remember the name of the person who quoted them. I am highly dissatisfied with their customer service and will never go here again. I went to Lisac s and they charged me $18/tire mount and balance. Highly recommend Lisac s.

Great staff, you own their tires they take care of you, they are nationwide, and the price is worth the service. It would take a book to write about a very serious situation that happened and they did an amazing job in helping us out. I won't go anywhere else. Because of how they honor everything they do.

Had a low tire while traveling on pickup, pulled in to les Schwab no appt, 15-20 minutes later it was fixed and no charge. This is why we buy our tires there. Amazing service friendly people. Peter worked on tire and got it done w a smile!Awesome.Edit: two days later we had low tire on motorhome, couldn t get it aired up so off to les Schwab we went again, immediately taken care of and instead of selling us a new tire, they found the valve stem extension was bad and saved us money! That s amazing they could have sold us a brand new tire, but they have integrity and fixed the problem in a few minutes. Thank you again to Peter for his wonderful customer service.

Fast service. Got a screw in our RV tire up at the KOA in town, they had us a new tire and we were on the road SO FAST.Thanks Lee Schwab team, super appreciate it!

OMG, these guys are amazing! We had a CV axle that had to be removed with an acetylene torch in order to be replaced. We arrived at 3:30, after hours at another shop that couldn't do it, and we were told they weren't sure if they could do it before they closed. After being stuck in Butte for 2 days, we were desperate to get this fixed. And they did! They were done in about 2 hours, for less than the estimate, and we were finally able to get back on the road. Thank you so much! You have no idea how grateful we are that you were able to fix this when 2 other shops couldn't!

We were just passing thru Butte on our way back to Oregon when we noticed a huge bolt in one of our tires, so we stopped at this Les Schwab to investigate. They were courteous, prompt, and extremely professional as they repaired our tire free of cost, which was a huge surprise. Our other vehicles have Les Schwab tires but this car was too new and still has factory tires on it. I was so impressed and grateful for the service they provided. The same great service we are used to in our Oregon Les Schwab locations. Thank You, Butte, Les Schwab!!

I had an improperly balance wheel/tire mounted by a different Les Schwab 2 states away. I dipped off I-90 to see if they could take a look. They pulled up my paperwork and then got me right in. They balanced the wheel and checked my entire front end for suspension wear for free. I think we were in and out in 45minutes, and 15 of it was just getting my family out of the motorhome once we realized they could get us right in (they were hunkering down to wait for several hours). Fantastic service and why I'll spend a little more for quality work at a Les Schwab knowing they'll honor franchise work all over the West, and that (unlike many tire shops) they know how to operate torque wrenches.

We were near Butte and noticed something hanging below our car. We stopped in, and the sweetest woman helped us.She and another employee took a look at the car right away. They came back and told us it wasn't anything to worry about. We were welcome to wait a bit for them to remove it, but continuing on our road trip wouldn't be harmful.We appreciated them going out of their way to help two worried travelers. Five star service, for sure!!

Had a broken cv axle and they got us in immediately. They were very friendly and outgoing and had us up and running in just a few hours. Highly recommend anybody who needs anything done to check out these guys first!!!

Worst experience in a tire shop ever! Went in to have a flat tire patched and was told that the tire had uneven ware and was needed to be replaced. At $378 per tire it was recommended to replace. Total money grab! I went to have a second opinion and was told the tire was fine and they would have no problem fixing it. I thought I would support a sum what local business, but these guys are not the ones you should support. Will never go back to a Les Schwab again, worst experience and waste of time! I don t know if these technicians are on a commission, but sure seems like it. Go elsewhere!

Spoke with Debbie very friendly then we met the Assistant Manager and that was a bad experience. Please read other reviews as it seems to be a running theme with them. We were going to have them do an alignment and put brand new tires that we brought in with us on our rims which this very shop has just done this past summer onthese same rims. As soon as he knew that we brought them with us he started giving us the run around. First it was well are they going to be enough for the load range once he saw they were 10 ply and that didn't work out for him he instantly made up a policy his staff didn't even know about lol. He stated since our custom rims which were bought last year didn't have tpms sensor that they couldn't put any tire on them. We have had this shop put 3 sets of tires on these very rims that we brought in with no problems in fact the last set a couple months ago. He had a problem the second he realized we weren't idiots as he hoped we were. We let him know we thought he was one though. Don't be taken advantage by him... he just wants that commission instead of providing good customer service. By the way another staff member there said he didn't understand the problem and he would have done it. Les Schwab needs to take a strong look at their Management across the board at all shops, its not the first time we've met a bad manager at les schwabs. We are now at Pomps in Butte getting excellent service with no run around.

After 20 years of business with les schwab, I'm taking my business elsewhere. I have a level kit , with some shocks , and tires needing installed and they won't do it. If it's any carry in component such as a shock , they won't install it. They said most likely they won't even install carry in tires and wheels depending on what they are. The funny thing is they performed these kind of services in the past for me regarding carry in items. It's pretty sad that lisacs don't have an issue performing these services at all.

I recently dropped 4 wheels and tires off just to have mounted and balanced. Les Schwab didn't off the particular tire I was wanting to run so I had to order them else where. I liked the shop and the staff are great to work with, and they only charged me $20 to dismount a previous set of tires so I just dropped these off to get mounted and made the mistake of not price checking first. They charged $167.92 to mount and balance 4 tires. 24.99 per tire to mount and 16.99 per tire to balance. Do not go hear to get tires mounted, local tire shops are much more reasonably priced.

They changed over some tires and rims for us. We asked them to kind of look around it while working on it. They wrote up a very thorough review of what the saw. They even took each item and gave us an estimate on the cost to fix each problem in case we couldn't afford to do them all at once.I thought that was exceptionally nice of them.They are always friendly.

I got a flat tire going over the pass and made it to Les Schwab on my donut spare about 20 minutes before they closed. They were so incredibly kind and helpful. When they realized they had no tires in my size, they managed to find a used tire so I could get back to Missoula and they did not charge me. The service was amazing.

Blew out a tire on the highway, ended up needing to get the bearings replaced, and they only charged us for the tires. Super nice people and great customer service. Not to mention their team stayed late just to finish up to get us back on the road.

First time experience. We were moving cross-country and got a flat tire on our way to Washington. The front desk receptionist was so nice and provided excellent customer service, despite this being a first occurrence! I didn't get her name but she was so sweet and recommended breakfast at Annie's Cafe (a 13min walk) from Les Schwab. THANK YOU!!!!

Tires Les Schwab sold me these tires. Two tires failed on me within 2 days and with less than 10000 miles on them. Then Les Schwab tire center refused to replace the exploding tires without me paying.
