The staff was wonderful and thorough at taking care of my needs and wants and got my car done in efficient time. The lobby was clean and welcoming while my two year old daughter hung out with me and waited. I appreciated that they did just the needs on my car and didn t try and upsell me just to make money! I will be going back again for my next service.

Although I wasn't there in person. My daughter took my car down for an oil change for me because I had to work I was overall happy with the service. I was a little shocked by the price. I just recently moved to Butte from Anaconda and have always got my oil changes done at Chuck's Super Lube and was never charged that much and they always did an exceptional job. I do thank you guys for getting it done when I needed it and doing it right. I would recommend to others looking in the Butte area.

I stopped for an oil change. The lady inside was very kind and helpful. We were later showed my air filters and was told they could change my air cabin filter for $54. We opted to change it ourselves. Watching the mechanic through the window I saw he was struggling and trying to jam my glove compartment door back into place. They also revved my engine for about 75 seconds starlight after the oil change which seemed very puzzling to me. When we left, I noticed that my glove compartment door did not shut correctly. We purchased an air filter and I was able to change it in a few minutes. They had replaced the old air filter sideways and I m trying to jam the door shut, they had sheered off one of my clips. I was able to get the door in place properly and it functions as normal, but very dissatisfied with the overall service received. I would not take any of my vehicles back for the slightest of services.

This place is always so fantastic. They are super fast, friendly and have given me great advice on future repairs I might want to keep in mind. In today s day and age, transparency is greatly appreciated.

Got an oil change. Staff was helpful, concise, and to-the-point with my their service. They did a quick check of my fluids and overall vehicle health, too. Didn t bother me with anything that didn t need to be fixed. In and out in about 25 minutes.

10 Week Western Road Trip, 6 weeks out, Butte MT.2018 RAM ProMaster handcrafted high roof camper van, over two winters in New Hampshire. Sweet rig.Called ahead to check if their roof clearance worked, see if they did PMs and had a filter.Arrived 10 min before opening time Friday to two great staffers who aced the program. I tipped them $10 just to acknowledge quality work.Few ever touch this PM, but on-the-road, it s a game of Who Do You Trust. The morning team!

Was a quick oil change but the list of things that rattle off at the end that they checked and did was not accurate. I do not know about all the fluids etc but they said floorboards were vacuumed and they were not even slightly vacuumed. Don't say you did something you didnt.

Top notch service, quick and efficient. Didn't try to upsale me. Noticed that my tires needed rotated and asked and I said yes. Was impressed with their performance.

Very friendly and inviting atmosphere and staff. Knowledgeable staff and provided recommendations of items to repair or renew with no pressure. Price of service was very reasonable. They also provide a 10% military discount as well! Thank you

Didn't put oil filter on correctly causing oil to shoot all over car an serpentine belt. Did not take responsibility instead lied an said there was a leak in the connecting gasket to my oil pan. 3 weeks go by I finally get car to dealership an it's the fricken o ring on the oil filter that caused everything . Just flat out embarrassing would recommend anywhere else

I appreciate the way you do business. Your crews are very courteous and work very efficiently. They always check everything and I appreciate that being retired now I don't get a chance to do that very often. You guys are the best keep up the good work

Jiffy Lube was consistent with previous visits. They checked all key maintenance areas. My history was pulled up immediately upon arrival and I was out of the shop in 20 minutes. Nice work.

This a Google review of a very poor rating, Received oil change on 11/15, which was 120 dollars, most I have ever paid for oil change. On 11/22 while hunting outside of Dillon, my oil warning light came on, checked oil and had none, left vehicle and walked 4 miles to nearest ranch to call for relative to come and get me. Walking in dark and 10 degrees allowed to think my error in picking Jiffy Lube. Next day took 5 quarts oil to vehicle and drove back to Butte, which was almost gone according to employee. Was told it was a defective oil filter. Second oil change was performed. Was told to come back and speak to manager on Tuesday. When speaking to manager he told me "district manager" had not got back to them on refund. After a heated verbal exchange i did get my money for the oil I PURCHASED, no consideration was given to my cold walk and their lack of dependable supplies. An afternoon of spoiled hunting and cold walk will give me reason NOT to recommend this business to anyone. I would suggest manager to use simple math and not claim he is out 250 dollars when he replaced the oil and filter. His original oil was gone, my replacement oi was gone. So he only paid for the second oil change, and my 5 quarts of synthetic cost me 23 dollars.

5 star experience. Super nice guy, he was very cool and we chatted for a bit. I always go here to the Butte Jiffy Lube. We take our whole fleet of vehicles for work here as well. I highly recommend this Jiffy Lube. Ryan Reynolds of Butte MT

Service was great although paying to get my car back was very disappointing. They saw me wait to pay and I was ignored for over 5 minutes. I had to get ther attention again still 2 to 3 minutes for someone to collect my $$$
