I do not have enough good things to say about J&C! I was in a wreck and had some pretty substantial body damage to the front end of my F150. They got us in within a few days and had a quote to us after 2 business days. Parts were ordered. They kept us in the loop throughout the entire process. I called to get something out of the truck and everyone was very polite and cheerful. My truck was repaired quicker than estimated, and the interior had even been cleaned! If I ever need body work again, I will definitely be calling J&C!

J&C body shop was very easy and pleasant to work with. They did very amazing work with great detail. Glenn quoted me a fair price and there were no add ons (actually was cheaper). My car was done way sooner than they said it would be even with the ongoing parts shortage. I would recommend J&C body to anyone in the Butte area that needs there car repaired!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

J and C body shop did a wonderful job repairing my car that was t-boned. The repairs were done early and they kept me informed of the progress. It was super easy dealing with my insurance company for reimbursement to them.

J & C Body Shop is amazing - they have such good customer service and they did a great job of fixing my damaged car doors after it was hit. The driver who hit me had State Farm Insurance, and J & C submitted all of my paperwork which made things so much easier for me. Also, they have a cool app that lets you take photos of your vehicle to send to them for an estimate. I live in Bozeman and came here because they had a shorter wait time and such good reviews. Now I'd totally use them again because they did such a terrific job! My new car looks like new again! :-)Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Rob was my hero today. I was unable to travel after smashing my trailer fender into my tire. I called J&C Body Shop and Rob and his young protege were at my location within minutes, banged out the fender from my tire, assessed my tire's damage, found me good-to-go, and I was on my way. I would definitely use these guys again. Great customer service that reminds me of the way people in Montana conducted business in my youth. Thanks again, Rob! Driving through Butte on my way to Washington, i hit a deer and took a good amount of damage to my front fender, door and hood.� Along with that, my side airbags, seat airbag deployed alomg with locking my seatbelts.Not only did they do a simply fantastic job on making my truck look like new and getting me back on the road in a timely manner, they went out of their way to accommodate me picking up my truck on a weekend.� Big thanks to Zach for coming in on his weekend and to the entire J&C team on a job well done!� If you're looking for a top notch shop that doesn't BS you and produces professional work, look no further!

This place is absolutely terrible. They quoted me nearly $2,000 for a tiny dent that has no scratches and no cracks in the paint, and also no creases in the sheet metal. What that means is it's a simple dent pull. There is also a very small dent on the bumper that actually scraped the paint. They have paint supplies and paint labor for $970 total. You can buy a completely brand new bumper for $600 and the bosy needs no paint. Between that and the fact that you can order a very high end paintless dent puller for $400 I could do the entire thing myself for a $1,000 very easily and in an afternoon when they have a total of basically 20 hours of labor.This is also not the 1st time I've had an issue with them. I did some fairly substantial damage to the bumper of my Blazer shortly after high school years ago, brought it to them and they wanted to charge me nearly $10,000 because they said the frame was bent. I brought it to 7 other body shops, none of which said the frame was bent. This place is clearly out to rip people off and apparently has been for a very long time.On top of those things they clearly are either deaf or don't understand letters. I said and also spelled my name for them and they still got it wrong. I even spelled it twice.

After the bed of my truck got rear ended I thought the truck would be totaled, but they made it look like it never even happened. They gave me constant updates letting me know what they where doing and how much longer it would take them to finish up. Very friendly and not there just to take my money but actually helped me out unlike some body shops, and they have a great warranty. If you have anything wrong with your vehicle I strongly recommend them, thank you J&C for a job well done.Service: Body & Trim

These guys took my pickup after I wrecked it, an hour after calling they had my pickup on the wrecker, and took only 3 weeks to repair and repaint the entire driver side. They called consistently to keep me updated, never got frustrated when I called to check in, and treated me with respect. When I picked up my pickup, they made it look better than when I bought it. My name is Kevin and I am from Boise Idaho. I got into an accident in Butte Montana. Took my vehicle to J and C.They did an excellent job on the repair of my 2017 ram 1500.I felt that having a accident in mid winter was going to take 30 days or so to repair but it did not. They were quick ,up front with the time schedule of the repair and actually they beat the scheduled date.I really like this company and I know this is only a review but they are the honest repair shop and mechanics i ve ever met.Five stars to them and I hope those who read this benefit from picking this great shop.Services: Exhaust, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

They did an amazing job fixing our bumper recently on our 2005 Buick,i was embarrassed my car was really dirty when my husband took it in and they cleaned our car so nice for us,if we ever need work done on our car again,they will definitely get our business!!! I couldn t be more pleased with the result of my repair! They completely restored my vehicle to new condition! I had a fender bender on my driver s side that damaged my door, the work & paint restoration was phenomenal! I have a more unique color , & they matched it PERFECTLY.... Even following up w/a custom Xzilon coating 2wks later... The customer service was immediate, & EXCELLENT!

Body work was done great, made my car look brand new, on the other hand when I showed up to pick up my car the hatch on my Subaru was still broken and 3 days later my car wouldn't start and after bringing it to a new mechanic he discovered that the ground wire for my fuel pump wasn't connected properly by the body shop. After they took several days to fix there first mistake they threw away my back seat leaving me with a seat from a different car. About a month later they call me in to give me a used seat that doesn't match and after coming up with a price to get a new one they made an insurance adjustment costing the person who hit me more money because one of their employees mindlessly through away my back seat. I will never go there again. Will never recommend to anyone

While visiting beautiful Butte, my brand new car fell victim to a hit and run. My brother in law recommended J and C Body Shop.I picked up my car today and it was perfectly fixed. They even cleaned my car inside and out. Unfortunately I had to drive on the snow sloppy streets. I would highly recommend J and C

J & C was very helpful in getting my car back to me after a bad week. My car runs sturdy and I trust the work they did, I especially love the guarantee they put on their work. They washed and vacuumed my car too!!!

My 2012 Toyota 4runner SR5 Premium was hit by an uninsured motorist. The damage was $2500 and J & C took great care of my repairs and worked with Geico to make everything as easy as possible. It is stressful when your family is in an accident and it is a big help to have a shop you can call that will make everything easier for you. They even knew the adjuster from the insurance company and made communication a breeze. Thank you J & C for your help and for the free shuttle service when dropping off and picking up my 4runner.

An accident on ice put our son's van in the care of J & C body shop. They did a major repair and when our son got home there were more problems. J and C worked with us and got a full refund through insurance! Awesome place!

These guys are awesome. Got hit and run today which knocked my drivers side mirror off. They got the damaged one reattached and new one orderd. Awesome shop.

After a run-in with a deer, these guys handled everything and made it as easy as possible for me which I really appreciated. My vehicle has made a full recovery and I feel like it handles and looks even better than before.

Awful work with terrible customer service. I had a window replaced here, asked to have the tint match the rest of the car go pick it up wasn't tinted at all the guy argued with me and said he thought it was just fine and he already discounted it 5 dollars. Now my side window is clear while everything else is darn near black. Will never go back
