Definitely the best customer service around!My truck broke down about 25 miles away on the highway, they came to pick me up to get my rental, I ordered the parts for fixing my truck to them and they brought it to me (on the highway)If I could put 10 stars I would!Highly Highly Highly Recommended!!!

After a very long 24 hours of travel, missed connections and having to change our itinerary due to airline delays we were frustrated, exhausted, and concerned about how we would complete our trip with no vehicle since we had to cancel our car reservation in another city after being re-routed. The woman at the Hertz counter was as sweet as could be and so reassuring. She shared information with us about the area and reassured us that our son will be in a great area when he attends college in Butte in the fall. She managed to get us a car when nobody else could- we were frantically calling everywhere while at the airport and were honestly ready to rent a uhaul truck if we didn't get a car. Her calm, peaceful demeanor was exactly what we needed and we will forever be grateful for her! A true angel on earth! Thank you for taking care of us <3 The woman at the counter upon returning the car was just as sweet and helpful!The car was great- no complaints!

I live out of town and I had to take my vehicle and leave it at the GM dealer. I called Friday afternoon to see if I could get picked up at 7:30am on Monday morning at the GM dealer. I left a message and Ryan gave me a call back right away. He was able to accommodate me by picking me up and allowing me to leave the rental car at the dealer when I picked up my vehicle.I will admit, Hertz was not my first choice, but after the great service and friendly staff I will return to Hertz in Butte if the need arises! :) Thanks Ryan and team!

Car was dirty when I got it, trash still inside of it, and coffee spills on the center console. Make sure you take pictures of the outside of the car with time stamps on, before you leave the parking lot.

Had to get into a rental after a no-fault accident (bad day). Hertz was extremely accommodating, worked with me on drop-off and pick-up. They were able to get me into a car I was comfortable with - car was clean and in good condition. They have excellent customer service!

I had issues with the car and had to trade it in for another one in Billings.The ice scraper provided was totally inadequate. I replaced it with a good one. You re welcome.Cat return area is kind of a walk from the airport entrance. Especially in -25F weather dragging a suitcase through the snow.

Excellent service. They picked me up from the body shop where I left my own rig. The body shop took a week longer than expected but Hertz staff was very understanding. I didn't even have to return it to them. They picked it up from the body shop.

Just picked up our rental at the airport in Butte. Chrysler stinks of cigarettes. Lady at the counter said she might have another one if my husband and I could wait 30 minutes or so. We just travel 6 hours... not feeling like waiting another half hour. Dings and scratches all over the body of the car too. Last time I'm renting from Hertz! And this Chrysler needs to be retired!

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. They charged me $100 more then the receipt I got when I dropped off the car, and the supposed owner was arguing and yelling at me; refusing to give me my money back. He doesn't respect the military or people in general for that matter. I don't recommend them at all!

They don t rent cars for under 21 and you can make a reservation online if you are under age!
