This guy is the worst, we need windows replaced in our historic home, and he charged us $60.00 to come measure our windows and give us an estimate. Then he kept giving excuses like he was having problems with his supplier... 5 months later and he has still never given us an estimate, even after we called and texted multiple times to follow up, nor has he followed up about giving us our $60 back. And we needed this estimate in order to apply for the URA grant - which has delayed our application for months now. So unprofessional!

Professionalism at its finest, Pricing up front so no surprises. Cody is extremely prompt and willing to go that extra mile for his customers. Pricing is competitive but i cannot stress enough that the service is top notch. I will definitely be using Cody at Glass Doctor of Butte for my next windshield replacement or repair

Kody replaced my windshield in November. His customer service and that of the woman I spoke with on the phone were great. I appreciated the e-mail reminders, receipts, and confirmations. Kody gives everyone a year warranty on their glass & his prices are the most competitive and fair that I found in town.

I am very happy with my windshield replacement. From my initial call for setting up an appointment to the actual replacement Kody provided great customer service. He even came on a Saturday to facilitate my schedule and completed the work much faster than the time quoted.

I had an excellent experience! My glass was replaced in an hour or less and my car was vacuumed out too. Kody was very professional and on time. He can do in store or mobile replacements in Butte so working around any schedule is definitely possible. The price was very affordable too. I highly recommend choosing the Glass Doctor.

I am super pleased with the price, the Install, and definitely the customer service. I had to work and my wife was busy with our son. The installer came and got my cat, took it to his shop did the replacement and brought the car back. Over and beyond. I will be having them do my glass work from now on. I recommend the glass dr to be your first call.

Glass doctor has been my go to for 2 windshields and going on a 3rd here soon for my car. Kody has been very professional, best priced, and quickest timely manner that I'll continue to go to him for all my glass needs. My truck needed a windshield, he responded right away and had it scheduled to get replaced the next day.. great customer service, very kind and stand up guy. His work was very professional, looks good as new afterwards.. he warrentys his work, very well priced compared to other companies, just a overall great experience. Kody responded timely to my email with a quote, it was easy to get in the same week, and he charged what he said he would. Kody is kind, responsible and has a sense of humor. He even stopped by my house because the car needed a jump. I ve used other glass services in Butte for auto and home glass needs, they were all overpriced and honestly quite rude. I m happy to have found professional friendly and affordable service right in town. I called Kody Tuesday evening, he was very friendly and informative on the phone! On Wednesday afternoon he came to my vehicle and repaired my rear windshield on the spot! Messages were answered promptly. Kody got us in the next day, windshield chip fixed in a flash! Really nice guy & charged half the price of Safelite! Would definitely recommend & we will be back for the next repair.

We needed a chip filled so it wouldn't become a crack and lose the windshield. Cody called me back (now that is huge right there) and then he took time to understand our situation.
