We spoke to Emilio on the phone before arriving to make sure the parts we needed were there since our van was being towed - he was courteous, friendly, and helpful and made sure the parts were waiting for us at the front.When we arrived we were helped by Kevin who was also extremely courteous, friendly & helpful. He even lent us tools to use.

One of the associates came outside as soon as I popped my windshield wiper up. He found the right parts and installed it for me. Great service.

I m a 60 old woman who expects good service when I m paying for service. At Butte carquest I get that. They are helpful the second I walk in the door. Very grateful for their customer service and helpfulness.

I almost always have a good experience here. No matter how obscure the part I need they always somehow seem to have one in stock. The only issue I ever have here is when I need something paint related. Theres only 1 paint guy, and he never seems to be there when I am. I guess its a still nice have a local auto paint place available though. All in all I love this place

Alternator went out while out of town, called a few places and all said "can't get one for a couple days". Carquest had it IN STOCK & gave a discount. Thank you guys (I wish I had caught your names) it got put in & am now safely back home!!

Management needs to be replaced because their turnover rate is ridiculous. Hiring every month is a management problem, not a job pool issue.

Carquest Auto parts I really enjoy it there I enjoy the parts and everything but corporate needs to look at the fact that if you going to carry truck parts you need to carry some truck parts badly needed there if you're going to compete with Napa you got to have truck parts

Only had to wait a few mins to return an item. The cashier was fairly new but everything went well just like he had been there for years.

The parts I ordered didn't fit my car, but they allowed the return so it worked out money wise. I still wasted a day changing parts that didn't fit right, but the staff had no control over that.
