I really appreciated Autumn and the rest of the service team for performing a routine oil change and tire rotation for my Subaru. Especially when they rectified the oil drain plug issue that the previous Subaru service center had messed up on. Normally I would not write a review about a routine maintenance, but I did enjoy the friendly hospitality I had received during my wait and following the maintenance. If I was back in the area in the future, I would happily stop here again for a service.

I have really put a lot of thought into this and wasn t going to leave a review but I am still so upset by the lies told to me and my boyfriend when we traded my truck off for a brand new forester. They only gave me $2000 that similar are selling at dealerships for between 12-15k. The salesperson (Jeff) said that they would not get anything for it and it would be junked . Vehicles that are junked go along the fence he said. We looked for several weeks for it to be parked there and it never was. I KNOW that it was sold and within the price range listed above! That is one hell of a profit!!! I will not nor do I recommend this salesperson. He is pushy and a down right liar. BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Autumn and the whole team in the service department deserve KUDOS for their hard work and dedication to their job. I am so impressed with the quality of their work and the lengths they go to keep my 2006 Impreza in top condition. If you have a Subaru, you should be getting your routine maintenance performed at this facility. They check your and provide guidance on both routine and unforeseen repairs. Thank you very much for your help.

Butte Subaru is the best! I came from out of state to purchase my new Forester. We did the preliminary paperwork over the phone. When I arrived, everything was exactly as talked about, and there were zero surprises. Shane is a rockstar salesman. He was extremely honest, and easy to work with. I greatly enjoyed working with him. Lindsey was the best finance person that I ve ever signed paperwork with. To Shane and Lindsey: keep up the great work, and THANK YOU!

I worked with Paul at Butte Subaru to buy my new vehicle. I knew what I wanted going into the process but Paul was understanding and ensured he answered all of our questions. He even got me into my new car under a 2 day deadline when they didn't have the vehicle on their own lot. Fantastic customer service. Everyone I have met at this business is incredibly friendly and will go out of their way to make sure they help you with whatever you need.

We so appreciated our experience with Butte Subaru! Only a few states into our long anticipated California - New York road trip, we blew a head gasket just outside of Butte. Sean and Summer were incredibly professional and kind. They explained the issue, talked with our family car guy on the phone to confirm, and gave us an estimate and a loaner car, plus plenty of tips for what to do around Butte. They then proceeded to get the job done well under the estimate and a day earlier than anticipated. Of anywhere we could have broken down, we feel lucky it was Butte. Thanks for taking good care of our 2012 Outback!

Butte Subaru Service Department is the best. Unexpected major repair, unrelated to Subaru design or quality, was quickly diagnosed. Clear , quick explanation and estimate given. A suggestion to refer to insurance yielded quick positive results; updates provided throughout the 10 day process( 8 days due to low nationwide supply) were much appreciated! Courteous and friendly interactions throughout! Quality work!

From out of town, but super welcoming, caring, and efficient! Smaller dealer, but that comes with the perks of a smaller dealer which we re certainly appreciated! Unfortunately might never be able to visit again, but if I m driving through again I would happily return

Good before with valve body transmission work previously but in this case fell far short. I paid for a diagnostic and was told I needed my downstream o2 sensor changed minimum and likely a exhaust replacement. The problem was my throttle body being dirty...leaves me to wonder what was done during this "inspection" I paid for...maybe something you would check in relation to lean air fuel ratio?

Hands down, the best service we have ever received at any dealership/service center. Our Forester broke down just outside of Butte and we were able to get it to Butte Subaru 20 minutes before the service center closed on Monday. They immediately welcomed us, got our information, and sent us on our way with a loaner car. Throughout the rest of the week, they were in high communication about what was going on and the timeline for the fix. They miraculously got it fixed within the week (it was, unfortunately, a big fix) and we were able to drive it home to Spokane on Friday. The staff was so friendly and professional throughout the entire experience. I only wish we lived closer so we could go to them for all of our car needs. We highly recommend these folks!! We re so grateful for their outstanding service and diligence.

They fixed my car efficiently when I had issues visiting a friend AND they had recommendations and pricing for points of concern they had with other parts of the car AND they checked in via text to make sure I made it home safe. Best shop service I ve ever received. Wish I had this kind of experience back home!

I found the sales staff from the sales manager to the sales person I worked with to be extremely informed, professional and completely above board in helping me to make the decision on purchasing a new car. They each were involved with my decisions and gave me expert advice. I valued their input! I have my new car and am very pleased. I would highly recommend anyone to go to Butte Subaru, excellent service, friendly staff and professional!

The appointment this past week on March 1st was a follow up from a couple weeks before. I had what I felt was inadequate service on my car battery. Lane in service was excellent as usual to get me in on that day I requested. I was running late unfortunately after a dentist appointment but they still were able to work me in. I was pleasantly surprised when they not only applied the corrosion chemical on my battery terminals, they replaced the affected battery terminal. Shane , the service manager did not charge me for either of these services. It renews my confidence in the Butte Auto Group for Subaru. Keep up the good job Lane and Shane.

The guys there were amazing. They were personable, knowledgeable, and professional. Everything was explained to us in detail, with patience and respect. We had a very relaxed experience and enjoyed learning about our new vehicle. I will highly recommend Butte Subaru and the staff. They work together in unison unlike any other car dealership I've seen. They truly care about their customers. We all win with businesses like that. A great staff makes all the difference. This place deserves 5 stars thanks to One particular Salesman. So there's an awesome Gentlemen that works at Butte Subaru by the name of Jeff Giecek. Jeff was incredibly respectful, very personable , and highly dedicated to getting me into the right car. A beautiful Black Subaru Outback. I drove up in a rental after work(it was late) and even though they didn't have anyone on site to help me finish the paperwork with my car. Jeff gave me a Demo plate so I could have a car to drive to work the following day. He even followed me over to the rent-a-car to drop off my rental. The next day I drove back to the dealership and finished the purchase on my car, that will say I received an excellent price for thanks to Jeff.Overall, the high quality service at Butte Auto is unlike any I've received before, Thank you Jeff for your excellent work on helping me get into the dream car!

Went to get a car and they worked with me and my girlfriend endlessly until we finally got a deal we liked and could afford. All the staff were super friendly and helpful, despite multiple setbacks from the banks. They even let us stay after hours while we waited for our ride to pick us up the day prior. While yes it took a few hours to complete the deal, they made sure we were comfortable, happy, and one employee even offered us a ride home. We love our new car and can t thank Subaru enough!

Got some work done on my 2015 Subaru Outback while in Butte. The service staff were the nicest people I've ever e countered in a dealership. I had a long service for a recall fix and the constantly checked up on how I was doing and where my car was. I would certainly recommend them if you need work done a friendly touch.

The service department has been consistently top notch over the years, but I won't be purchasing a new car from them again. First was the bait and switch attempt with trade in pricing; substantially less was offered in the end than was initially offered. They claimed this was because the trade in value had gone down, but three used car value websites indicated it had actually gone up. Second was the deliberately misleading description of their warranty product, which was made to sound like a Subaru product, but was actually a Butte auto add on. The salesman described it as the "standard warranty", despite actually being thousands of dollars. The price was never revealed or discussed until final paperwork was presented and it seemed they were deliberately trying to hide it. Finally, the car was delivered unwashed. A minor inconvenience at worst, but suggestive of the broader customer service culture. The service department has always been great though.

I was back at Butte Subaru today to get my car detailed. My car looks BRAND NEW! I am so pleased with the results. Every inch of this vehicle is now immaculate. Can t guarantee it will last thanks to kids, dogs, life... but for now I get to enjoy it and thank Butte Subaru for their outstanding work. The customer service I received today was also impressive. Great team of people here. They will continue to have my business!

Seems like there was a bit of confusion with our purchase. My husband ordered a 2023 Subaru Outback this fall, and after the order was made I received an email from the salesman asking if we wanted to order a vehicle. I contacted him regarding the down payment we had made and that we had indeed ordered a car. He said that the manager had asked him to send out a mass email to all his customers. When we arrived on 11/14/22 to pick up our car and finish the paper work, there was a bit of confusion regarding what car we were buying. God Bless Jake Berger for stepping up and in to finish our purchase.

Review Updated: I was unsatisfied with service received at Butte Subaru per initial review below. Within hours of posting the review, I was contacted by the service manager, who directly addressed my concerns and offered compensation and assurance to rectify my prior experiences and assured that Subaru would like the opportunity to prove that they strive to excellent customer service.Original Review: I purchased a car here in 2019 and paid additional money for a maintenance package. Upon request of my first oil change (paid for 5 with service package). I was informed that there was no record of my maintenance package purchase (although purchased from this exact dealership, less than 5 months prior). I luckily, kept all of my paperwork from sales purchase and provided to the service department (who made copies) and I thought that all was well... until the next time I tried to schedule an oil change, I was again informed that there was no record of my purchase of a maintenance package and given a generic phone number for Subaru corporate.In another example of terrible service, between these scheduled oil changes I had to have warranty work performed on my car here. I picked it up and noticed a whomping sound, took a look under the hood and there were clips missing to the engine cover and exhaust manifold (also loose hose clamps, evidence of a rush job. But I did get two free snap-on wrenches out of the deal (left under my hood). Thanks Butte Subaru!

I was traveling from out of town and my check engine light went on. Subaru was able to get me in, see what was the issue ans give me a ride where I needed to go for the day. The service team was amazing! We also purchased different vehicle from them about a month prior ans the sales team was just as great.

I took my car in for battery service and they ended up checking out my entire car for me and showed me that I was driving on really dangerous tires. They were able to get the a new battery plus tires put on for me really fast even though they were slammed and took the time to explain everything to me. Seriously SUCH a great service team out there I m so thankful!

Butte Subaru gave me the best and fastest service I have ever had of the 14 autos I have owned. I expected to have to wait hours to have my headlights replaced that had been installed incorrectly in Olympia WA but Butte got the job done very quickly and I was on the road again before I could even finish my reading material. Started my day out very positively! I highly recommend Butte Subaru.

We recently turned in a leased Honda CR-V and leased a new Outback from Butte Subaru.From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and cordially, and found everyone willing to help answer our questions and concerns. Our salesman, Jeff Giecek, was very helpful and walked us through and expedited every step in our new lease. The gentleman who handled all our lease numbers and paperwork was also very knowledgeable and helpful in getting through the financial and paperwork process quickly and efficiently.We never felt pressured or hustled in any way nor was there any haggling we felt it was a fair and reasonable deal, and the whole process was quite smooth and easy.Jeff assured us he would be available at any time on his personal cell phone should we have any questions or issues.

Came in for service due to a maintenance notice to upgrade our 2016 Forester's computer system to 5G capabilities. While it took longer than expected, which was not the fault of the dealership, the service department went out of its way to accommodate us, even giving us a loner car at no charge to take home. When the service was completed, it was done properly and the end result was explained to us in detail.

Always a great experience at Butte Subaru. Service department consists of friendly, knowledgeable & professional staff that go out of their way to provide great customer service. I always feel like they're being up front/honest with me & they go over every detail of your visit. Nice comfortable waiting area with good coffee & popcorn. Thank You !!
