My family decided that we need to upgrade our camper before our cross country move to make the trip more comfortable. Chris was outstanding to work with. He was understanding of our situation and our budget. The campers he showed us were all in line with what we were looking for. He was also incredibly patient and kind to my young children.We couldn't have asked for a better, easier experience. We are very satisfied with the camper he helped us pick and the entire experience overall!

We came in the door only wanting to look at a specific RV we were trying to decide whether or not to buy. Mark greeted us and Brad took over showing us the RV. He was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions on the specifics of the RV in question. Well, we ended up going beyond looking, and decided to buy. Brad worked with us, giving us our options, while working past closing time, while Mark kept us updated on Brad s progress, and provided refreshments. We appreciated not being pressured into any decisions especially with the purchasing of extended warranties. We felt we were treated fairly and with respect. Maybe have some dog treats on hand next time?

We bought our first camper with the Bretz RV crew in Butte. We dealt directly with Chris, Taylor, Jim, and Doug. They were all very professional and fun to deal with. They made the process very simple and easy, and then followed up with us to ensure we were all good to go, even after we brought the camper home. Highly recommend!

We had an extremely positive experience working with Bretz RV in Butte. We worked with Brad and the Butte team to find a camper that would fit our growing family of 5, our special needs daughter s wheelchair and something light enough to be towed by our handicap van all within our budget. We were shown respect and consideration while navigating finding a camper to fit our families long need list. We were even able to take a test tow and found that our camper towed like a dream. We would highly recommend Bretz in Butte if you are searching for a camper.

We had a seamless and enjoyable experience purchasing our 3rd camper from Bretz RV in Butte. Brad (sales), Taylor (finance) and Jim (did our walk thru) were kind, helpful and knowledgable. Not to mention we got an incredible deal on our camper. I highly recommend Bretz over other dealers in the SW Montana area, particularly from an inventory and service perspective.

Everyone wants the best experience when buying an RV. We all know it s not a cheap purchase for most. With Copper City RV, I ve purchased from them twice now. My first picture was my first purchase and the last two my most recent purchase. Between Taylor and Chad, plus other staff members who help here and there, I recommend purchasing through Copper City RV. The main reason I went back when I realized traveling as a nurse in an RV was that I needed more space and the way I was treated by this company the first time made it immediate and the only place I wanted to purchase my next one. From the time you walk in the door to the time you walk out the door the customer service is outstanding. The variety for a small town is excellent. The financial department works with your bank fast and assures all the paperwork is done correctly. Even with the purchase of accessories that are being added on by the parts department and service department. They made sure I had everything done fast and were running well before I picked up my new purchase, the communication was strong and constant to make sure that I was satisfied before I drove off with my new RV. You won t be disappointed. At least I wasn t and if I need to do this again, there is no doubt I would choose Copper City RV.

Christopher McCollum is such a great dude. He was so helpful and answered all my questions in detail. He did not get the sale, because found one closer, but I would recommend these guys for your RV.

Thank you Bretz! Due to freezing temperatures the handles broke on the black and grey tank valves while traveling across the country. Everywhere else they were either on backorder or we were going to have to replace the entire valve. Not a huge deal, we could have used pliers to open them but decided to just get on the road since our valves were froze shut anyway. Bretz RV was the only one that actually had the handles. Brad was very friendly on the phone and helpful. He took the time to double check that they were in stock. They also allowed us to dump our tanks, and use the restrooms. But the best part was they were all friendly, helpful and greeted us with smiles. Thank you Bretz in Butte MT!

Copper City RV was great to deal with. Fantastic selection,excellent prices, and the best staff around. Doug,Chad,and Patrick took care of all my family's needs. They got me a great 5th wheel at a great price and handled everything quickly and professionally. They also have a great selection of parts and accessories for whatever I may need in the future. I plan on being a repeat customer for many years.

I can't say enough about how these gentlemen took care of me. I'm travelling on my own to Illinois from Olympia. My slide got stuck. They took me in right away. Fixed my slide and even replaced access panels for the manual controls and had me on the road in 45 minutes. They didn't charge me! Good service is still alive and well in this great country and good RV dealers exist!! Please give them your service. They deserve it!!

We had an awesome experience with Brad Elkins at Bretz RV in Butte. We knew what features we wanted in an RV and what we wanted to spend. Brad was extremely professional and he answered all of our questions in detail. Brad was honest and forthright and there was no high pressure sales pitch which we appreciated. From the minute we walked through the door, Brad made us feel like valued customers which is rare these days.The entire staff was friendly and courteous. We loved that our puppy Maeve was greeted by all! We'd highly recommend Brad and Bretz RV in Butte for all your RV needs.

We were having trouble with our levelling systems in our class B. We googled Rv dealerships and found Bretz RV. William and Brad came out and fixed it in 30 seconds. Super friendly, intelligent and helpful. Thank you Bretz for getting us back on the road!

Brad is an outstanding salesman! Very knowledgeable, no pressure, and good stories to tell! I would highly recommend him, especially to a first time buyer because of his laid-back style and his insight into what you might need or want. This is not our first rv and I owned a car dealership for twenty five years. So, to meet Brad was a real pleasure. Thank you!

Chris McCollum is the best salesman I ve ever dealt with in my dealings. It was my first time buying a camper with little knowledge of campers. And the guy walked me through everything I asked. Best thing I enjoyed is he didn t try upselling me or be that arrogant salesman we all despise. He s absolutely awesome. Ten out of ten would recommend!

Had a service warranty issue while on the road. They fit me in their busy schedule and after ordering the parts and few days they had me all ready to go. Tried trading up, and Chris and Tyffanie worked their butts off on the deal, it just didn t work out on my end. Everyone there was super nice and helpful.
