I took my jeep to them on sept.23. it was there 35 days. The work was never completed and it was delivered to me in Deer Lodge to the grocery store parking lot. I had no knowledge of it even being there. There was no key for it and it did not run. I paid $785.00 for a piss poor mechanic job that was supposed to take ten days. These people will rip you off. Stay away from Rich. He is bad and you can't believe a word he says. Very poor business.

I am traveling from Washington and had an issue with my lights. Stopped by on a busy Friday of a holiday weekend and they took the time to look at it and were able to quickly fix it so I can keep on going to my destination. Friendly staff and workers. Clearly showed me what was wrong and the fix options for it. I feel blessed for the help they provided. Highly recommend

Had an issue on I-90 coming into Butte. Called 3 different tow companies who all didn t have anyone available at 10pm. Called this place and Rich was out within 20 minutes and even had a lower service call price than the others. I would only call him next time.

Took my 2001 suburban in for noise in the drivetrain diagnosed as Ujoint. It fixed it same day. Cost was reasonable and repair is still functional a year later.

There lazy!! I made an appointment a week in advance. Dropped it off at 8:00. By 2:00 they haven't touched it. Why make an appointment if they don't intend to work on it until they feel like it. I will never go there again! I suggest taking your business somewhere else if you want good service. The receptionist is rude also.

Fair on price and professional. I was stuck in Butte and they came out on a Sunday even tho they aren't open till Monday. Jim was a great guy with a great attitude. I highly recommend them.

We are moving from Seattle Washington to Roanoke Virginia.our 10 foot uhaul started having brake issues late afternoon on Saturday. Baker towing came out (coordinated by uhaul) even though it was off hours and we were outside their normal zone. Then they were able to get parts and have the rotors replaced by 9am Sunday morning. We were back on the road fast!

An actual human being answered the phone on Labor Day! I had to wait but he said he'd call when he was on his way and he did. Repair was simple and fast. Great service!

Where do you get off charging $75 to un lock a car?! In town! Outrageous and ridiculous. Do not call these guys for this small easy job. Guy was there 3 minutes and thats worth $75? Ridiculous. Taking advantage of people in a bind.

This is a great company that will treat you right even after you've gone. If you have a problem with your truck call Corey. If I'm ever in Butte again I'll not go to Any one else.

Blew a water pump in my Cummins on a chilly morning in November.. they came and got me and my trailer and fixed my Cummins while I waited. Fast, courteous, and professional all the way! Thank you!

The tow guy did a quick, efficient job of hooking to the tractor but forgot the pintle hook & broke the bottom bumper. He drove very safely & was as professional as he could be.

this place is the slowest dumbest, and pathetic place i have ever had to deal with they have no idie what they are doing. walmart's shop is better than they are, and that's pretty bad.. don't go there.

i get my car back getting same issues.. then also getting dead battery I look under hood and they switched my battery for a 4 yr old smaller battery... why steal my battery???

Nothing about this business is professional,I called for a price quote 2 days and no call back with a quote so I'll just stick with lisacs tire for all my repairs
