Been waiting months and I mean months for a delivery, everytime we call it s we got ya on the list. Went in and had to talk to them, they told my husband how sorry they were that somehow our names got crossed off the list and they would be out by Tuesday at the lastest, another month later had to call again and get the same thing we have you on the priority list and will get there asap- we have less than 10% left in the tank. Not only that but when we call to pay our bill, they take our card numbers and then never run them, but have the audacity to send us a bill adding on service charges and a collection notice? We don t always have time to run in and pay the bill which is why we call and then nothing gets done. It s horrible customer service!

As a new resident to Butte, we had to sign a lease for our propane tank. The team at Silvertip couldn't have made it easier. We asked for a top-off of our tank and they filled us up and left the bill to be paid at our convenience. The personal service when I visit the shop to pay my bill, or buy hoses, etc. is second to none. I've seen them drop everything to help customers who walk in for small tank fill-ups, and they go about their work with a cheerful disposition. They are generally cordial, knowledgeable, and willing to work with me to get me what I need. They have gone over and above for us on occasion so I have no qualms about highly recommending them for your propane needs.

Crappy service!!!!!!!! Have been waiting over a month for them to come and fill my tank that i have already payed and leased out for a year! Would not recommend this company to any one. This review is for a friend of mine that lives in anaconda.
