Love shopping here! Not only do they have the big 5 quart containers of Mobil1 0W-40 oil, they also carry the usual stuff like our fave brand of refrigerant and, bonus! Lots of fun car accessories like steering wheel covers, license plate frames, and stickers to jazz up your ride if you are on a whim for it. We were able to use our loyalty points toward a purchase and that is good, too, having their system keep track of it instead of our having to show a special email or coupon. Autozone is great!

Great customer service and open til late. Advised me on the right windshield wipers and then installed them in the rain in a couple minutes. Also got some non-toxic leather conditioner for my couch. .

Came into this autozone a few weeks back with lots of questions. I was in the process of changing my oil on my RV for the first time and the whole staff was very helpful, especially James (I think that was his name). Thanks so much!!

Our long road trip to Vancouver, Canada got interrupted with some concerning car issues. James was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He helped us get back on the road safely and in a timely manner. Big thanks to him and his younger colleague, for alleviating the stress of the situation and helping us confidently return to the road. Highly recommend.

I was traveling for vacation and my car started running bad and Kaylee diagnosed what was wrong and then Adam went above and beyond to show me what needed to be fixed and how to do it. Then he went out and cleaned out the part and got me back on the road and my car ran much better. Thank you!

Shady sales guy tried to doom & gloom me into buying expensive (& unnecessary) parts off his scam-tool's false reading. Avoid the tall fat guy with horrible hygiene. You'll know it's him when he constantly talks over you & down at you at the same time.

They price match for you, And , to date I have not had to go back because of a wrong part. At least not because of them. Great staff and usually fairly quick.

Hey autozone Butte Montana ask for James. I am very impressed I had a part that I couldn't find that 6 different auto part stores Could not find I'm from opportunity so I thought I would go to Butte. My last stop was autozone when I ran into James. The manager He is the find it guy. He has found parts for my my classic Cars he found a part that nobody else could find 1973. Ford 4. speed one. Ton duly. If it wasn't for him I might have had to go to a machine shop. I also wanna compliment the rest of the staff. You can tell they don't have job burnout. They're very enthusiastic about what they do. I will always travel from opportunity to to get the best service ever. It's worth the Drive Two Butte hanks James for your expertise and your savvy. I tried to tip james but he would not accept it and he's got a great personality

Stranded on the side of the road, we called autozone where James was able to help us tremendously with replacing a tensioner and driving belt. He lent us tools, gave us a diagram, and double checked our work. Excellent customer service and highly recommend!

Amazing staff went out of their way for a traveler. On the road for a horse rescue and a u joint broke. Kaleb made sure we got the parts we needed quickly. Thank you so much. God is good.

They let me borrow their tire pressure gauge to check my tire pressure. I offered to get them coffee but they told me they could not accept money from customers. Very courteous. Excellent customer services.

We were driving through and developed an exhaust and brake problem. Came into town on a Sunday we were glad the store was open. Tim was very helpful and even gave us a reference for a repair shop in the area. Thank you we were able to get the car repaired Monday and completed our trip! Great and kind people make this place.

Stopped by with my son to get jumper cables. A salesman asked if he could help. We explained what we needed. He suggested that we bring in our batteries and get them charged for free. This saved us a bit of money! I was very happy with the service. I give the AutoZone Parts store my highest recommendation.

They were pretty great. Helped me get what I was looking for and answered all questions I had. The guy who helped me even helped put the new bulb in. The only reason I gave them 4 stars was because the bulbs were pretty expensive even for the generic brand.

Very helpful and friendly. They let us borrow a machine and it was such a relief to know we could continue on our trip and wouldn't be a problem. Also If you go. Please make sure to stop by next door at little smoothy hut. They have great smoothy, specialty teas and or coffees. They were so good and soo friendly. I recommend the huckleberry lemonaide. Butte Montana. Everyone very friendly and helpful. GREAT PLACE TO VISIT.

It's the staff that keep me coming back. Honestly, you can get pretty much anything you need from most parts stores so to me, it comes down to customer service. These people have hit a grand slam pretty much every time l have been in. They go above and beyond what l expect, whether it's taking extra time to find out my truck had a mid-year change from a bolt to a Torx head or actually crawling under my truck to find the location of a sensor that he couldn't the location of in the computer. They are always my 1st stop. The only time l shop elsewhere is if they don't have something in stock (rare) and l HAVE to have the part that day. The staff are always polite, respectful and professional. I can't ask for more than that!

Sunday evening, June 28, 2020, we were driving from Bozeman to the Butte airport while it poured rain the whole trip. When ascending Homestake, the Pilot started to miss and buck, I got in behind a semi and tried to limp my way to Butte. Fortunately, we were able to make it and got off on Harrison Ave exit and prayed to see something open. Low and behold we saw the Auto Zone store and went in. The store manager, James Schmith of store #3773 was there and proceeded to try and help us, knowing there was no place else to go on a Sunday night. He showed me how to put the computer gizmo on and then another thing which at 78, was like Greek to me. He held the umbrella told me the problem , he was just a great guy and a great help. He assured me, if I took it easy I would be able to get home safely and I did. He wouldn't take any money for his help and I felt really bad about that; he was amazing and so pleasant and provided service I haven't seen or experienced in years!!!My wife had to use the rest room and dreaded it; she came out extremely surprised at how bright, clean, and well stocked it was. What began as a horrible nightmare, turned into a bump in the road and I credit Mr. Schmith for that. I can't say enough how much we appreciated him and his professionalism, compassion and great help. He's made me an auto zone man! He did you proud!

These guys are really good specially if you got a membership through AutoZone and you get pretty good prices here and they're really nice and if you don't want to put something they in or something on or headlight in the put your bulbs in if I went there I've had elbow surgery and they put my light bulb in my car like 10 minutes it was great

I was traveling through Butte on a cross country road trip when the alternator in my truck went out. I pulled into autozone and they charged my battery for me while I pulled my alternator out in their parking lot. They tested my alternator for me and proved it was bad. They didn t have one in stock but they called the auto parts store down the street and the manager James gave me a ride in his personal vehicle to get it so we didn t have to walk in the rain. Such a lucky experience. Great store in my experience.

I needed a battery change in my 2017 Toyota I was helped by man Jonathan and a lady named Laura and it was the best customer service I ve ever received they help put the battery and maybe a great sale talk the entire time with great conversation they were knowledgeable experienced and the best automotive retail I ve ever dealt with I read that AutoZone five out of five
