This place is a complete joke!!A few of the people in management are absolutely ridiculous !! They treat the employees like dogs and are point blank rude!! As a customer I was charged 80$ for something that was only supposed to cost 60$ and was never refunded or anything. One one the managers completely blew me off.To top it off, if you are a woman, you won t get hired, if you are gay you won t get hired!! IF YOU ARE ANY RACE OTHER THAN WHITE YOU WILL NOT GET HIRED!!!I HIGHLY do not recommend working here or receiving any kind of service here!!

My wife went in just to have a tire plugged as there was a screw in the tread. This shop removed the tire from the wheel and refused to put it back on saying that it was not repairable. They also refused to replace the damaged tire, saying that she needed a completely new set of 4 tires. The tires were replaced 6 months ago. Only after i called and told them I would tow it somewhere else did they offer to put a different tire on in place of the damaged one. DO NOT GO HERE, they will try to screw you especially if you seem like you don t know about cars. Even after I finally got them to install a used tire and paid for it over the phone THEY STILL TRIED TO SELL MY WIFE A FULL SET OF USED TIRES that were THE EXACT SAME WEAR AS THE ONES ON IT. AND ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES PROCEEDED TO CALL MY WIFE BROKE WHEN SHE TOLD THEM SHE DIDNT WANT NEW TIRES!!!!!!!! would not take my vehicle here if it was the only shop for 1000 miles.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! The higher ups such as randy and patty for example are so unprofessional and rude!!! They treat there employees like garbage! They also will not hire you if you are black or gay or anything other than a white male!!Find a different shop!!

Kindest people in the history of the world?If not, they're making a concerted effort to be!!! I had a flat tire on the way home from work, pulled in 15 minutes before their closing time, and they still took care of me and got me back on the road THAT DAY!!

These guys are amazing. Our car was having issues. They got us right in and right out. They told us what we needed to do and we have not had an issue since. It only cost $46 and we were there for about an hour. We would highly recommend going there.

I had an issue with a tire. Upon looking at it, the technician ask what I hit in a condescending tone when I can absolutely guarantee I hadn't hit anything in more than six months and that was a pothole that shouldn't have been enough to damage the tire unless it was of subpar quality. I then was "helped out" by getting half off. Regardless, later, when working with Goodyear, I noticed I had "purchased" road hazard coverage that I was never asked about, told I purchased or the details of it. Since the tire was worn 4/32, which is 22%, that should have been the percentage I was charged. They either ignored that I was unwilling charged road hazard or the road hazard they have is absolutely terrible and is basically random instead of the normal prorated.Upon talking with Goodyear, I was told I would have been treated better at a Goodyear dealer and that I should find one of them so I don't have this issue in the future. I would highly recommend Les Schwab instead. Their stock was just low when I purchased these, so my options were limited and I ended up with subpar service when an issue arose.

Traveling across country pulling our pop-up camper and the cover for the bearings on one of our wheels comes off. We stop in Butte, MT looking for help to get it put back on. We are recommended to American Car Care Center and the people there helped us when we pulled up to the shop. Ten minutes in and out and when I asked what I owed them I was given a hand shake and told to enjoy Montana. What a great experience with them. Restores your faith in the kindness of people!!

Had my vehicle rowed to them and they were done with it by the next afternoon. They did a great job and even though they found things that needed work done (most of which I already knew of) they didn't push me to have it done. They quoted me the repairs and we left it at that. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Very easy to work with and gets it done quick!

*Edit- With the time issue they gave the car a quick look free of charge. They told us they don't really do internal transmission problems and to take it to a specialist if we continue to have problems. We do appreciate the information.We also understand summer and busy issues (and awful/rude people especially with Covid)- and this is exactly why we made the appointment and were there so early.*Original review/issue-Make an 8am appointment to get the car in for a specified issue. 6 hours later they still haven't brought it back to even look.

Called at 11:30 as I had just found out I needed new tires at my oil change at another establishment and am traveling cross country next week! Got in at 12:30! Asked great questions to match my needs with the least expensive option! Finished by 1:45! Couldn't be more satisfied!

My wife took the car to replace the all-season tires with winter tires. Winter tires were in excellent shape with less than 5,000 miles on them. Upon driving the car back home (10 min) the car started shaking badly. When she checked, the passenger rear tire was completely deflated and the rim had cut through it in a couple of places. We called American Car Care and told them about it. On the phone the manager kept blaming nails from the road, but agreed to inspect the tire.My wife went back with the damaged wheel. While she waited at the front office a mechanic took the wheel in the back for an "objective inspection". Then the manager joined the mechanic in the back while my wife was still waiting in the front. The verdict: they didn't find a nail, but the tire/rim seal was great, therefore they were not liable.It wasn't until next day that I realized I didn't check the valve stem. And when I finally did I couldn't believe it: The rim was returned from the "inspection" with a brand new shiny valve stem and no cap present! But wait!... we have pictures that show the valve stem was all dirty and had a dirty cap before the wheel went in the back for "inspection"! See attached pictures! Anybody want to take a guess why the tire failed so quickly? Anybody???My advice to you: Stay away from these dishonest and immoral crooks! I had to spend close to $300 to get two new studded tires installed on my car (because I could not find a tire of the same brand). I will never again use this completely unprofessional shop.Service: Tires

After tediously searching for a used tire I was pleased when "Bob" said he had one used and that I could come get it only to be told upon arrival that he had realized that he had a set of four and verbatim "could not bring myself to part with "but would gladly sell me two wow !? after telling me that I could come get the one I need over the phone!?Wow say what you will but I could not help but notice the lack of good nature when this intelligent Black man showed up and turned out to be the man he had spoken to on the phone . And my only consolation was "it's not like you drove here from Egypt" Wow so a business that is doing quite well from the looks of it in the business of providing tires and auto repairs with every Bay full could not part with one tire ? after telling me he could?and what is sad is I was trying to get an Alignment as well that I am sure I was going to be over charged for at 120$.

Went there since my truck was wobbling at high speeds. Figured it was problems with my rotors or wheel bearings. As I approached and told them my issue, I was informed that it was because there were snow in my tires and that was normal. They didn t even bring it back to look at it. They just told me it was snow and dismissed me. Went somewhere else and it was my rotors being shot. Never went back since.

Went in for simple.brake pad replacement they told me they won't do it unless I buy new rotors the car is a year old rotors are far beyond needing replaced this was just basic maintenance UPSELLING AT IT WORST ! WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN!

Today was an awful day on the way to butte I hit something and it put a whole in my tire the tow guy couldn t do much cus of a missing key for my locking lug nuts but he aired it up and I limped it to these guys .had all 5 kids they got me in as quick as possible and got us taken care of and even took off the lock ones and got me different ones.was even so nice to take my moms card over the phone cus I had walked out with out mine at home in a different town if it wasn t for these guys I don t know what I would have done thank you guys so much you sure helped and I was able to get my babies home safe

They work a referral from the Denny menholt Ford dealership. They checked all the fluids in my car my oil was a half a quart low and they filled it up and check all the other fluids and charge me a whopping $8. More than fair nice people
