My 7.3 overheated climbing 2 steep and long grades between Great Falls and Broadus, MT. It was after 4 PM so we decided to stay at a near-by rv park. I was concerned about traveling on with the engine overheating so looked on the net for a shop. Called Chase at Powder River Diesel and set up a time for next morning. Lyle met me at the shop and listened to my story. He went straight to the radiator and showed me the collection of trash stuck between the cooling fins. It was bad! He pulled the radiator, cleaned it with a pressure washer and put everything back together. Even gave me a ride back to the RV park while he was working. The price was VERY reasonable and the service was outstanding. Can t recommend this shop highly enough. Sincere thanks to Chase and Lyle.

My son called to say that his car was shaking while driving. Immediately, I prayed. I asked God to place an individual in his path as he was miles from home. After much back-and-forth phone conversation with my son about his location, he gave me the names of two towns; one happened to be Broadus. I called Powder River Diesel on my son's behalf amid spotty reception. At the time, my son was forty-five minutes from PRD; I prayed for his safety, security, and financial means. I prayed over the mechanic that he would have a heart of hospitality and the parts to be on hand to help my son get back on the road, as he had two hours still yet to travel that night. I thanked God for placing PRD in his direction. I thank God for using this gentleman to help my son, whose car was shaking while traveling to South Dakota from Glacier National Park. PRD fixed my son's tire at an incredibly fair price. Blessings to you and all you do for others (through Powder River Diesel); your heart of hospitality doesn't go unnoticed. I was traveling with my wife and grandchildren. I was pulling a travel trailer with my F150 and we had rear brake trouble. They were down to the metal. I called 2 other garages no help. Called Powder River Diesel. They not only did they help. They took there own truck that they was fixing out of the garage. They had us back on the road in an hour or so. They also charged us an Reasonable price. If I lived near them, they would get all my work. Thanks guys for all the help

My son and his girlfriend were stranded a mile outside of Broadus on a Saturday evening on their way to California when a belt broke in his van . They contacted Chase and he made them aware the auto parts were all closed but he would get to them as soon as he could. I called Chase on Sunday afternoon worried for them being at a rest stop for two nights and he assured me he had seen them and they were fine. He even contacted them to let them know where they could charge their phones as they were sleeping in the van . He made sure one of his employees was there to fix the van first thing this morning when the auto parts store opened and they were able to get on their way. I was pleased with the price we were charged and the compassion he had for them . Thank you so much Powder River Diesel .Loraine Gonzalez

We started having issues with our camper van brakes just east of town. We called Chase, and he told us to come in and he'd take a look. We were mid-roadtrip and he helped us diagnose the issue and identify part numbers to order ahead of us. We can't thank him enough and we really appreciate his kindness and help. If I ever break down in this part of the country, I know exactly who I will call

My son't Ford F350's starter decided to crack in two. His truck was towed in and they jumped right on it and had a new one one and his truck ready to go. They were awesome on the phone when I called in the issue as my son didn't have coverage. The whole process was non-stressful. Thank you Power River Diesel. You guys rock. Billie Stuff

I got stuck in a hunting unit almost an hour from Broadus. Lyle came out go give me a jump start. That didnt work and my son and I were stranded without cell service. Lyle went above and beyond getting us into town found us a hotel to stay in and after I got my truck towed there got my truck running better than it ever has since I've owned it. If your near broadus and you need a mechanic. Dont look any further these are the guys you want! I personally vouch for them. Thanks for all the help Lyle!

I haven t given too many reviews in my life but after todays service i just have to . I called them this morning because one of our trucks ran out of fuel in the middle of nowhere . Not only where they extremely polite and helpful but they went out and put full in our truck and got there as soon as possible . Thank you ! That s all i can say . Great to see such a great company !!
