Great first experience buying a vehicle from a dealership. Doug D. was super helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Sales people at other dealerships were very annoying but Doug was the opposite and made the process very pleasant. And now I have an awesome slightly used 4runner!

Awesome experience! I worked with Doug from Ressler for about 2 months to find my perfect car. This is the first time I have ever bought a brand new car and Doug was very patient with me and answered every question I had. On top of it I was buying the car remotely! I started the car buying process all the way down in Antarctica through to when I was in Chile, Alaska, and then finally to pick it up in Montana! The process was far easier than expected and Doug and the whole team at Ressler had everything to do with that! Don t hesitate to buy here and ask for Doug!

Walked in last year just to talk to someone about the new Tacos that weren't out yet. Ended up meeting and working with James. Very patient and knowledgeable and zero pressure. Little did he or us know we would leave with the 23 from the showroom floor! :) He said he'd call us as soon as a 24 was in so I could see the new style. He literally called me this week (almost 5 months later) the day they got the first one in just so I could come in and see it. Great service and recommend working with James!

Devon Chung was amazing! He made me feel super comfortable right away, like talking to an old friend. I didn t feel rushed to make a decision and most importantly he listened to everything I wanted in a vehicle, making it super easy to narrow down what kind of vehicle I was looking for! Highly recommend asking for him if you re looking to buy a new to you car!!

After spending weeks searching for a car my fianc� and I decided this was the place to go as their pricing was fair and we ve heard nothing but great things from friends and family. We had a great experience with Toyota of Bozeman. Our sales associate Devon Chung was attentive and knowledgeable. Devon's professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process enjoyable. Our finance coordinator Sam Kupersmith explained everything with great detail and he took the time to review and answer any questions we had. We had an issue with the tires that were going to come with the sale of the car and both went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Amazing customer service all around. We look forward to working with them again in the future!

I recently purchased a pre-owned Tacoma here and the whole experience, start to finish, was the best I've ever had buying a vehicle. After getting a certified offer for my trade in, I was contacted by Cam to see if they could help me find the right vehicle. Unfortunately they didn't have anything in stock that met my wish list so Cam promised to keep an eye out for me. Not 3 days later the perfect Tacoma arrived on their lot and he sent me an awesome video showing me the details since I couldn't make it down to check it out in person. We ended up closing the deal the next day. Not only did they honor the sight unseen certified offer on my vehicle, but they had my new truck listed at the most competitive price I had seen while researching vehicles over the past couple of months.

James in Sales did an excellent job working through the sales process for our new Tacoma pickup. I really liked working with James and Resslers (Toyota of Bozeman) because of the no-hassle price (no cheesy salesmen to deal with). Very professional.

Recently took my vehicle here to get an inspection for someone buying my car, even though I was warned not to come here. I should ve listen but at buyers request I went anyway. I paid for $180 diagnostic appointment in which they found a leak that required immediate attention and a second appointment to diagnose fully. That second appointment was $100 and they told me that I would need to replace my CV boot cover that was broken or had come off the price $962 for them to replace it. When I asked how much the part actually was she told me $45. I picked my car up and took it to another shop for a second opinion and they had me come into their shop to show me nothing was wrong with it and it in fact was not leaking. I am glad I didn t pay them the outrageous price they were asking but it is very disappointing and saddening they do such dishonest work and live up to their reputation. Also, when I went to pick up my car, the mechanics were racing eachother in the back so no wonder it takes so long to do your car.. I wouldn t take my car here again. Or if you do, get a second opinion before you pay them a dime!!

Doug Drysdale was an awesome salesman that helped myself and family get a Toyota Highlander hybrid. He spent a lot of time with us answering every question we had, and we never felt rushed throughout the whole experience. I would highly recommend Doug to anyone looking for a knowledgeable sales professional.

I don t own a Toyota yet but the only person I would work with is Doug Drysdale. He s been a long time friend and always is there for the random car questions that pop into my head. He s knowledgeable and personable, easy to talk to and will help you understand anything you need to know to get the right thing!

He is a great guy to work with who is very knowledgable and responsive. I'll continue to purchase from this dealership and from Preston.

I needed to buy a car on very short notice. I walked in after work on a Wednesday evening and was immediately taken care of. James went the extra mile to find a used RAV4 Hybrid that met our budget. Both James and Kyle, the finance guy, stayed long after closing time to make sure I went home with the vehicle that night. They really went the extra mile and I sincerely appreciate it. Five stars all around.

When shopping for a new Tundra, I worked with Doug Drysdale in sales. Doug went out of his way to find the truck I was looking for and made the deal extremely easy. Once my truck arrived in town, he and Brooks delivered it to my house and made sure I knew how to use all the tech and that my questions were answered. This is the 5th new vehicle I've bought from Ressler, and to be honest, when I met Doug I was only there to test drive the new truck so I knew if I wanted to purchase elsewhere based on my last couple transactions with Ressler. After meeting Doug, I decided to buy from Ressler again. I'm glad I did, as he and his management group saved me money and made the process magnitudes better.We'll be calling Doug when the '25 4Runner is released, for sure.

I was driving through Montana when I experienced a loud vibration from under my Venza. I called Ressler Motors and explained my situation to Kim, the service advisor, and she was able to get me scheduled promptly. The technician found that a heat shield had broken from its retaining bolts and was able to remove it and get me on my way. I'm very appreciative of the excellent service I was provided.
