Might go back .They called me and made it right. I believe they are taking the right steps to make sure that their customers needs are met. Thank you.Was quoted $570 and arrived to an almost $900 bill. Was not called and told that my parts had to be special ordered and would cost way more. Upon arrival front desk staff was nice but not knowledgeable. Didn t know the key code or get my keys out of the lockbox. The manager was too busy to come to the front desk so they took off 10% and I was only slightly ok with this until I got in my car.Radio station was changed, headlights were turned off completely, thermostat charged to 62 degrees, and worst of all my parking pass for work was removed from my windshield!Way overpriced and don t give a care about your vehicle, only in it for the money. Also you have to ASK for complimentary services. What the heck, run every car through the wash etc. seriously care way too much about trying to save a buck.

They did a good job changing out my regular tires for snow tires. When I got home to unload my tires they were not in a bag. That's the first time that they didn't bag my tires in 7 years. Tammy stated that's their new policy unless customer asks. Just a heads up

First come, first served. Stopped here on cross country trip from NY to West Coast. They did a minimum 10 pt inspection and you can request other extended services. All staff was helpful and took jobs very serious. Recommended by the Toyota dealership next door.

After arriving I was told my car would take 1 - 1.5 hours. They were busy, it was fine. I am now sitting here 1.5 hours later and my truck is STILL sitting outside untouched. This would be ok IF they hadn t taken other vehicles into the bay before mine. And when I asked what the ETA on my car was, I got sass. Now if this was the first time I had received poor service, I wouldn t be writing this review BUT I have paid for and NOT received a tire rotation before. And yes this impacted the life of my tires. It makes me sad to think we purchased BOTH of our vehicles through Ressler and this is the customer service we get at the quick lube.Services: Tires, Oil change

Very poor service with oil leaks! I had a oil change on June 14th at 430pm and I had a customer service issue and address with the manager at the quick lube. After I address the issue u was worried the employees would mess with my truck and have leaks. I have 3 of them and talked to my mechanic Mike Brence of my concerns as he has been doing my oil changes and he was too busy so I decided to come to you. I believe this was on purpose by the people at the oil change because of my concern of customer service and them getting even. I would appreciate they fix the issue as I never had a leak on my truck and Mike Brence said to give you a chance to fix the issue 1st. Please contact me and I will try to come in on Saturday morning. P Silversmith.

I took my pickup in for a routine oil change and they brought it to my attention that I needed a new cabin air filter. I had them replace it. However they decided to leave a few leaves in my motor when they clearly fell off the top of the old filter. How hard would it have been to reach back in and pull out the leaves? Instead I had to finish their job for them. Once they finished my truck it took them 45mins to get my keys to me. The desk attendants decided to scroll on Facebook instead. Mind you I was the only customer in the lobby.

I recvied a nice brochure from Ressler to try their quick lube service. I showed up and everything seemed great, there was one car being serviced in three bays, how lucky I thought.I waited ten minutes before I went inside to the waiting room. I waited another ten min while being ignored by the reception person before I asked how long it would be, and was told it would be another 30-45 minutes. All this while the 5-8 employees I saw were all rushing around doing something while one car sat in the service bay.I will return back to quick lube, to be honest I was confused as to what was keeping everyone so busy, seemingly doing other work but not servicing the vehicles or most importantly communicating with the customers.

Was in line waiting by the bays literally let 2 people in front of that were parked behind me because they parked and ran inside as quick as they could. Will never buy or do any business of any kind with ressler of any kind. I left in search of an actual decent dealership in this area.

I was in town visiting my daughter and need to get my oil change before going back to MN. Showed up there, was greeted promptly, service was quick and very thorough. Much appreciated and I would definitely go there again when in town.

Came in to get my oil changed on my 2013 Chevy Cruze and was pleasantly surprised to find the Quick Lube to be a one stop shop. Took care of my oil change, change the filters, and even managed to get my tires rotated, all under 90 min. Spoke with the tech, Cameron, and he broke down everything that was done, and what needed to be done sooner, etc. I'm quite happy with the service and my car is once again running tip top. My Cruze is my daily driver, but I feel confident taking it on the road anywhere because of the expert service I received.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

Idk how you guys put my 3 car tires over 40 psi and 1 at 20 psi. I thought the first two times it was an accident with the machine but it's now been consistent. I just had heart surgery and I had to hire others to come fix my tire pressure. I don't think the managers understand how dangerous and big of a deal this is when you talk to them on the phone and all they offer is a "I'm sorry you could have come back" 1.) Why would I trust you to do my tires after you've been too incompetent to do it the last 3 times? 2.) Gas is so expensive I shouldnt have to waste it due to your incompetence. 3.)You were closed and were telling me I could come back. How does that make sense? 4.) For almost causing severe harm you can't offer a 10% discount or a refund? Awful business and terrible managers who don't truly care about the situation. Don't go here they don't care about your safety. And if they can't do your tire pressure why trust them with anything under the hood?

On top of spending more time than desired getting an oil change, the whole quick lube process seems like a logistical nightmare. Crossing cars that are waiting in lane 1 to bay 3 and so on and so on seems like a hazard. We understand that business most likely has picked up over the years, but a quick solution is much needed. The waiting room is super tiny when you have to wait inside on cold, winter days (only 4 chairs). Now is the time to consider expanding your waiting area since Bozeman is only getting bigger. To make the process a little more convenient for customers, consider visiting local Chevy and GMC dealers/service centers in Detroit to see how you can improve and speed up the process. I only say this because they have a well oiled operation going that is smooth and quick. Even with a significant staff shortage, they can still get an oil change, and tire rotation is done in under 30 minutes and cheaper ($50/$60 vs. $90). It should be pretty standard amongst all dealerships, and I don t understand how GM doesn t audit. And if not, appointments should be required (within a reasonable time, not a 2-3 week wait). Also, how is 42* too cold to run the car wash? Every car wash we drove by is open, so that seemed like a ridiculous excuse. Four people came in and asked for a car wash, but it s too cold. You re only going to get busier, so consider improving upon your services and reconfiguring logistics to make your customers happy. Less sighs and grumbles in the waiting room (and there were many!).To note, we spend the winters in MT so this is not the first time we ve been to Ressler. It s been inconsistent the entire time, unfortunately.I don t want a note saying to contact you. I m just leaving my honest opinion on how things can be improved, and there s a lot!Services: Tires, Oil change

I was in Montana for a wedding and needed a oil change. I called first and they told me that there is no appointments that it is first come first serve. I rolled in from the lodge we were staying at and they started the oil change. The place was busy. I took my dog for a walk and came back and they had started the job. The gal came back out to me and gave me some suggested service which I declined but they did a good job of explaining what was needed. It took about 2 hours but I got the oil change done and appreciated the effort that they made especially when being short staffed like the rest of the world right now.

5th time I ve come here. I m always first in line right away in the morning with the expectation to be first done. Then usually I end up the 8th-12th car finished. Usually waiting between 2-4 hours just for them to change oil and rotate tires. It s really not hard! They have zero consideration or coordination for the First-In-First-Out process. 0/10 would recommendServices: Tires, Oil change

Fair pricing on a full synthetic Toyota oil change and helpful service.During a weekday in late January 2022, the wait was about an hour and a half from getting checked in to walking out the door. The wait room is very small and unfortunately there's no tables.

Friendly, fast and gets the job done. Came in for a oil change like most other people, No problems whats so ever. Took care of me and showed they valued me as a customer. I will always get my vehicles and work down at Ressler Motors since they have time and time again shown that customer satisfaction is their top priority.

Annoying and unprofessional. Need to hire more experienced employees. Broke a bolt during a routine oil change, I went to check and they actually broke two bolts. Had to get a rental for three days in order for parts to arrive. Once I got my car back, it wouldn't stop leaking oil... going to have to go back and complain once again. Cmon Ressler.

Fantastic staff. Friendly and helpful. However there's nothing quick about 90 minutes on a Tuesday morning. $88 oil change must be reasonable?I have used a competing quick lube dealership for a business vehicle for years and must say that they were always lightning speed faster. The minute you pulled up. Hopefully Ressler can pick up the pace soon.Appreciate the friendliness!

Arrived here at 7:15am for an oil change, was quoted 90 minutes with four cars in front of me between 3 bays. Thought it sounded like a long time for the amount of cars but I could wait that long. I've now been sat here for almost 3 hours and they still aren't finished. Cannot believe this has taken this long. Go elsewhere, literally anywhere else.Service: Oil change

Don't have your oil change there,,..... ... They don't actually change oil. They'll just top the oil off and send you on your way. Then when your engine blows up, they'll blame you. I'm not kidding. They don't change oil. Do not go there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

kind of a joke honestly. my partner brought his car in last week for a simple headlight fix and they recommended all kinds of services to him without once quoting him on price. now, a week later we are on a road trip and notice the air in two of the tires is slowly depleting..odd..since Ressler techs said they filled the tires up. they didn't put the caps back on. right. frankly, that's pretty embarrassing.

I've had issues with the Ressler Quick Lube in the past, however, this one takes the cake. I recently had an oil change done and my car began leaking oil since then. Come to find out they overfilled my engine with oil. They also spilled oil all over while changing it and didn't care to clean it up. Honestly, this was the last straw for me.

Recently went there with an older Camry 4-cylinder wagon. The operation was efficient; better than I'd seen in prior years. However, they put 5 quarts of oil in a car that should have had 3.8 quarts. That's happened before. They clearly don't look at car and engine size before determining the volume of oil to use. Look at your owner's manual and your dipstick after finishing.

Update 2: follow up phone call because of the review... They offered to fix the problems I talked about. Effort in customer service goes a long way in my book.Staff is friendly, prices are high, service is slooooow. I'll give it one more service at this quick lube and if it doesn't improve my business goes somewhere else...Update 1: driver side floor at and sill came back more dirty than it started... Down to one star and loss of business.

Disappointed. They did not vacuum the mats and they forgot to check the tire pressure after I specifically asked because a light was on. The windshield was washed poorly. Stunningly incompetent. They don't deserve to have "quick" in their name. I needed a trouble code checked, as well as an oil change, so I figured they'd be the best place to get the code checked (then I could arrange for repairs at their Service Center). They took so long on the oil change that they drained my battery, tried to convince me I needed to buy a new one from them, and, as a result of the loss of power, couldn't read the d@mn trouble code. Again, the trouble code was the only reason I went there. Ridiculous. I informed each person I met that I needed the code checked and, when paying, was informed no one had checked the code. It was at that time they discovered my battery was dead. Never, never, never again.

Ashlyn was fantastic, she was scrambling the entire time, the shop was non stop busy. Even dealing with one rude and demanding customer from Florida. With an increase in business, customers need to be understanding!! I will keep doing business here and will suggest it to others!

This place tries to over charge woman on oil changed. The price was suppose to be 69 what they tried to charge was 113. The only reason that didn't get the 113 was because a man stood up when they said the service was done. Woman please do not use a business that tries to over charge because of your gender. You can say what you want but it happened. It looks to me like you are a shady business.
