We live out of state and recently purchased a Suburban. Ressler motors went out of their way to pick my husband up from the airport and have him back on the road within an hour for his long drive. They filed for a lost title for our suburban, and were gracious enough to give us an extended temporary plate when ours had expired while waiting for our bank to figure out the title. Thank you Justin for your continued help. We love our suburban and are so happy to have it home!

Just bought a new 2024 Venza and traded in my old sienna at this dealership. They gave me a good price for the new car and a fair price for the trade-in. The process was seamless and easy and took less than three hours. Our sales associate Devon Chung, was the definition of a consummate professional. He was very knowledgeable on all aspects of the specifications and service of the new car. He was the best sales associate we have ever dealt with when it comes to purchasing an automobile. Anyone who wants to buy a new or used car should look at Ressler motors and ask for Devon Chung as he will make this a very easy and enjoyable experience for you. We recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tundra. I absolutely love the truck. Caleb was the young gentleman who helped us. It was a long process and took longer than I expected. However Caleb and the crew of Ressler motors were great. They answered all our questions and made the process enjoyable.

I bought a 2017 Subaru from them last weekend and had a great experience. The staff was very professional and friendly. Best of all they helped me get a great deal, I would highly recommend anyone in the area looking for a new car to check them out. I'm hoping to do business with them again in the future.

My wife and I recently bought a 2021 Chevy 1500. It s a great truck. The experience buying it was great and Annika our sales rep was great. The reason I am leaving 4 instead of 5 stars is because the truck has the z71 package. I understand it s used. But it should have come with the block heater cord since it s a diesel and has a block heater, and the Mats for the inside I feel should have been included. I went to the service desk and bought all those things. So that s the only reason I leave 4 stars. Other then those two things it didn t come with it was a great experience.

Bought a small 2011 SUV August 2021. Cosmetically in great shape. Great price. Easy transaction. Fast approval with lower credit score and not much down payment. Have had the vehicle almost 2-1/2 years with no mechanical issues. Has served me well as a local commuting car. Safe and reliable for me and my children. I appreciate your service. I appreciate not being sold a lemon lol. I appreciate you being an honest business with quality product and fair prices. Thank you.

Service department continues to disappoint! Own a 2024 that went into limp mode and could not get so much as call back from the service department. Drove to the location, and the greeting from the lady was less than helpful. They won't touch it for at least 2 more weeks is what i was told. However Buttle Motors will work on it today and was very happy to have the business.. DON'T waste your time buying from Ressler

Bought a new vehicle over the phone from the Toyota department! Got back to me quickly with approval and when questions arose. Price was upfront and the dealer markup/fees were reasonable. Staff was extremely kind, helpful and easy to work with.

I purchased a Chevy Silverado from ressler Bozeman. They told me they d fix the dents in the passenger door before I picked it up. To my surprise ,after they called me to come get the vehicle, the dents were still there. I also have been calling for a week trying to get a refund for a gap waiver I purchased with the vehicle but no one wants to help me. I keep getting told a supervisor will call me back. Terrible service from them after they have your money.

Getting repairs done is no ones favorite thing. Special attention was given to me by Kim Diaz. She is very knowledgeable and kind. The shuttle service was much appreciated, The company is lucky to have the woman driver. Wish I could remember her name.

Got a wonderful used vehicle from the Belgrade Ressler Motors lot. the employee T.C. was amazing helping me trade in my vehicle and get right into a new one. The whole process was quick and easy with the help from the amazing staff members! My Trade in was given a great value and the used vehicle I purchased was a great price! I ll be going to Ressler Motors for all my vehicle needs in the future!

My wife bought a Rav 4 in 2018 brand new. Her mom, her dad, her grandfather, cousins and aunts and uncles have bought vehicles from Ressler and use Ressler for service as well. Basically, what I'm getting at is, her family is a Toyota family and more specifically, are frequent Ressler customers.That being said, two weeks ago I scheduled an appointment for a $299 or $399 brake and rotor resurfacing special. It was around January 26th. I told the lady on the phone that I was calling because I saw an advertisement specifically for the brake and rotor special. She scheduled me for today, February 6th, 2024. I live in Helena (90 miles from Ressler) and today I drove down to Bozeman for my scheduled service.When I get there, I was chatting with a very nice and friendly young woman from Sedro Wooley Washington who seemed great and our interaction is unrelated to this incident. She told me my service advisor was someone else (a shorter young woman). When I walked up to this other young woman, I saw she had a work up paper written up already and I noticed $595 for EACH axle!!! So, the $299 or $399 special (I forgot which it was) was now $1190!!!I told her that I scheduled this a couple weeks ago, told the lady on the phone I was calling for the special and she made no mention that the special price was going to be discounted on February 1st. I explained this and the fact that I drove 90 miles and she actually said the words "WE'RE NOT GOING TO HONOR THAT". I was so shocked at the lack of accountability and empathy that I told her to give me my keys. She said "if you want to leave, that's up to you".... I readily drove away. I covered 180 miles on my day off for nothing but a new found aversion of Ressler. That little woman was below the industry standards and needs a career change to a Wal Mart cart collection specialistI won't be going back to Ressler. And what's sad is, all of our services have been done there. I am planning on sharing this experience with my wife's extended, 5th generation Montana family because, they always held Ressler in high regard and from this experience... I give Ressler the finger accompanied by a 'piss poor rating'. Seems like they only care about the trust funders now.

I took my car to Ressler, to have the oil changed. When i got the car back there was a small oil leake comming from the oil plug. I noticed some sort of glue like substance on the threads, the oil plug was clearly stripped. Instead of just replacing the bottom portion of the oil pan which is only a hundred dollar replacement. They denied any responsibility & and told me they weren't gonna do anything about it. I replaced the bottom porrion of my oil pan & change my own oil now. Ressler is not a place of integrity or honesty.

This is the way ALL dealerships should be. I had an amazing experience purchasing a car from this dealership, specifically my experience with my sales professional Nicole Holborn. This was my first experience purchasing from a dealership and was super nervous. Nicole was available for any (and all) my questions & concerns and worked hard to make sure I got the vehicle I wanted. Great experience - knowledgeable, no hackling or pressure, honest, and she was down to earth. The whole team - from accessories to finance - was such a pleasure to work with. Ressler wants to help you get the vehicle you want and will help you achieve it. They want to help you get the vehcile of your dreams and are there for what you want... no call for pricing or shadyness. I did a lot of research prior to purchasing.. ressler was one of the only dealerships who posts the carfax for all vechiles online without requesting, making my decison an easy one. Luv'd the transparency. Now i get to enjoy my new highlander! I would highly recommend this dealership!

I got this beautiful Toyota Highlander from them. So far great dealership for the sells part and straightforward.Had some issues with the car and they handled it very smoothly and respectfully.I hope They will expand the service department as it seems every service takes a while to be able to be done.

We bought a used 2023 GMC Yukon AT4 from Ressler Motors. The buying experience was ok but our issues came after the purchase. We found the car was registered as a Canadian vehicle meaning there was no manufactures warranty. We had to pay another dealership to get the vehicle registered in the US. We also found there was no key for the locking lug nuts in the vehicle. So once again we had to pay another dealership to have these extracted to rotate our tires. After several messages left and with no response we just gave up on trying to get this straightened out with them and had no other option but to use another dealership. I wouldn't use this dealership again.

I had an awesome experience last year when buying from Alan. He was amazing and was there with me through the whole process and wanted the best for me I highly recommend him! On the other hand my husband was trying to buy a car from them just recently and he was set up with Nicole and Justin and we found them very lacking. They would not respond to him for hours even days when he was just trying get updates on the car HE was purchasing. I had to get a hold Alan just to see what was even going on with his purchase because they would just not want to communicate with my Husband. We didn t even know that the deal had gone through until Alan messaged me back. I love this dealership but would definitely recommend straying away from those two and seeing Alan! He doesn t care if you finance or buy a car outright he will treat you well.

This was the best experience I ve had at a dealership.Recently purchased a used Durango from Ressler, and I was extremely pleased with the dealership. Overall, I found their pricing to be clear and simple, and there were no surprises.I was also impressed because I found a cosmetic issue after the purchase, and they could have just done nothing because I d already purchased the vehicle. They didn t just wash their hands of it, but instead took it back and fixed it. This was a great relief to me! Thank you!TJ was my salesman and was responsible for my positive experience.

Horrible service department. After waiting a month to reset some simple codes on a fleet vehicle. Shane told us our vehicle was going to be ready no later than 12:00. We stopped in the following day and were told it was still not ready. Unbelievable. How about a phone call?

Ressler Motors was great to work with with great prices! Keenan was wonderful to work with, very knowledgeable, helpful and easy to talk to. After Keenan got me into my first new truck that everything I wanted, Heather Franck was there to show me all the new features of the new truck, was able to answer any questions I had about the truck and let me know she was available for any questions or help I might need down the road. Accessories Manager Shawn Larsen was also there to handle any questions I had about the truck and work with me on all the options and accessories I wanted to add to my new truck. For some of the upgrades I got he was able to get me right into the shop intimidate and get those added on! Very happy with the service I received and would recommend them to anyone i the market for a new or used car.

Ressler's customer service has always been top notch across the board for the past 10 years that I've been going to them, with several different vehicles. I had an issue fixed today with the collision center and want to specifically thank Cody and the gentleman working the front desk for going above and beyond and getting this taken care of and being extremely friendly and helpful.

1. Appointment set at 1030am (Tuesday)for diagnostic test of my air conditioning system.2. At approximately 215pm I was told they would know by "end of day" what the problem was.3. At 330pm they needed to order a new ac compressor. Due to be delivered the next day (Wednesday)4. I was offered a free rental and was told it would be fixed by end of day two days later (Thursday).5. Now, Thursday, waiting for phone call as to when truck available.6. Three hour drive, one way, to drive to dealership.Ressler Chevy seems out of synch with talented mechanics who may work at another dealership.
