charged me 295 for a detail and chip repair. the driver side floormat was muddy when i went to pick it up and then they cleaned it again. looks like my car was just vacuumed and wiped with a clorox wipe. lots of residue and lint all over my dashboard. take your money somewhere else.

The gal that runs the office has the operation on straight lockdown. It efficient and straightforward. I always have an easy experience at Ressler glass.

Took my 2019 highlander in for a front wind shield replacement three weeks ago. Professional and courteous up front. Noticed a bad wind noise coming home any time I got above 40 mph and immediately took my car back in. Had the side trim pieces replaced, picked up my car. Still the wind noise any time the car got above 40 mph. The trim at the top of the windshield was clearly not set properly. Ended up getting a second wind shield put in, and it was supposed to be wind tested. I never got confirmation whether that was done or not. I'm sorry to say that after driving my car for a week, trying to ignore the wind noise, I'll be calling in again this week. Super frustrating experience. Follow through with the manager has been spotty at best. Instead, having one of the detail folks as the messenger, who knows nothing of my specific issue. instead of the technician who performed the services or the manager. I understand being short staffed. But my car is still not the way it was when I first brought it in. I purchased windshield insurance when I bought my car, from Ressler, and assumed I would get an OEM Toyota windshield. That was not the case. Both have been different brands, and they just can't seem to locate and fix the noise issue. Here's hoping third time's a charm.

Wow. What a great place. Replaced my windshield in about an hour and a half. Gave me a courtesy shuttle ride to the Korner Klub. Had lunch. Picked me up. The warranty i got with my used 2019 Dually Ford-350....came with everything covered. I was hesitant. Called 18 months later, said I need a new windshield, bought it here, replaced, thanks, bye.AWESOME. Thanks Ressler.Great family. God bless Montana.

Professional company, competitive price, good quality! I originally tried to get Glass Doctor to replace my windshield, but after multiple cancelations and mistakes by their scheduler, I decided to look elsewhere due to lack of professionalism and wasting my time.Very glad I settled on Ressler because they did a fantastic job, are well organized, professional, and finished the work in an hour. I am overall unimpressed with this place. They quoted me the cheapest price for a windshield for my car so I scheduled and took half a day off from work to get it there. Dropped my car off and an hour later was called and told that my replacement windshield had a chip in it and they had to reschedule me. Don't they check these things before hand? Frustrated I waited to hear back from them when my new windshield arrived and after a week I decided to call. They knew it was me somehow and I was told it had come in that morning but no one called me! I finally got it in and they replaced my windshield and a couple new wipers and charged me $100 more than what I was quoted!! Next day it was raining and I went to use my wipers and the driver's side one almost came off completely! Looked at it and it had been broken and stripped! I'm now headed back there so they can fix what they broke! They put my life in danger and I'm not happy! How can you break something and not say anything or fix it and let someone drive off!?! I hope they make this right and my review may change for the better or maybe for the worse. Ressler has 2 major strikes now in my book! After the Subaru dealership damaged my windshield during a transmission repair, Ressler did a great job replacing my windshield (On the dealership's dime). I had to come back for a revision, but the customer service and the technicians are lovely, sweet well meaning people. They were awesome! <3 The lobby is comfortable if you need for sit for a few minutes :)Service: Auto windshield repair

Love Ressler and the fact that I can trust them when it comes to sales and service. This place got the job done and cheaper than their competitors including the calibration. Overall spent $406 for a 2018 Toyota Tacoma windshield replacement. The customer service was solid over the phone but awkward in person. I walked in and got a, Why are you in here? instead of a How can I help you? type vibe. Overall good though.

I recently stopped by Ressler Glass for an estimate to fix a loose gasket on the windshield of my Subaru. I was not expecting it to be fixed immediately, but I wanted them to evaluate the issue, provide an estimate, and arrange an appointment. Long story short, Sierra and one of their technicians had me fixed up and back on the road in less 30 minutes. Yes, it was a simple fix, but I believe both Sierra and the technician went above and beyond to address my situation. Based on this experience, I will definitely return to Ressler Glass for any future needs.

Had a slight scheduling issue but Damien at Ressler Glass was so incredibly professional and kind with resolving the issue. He responded exactly how a business owner/manager should. Ken in reconditioning helped stop this terrible creaking in my front end when driving. He went above and beyond to make sure my new to me purchase ran to the best it could. I really appreciate everything he did for us as a new little family! Thank you for helping me get my car safe for my little guy.
