Mike & Shane got our truck done ASAP. I picked it up when it was finished & it was immaculate. They made the best of an icy situation! It needed mechanical work & body work, the paint blends perfect & drives back to normal. I bought the truck new from Morgan @ Ressler, & will continue to use Ressler. They re busy, & you might wait to have it done, but it s better to have it done right the first time.

Ginny Orton did an amazing job fixing our car after hitting a deer. Before the accident, the car was in super shape, and she saw that it got back to that shape! Thanks to those who worked on it, and their super work! I am thankful I chose Ressler! I highly recommend Ressler! The photo seen here is after the work!!

Quality of work is fine, despite customer service and professionalism completely disparaged that. I was originally quoted 5-7 business days for paint repair and minor damages repaired and over 5 weeks later with absolutely no communication, my father was able to get ahold of them. My car was returned filthy and full of dust from my doors being left off in the shop for more than a month. Felt like a fraternity house in there.

Pains me to say this but in my 30 years of car business experience i have never seen a bigger failure of customer service than this body shop. I gave them every opportunity to provide just the basic level of care and communication and they failed on every level. I wont be back, I wont refer my customers and I wont by my next truck from this dealer.

Quoted over $1200 for a small dent repair (door ding, clear coat scratch) and a month+ scheduling that a 2nd PDR shop in town did flawlessly in 30 minutes for $65. Was also not going to work with the PDR coverage service that Ressler sold us on a lease.

The ressler Collision Center is wonderful.Everywhere in town was booked out, for months, just to even take a look at my car to tell me if it was worth fixing after a minor collision.The Collision Center got me in the next day, and within a few hours they had an answer for me.They did not charge me to look at my vehicle. Which was so kind because it was not worth fixing.And they have been so kind and so helpful through the process of me trying to get my car towed out of their lot.They have put no pressure on me at all, and said they have a notary available on site for me to use if I need.I really appreciate this level of customer service, and efficiency.So God forbid I get in another crash, I will definitely come back to the Ressler Collision Center.

I am giving a 5 star review for Mark in the collision center! I ordered an after market bumper which didn t fit correctly (shocking, I know) and I went in to get quoted for either a full replacement or maybe some way to make it fit better. Mark took me in right then, worked on it for 10-15 minutes and got creative with the fix so it should be much better moving forward.I know absolutely nothing about cars/repairs and he could have easily taken advantage of that and told me to go the more expensive route but instead he worked with me and got me on my way in no time. I was in and out with my quote and quick fix in about 30 minutes.Mark, you re awesome and I am so grateful!Service: Body & Trim

What a phenomenal group of people!The Receptionist, Mary, took care of me the moment I got on the phone with her. Took notes on my situation, communicated it to her managers and was ready for me when I arrived.Matt, one of the techs, was extremely friendly and did everything in his power to provide me with options. He took the time to grab his manager for a second opinion.Shane Winters, the manager. What an amazing individual. Even though they were slammed, Shane took the time to PERSONALLY see to my back window leak. He put everything else aside to break down my interior to get the job done.They had me back on the road within a couple of hours.Hands down the best service experience I've ever had at any dealership. Thank you so much.

I am still in the process of getting my car repaired, but I felt the need to share my experience thus far.Round 1: I scheduled to have work done on my car, repair work was to start July 27th. I received a call the day before informing me covid had messed everything up and the parts were not in. The gal made several attempts to get ahold of me which I was grateful for. I fortunately had not needed a rental car during this period so it was not a big deal. My car was slated to be worked on for about a week for paint, window and grill work. She said she would call again to coordinate install when the parts arrived as she wanted to be courteous of my time.... while things didn't go right she handled it awesome and I have zero complaints.Round 2: I get a call from a gentleman who said he forgot to call me for my appointment as my stuff arrived and they were pretty backed up due to losing employees for numerous reasons that he did not get into. I could go head and drop my car off if I wanted but it would likely sit there for a few days without being worked on and it would not be the best situation for them to have an extra car on site. Given the fact I was getting a rental car and I needed a timeline that was not going to work as they had so many cars piled up that he could not give me a timeline. I was then told they could maybe get me in the end of September, but I could not get a timeline again of how long the work would take. I'm set to have a baby beginning of October so again having zero timeline of expectations when I am paying for a rental car is unrealistic. I use my vehicle regularly for my profession and coordinating kids, so it was rather dumbfounding that someone was trying to schedule an appointment without a work commencing timeline or a completion timeline. I asked if I could get my windshield fixed at the very least at which point I was told it would be rather inconvenient as it needed to be calibrated along with my grill and there would be additional charges since they would have to do twice the work. This gentleman should not be allowed to call clients. He just left me confused and severely irritated at his lack of capacity. He needs training from the lady in round 1.Services: Painting, Body & Trim, Auto windshield replacement

The team here is fantastic. I smashed the door of my truck on a post, and it had to be totally replaced. They were the fastest to get my truck in, and the turn around was half the time of everywhere else.I had to return my rental late in the day, then go pick up my truck. George offered to stay late and make sure I got my truck back. He made sure I checked the truck over thoroughly, and that I was happy.The finishing and installation was immaculate. They cleaned and polished my truck till it was so shiny I didn't recognize it as mine.I'm extremely impressed with the work and the team. If I need a body shop again, they will be my first stop.

Mike Miller made it all work! Just needed some plastics repaired on a FJ. About 2 hrs work. He got me in and out. Now the insurance company (sedgwick the TPA and Enterprise was such a joke.? Thank you Tracy Herden (sp) from the actual insurance company for going out of your way and stepping up to try and make it work!

If there was an option to give negative stars, I would. The staff is rude, withholding of information, and dishonest. It took nearly two months just to get a service date and then another two weeks for the repairs after being told the labor would take roughly a week. The car was returned with dirt all over the backseat and parts of the display controls broken. Overall it was the worst car service experience ever. I would consult any other repair shop in Bozeman before going to Ressler.Service: Body & Trim

Thank you to Dave and the staff at Ressler Collision. My truck came back a day earlier than projected and the work done was of the highest quality. This team is honest and realistic in their scheduling. While I hope my truck is never back in for collision repairs, I would not hesitate to bring it back there if I am in the situation again. Thanks guys.

I've used the body shop several times over the years. A few times just for help with different fasteners on the auto body I couldn't master and once with a $15K+ hail repair. They are always friendly and helpful. The paint work looks perfect. Mike and others get two thumbs up!

Ressler Collison Center has done body work for me more than once and I always have confidence leaving my vehicle here. I'm picky when it comes to body work, but more than once they've exceeded my expectations and returned my vehicle looking better than new! George Flikkema, Lisa Palmer, and Carol Moore were all so courteous and helpful through the entire process. Thank you for all that you do!

I've had some decent experiences here, but in the past year, the people at the oil change have consistently charged for services without informing me, and have been unhelpful and rude. We were broadsided on Feb 26, 2017 and we had our Highlander towed to Ressler Collision Center. Pretty much a traumatic deal, but considering the circumstances, we have to say that the folks there were a big help to us and they helped us to understand the process we faced. It took a while for the at-fault insurance company to decide that our Toyota was a total loss; Carol and Lisa kept us well informed as to the situation and they both eased the agony of our loss considerably, for which we are grateful.

After a series of unfortunate accidents; Ressler has always been timley, kind, and produce some of the best work in town.
