Sierra was awesome! She made everything quick, simple and completely painless. Even called a shuttle to drop me off downtown so I didn t have to wait or call an Uber. My windshield repair seems perfect. It only took about two hours, which was much quicker than I expected.

Tiffany Villasenor was AMAZING! She followed up with us regularly with status updates as she was trying to locate the vehicle that we wanted. Once she found it, she walked us through the process and communicated clearly every step of the way. Since we are not local, we weren't able to meet her in person, but given the level of customer service she provided, I felt like she had known us for years and understood exactly what we wanted. This level of service is very rare these days, and Ressler is very lucky to have her.When it came time to finalize the paperwork, Ben Shields was also extremely helpful. He presented us with all of our options, and was very easy to work with.I would highly recommend Ressler to anyone who is looking to purchase a vehicle.

Experience was good overall. I had called a few times about cars and were lead to believe they were there, then were informed they were sold days ago. Thankfully I hadn t made the two hour drive.Ultimately when we decided to purchase TJ was wonderful!! We had our toddler and baby and we needed to get out of there fast. Initially, it was going quite smooth as it wasn t very busy. As business picked up however we were almost done and it ended up taking quite a while. I felt a little frustrated that they didn t continue to get us through quickly with us being one of the first people there and the kids were getting quite restless.Overall, it was a good experience and we are super happy with our new car.

I cannot recommend the Ressler service department highly enough! We were in a bind and they managed to squeeze us in for service. They had the parts that were required for the repair and even finished the job more quickly than they anticipated. The people we dealt with, Casey and shane, were absolutely amazing! We are so grateful for their professionalism, kindness,and great communication skills. They are wonderful folks who turned what could have been a horrible day for us into a pleasant and absolutely satisfying experience! I will most likely be returning for all of my automotive service needs.

My service advisor Misti was kind, communicative, and had my best interests in mind. She went above and beyond her job to make my experience as easy as possible. She and Adam West are the kind of employees who make me believe Ressler is one of the good ones when it comes to purchasing and repair. I would 110% recommend purchasing or repairing your vehicle through Ressler solely based on my interactions with these employees. Management if you re reading this I d consider a nice bonus or raise for people like Misti and Adam, these are the employees you want to keep.

Ask for Annika! She was super great the entire process of getting my new vehicle. It was a longer process because the vehicle was still going through their processing but she was great at communicating with me and making sure they were on top of everything. I could tell she really cared about my situation and I am glad I trusted her with my car shopping!

Amy was amazing! Super funny and very polite. She has wonderful customer service skills and she deserves a bonus this holiday season! I asked for an ETA on how fast my oil change would be was told 45 and it got done in 20! Will be back and will recommend to others in town!

Horrible communication and not even a phone call to me about the estimated repairs! All I received was an email and text message three weeks after it was left there. The estimate sent was really inflated with maintenance items that were already completed last winter at the 100k service.Overall, this was a horrible experience and its been sitting there three weeks already.I just called to let them know that I ll be picking my car up today because I declined all the estimate items by email and text and I never got any new paperwork to approve anything.There were a few things I had considered repairing earlier this week by text and the advisor, Josie, was supposed to re-send the repair paperwork for me to approve those two items. Instead of communicating with me and resending the paperwork for my approval on the repairs, she went ahead and authorized the repairs without even telling me or re-sending any paperwork by email or text. So all week I thought the car was just sitting there! When I called just now to let them know I was coming to pick it up, the lady on the phone told me they re working on the car and its undriveable! That was big news to me since Josie never re-sent me the paperwork to approve the work. Overall, this is a horrible place with greedy people who care nothing about the customers! The communication is just pathetic and I won t be bring any of our vehicles here again.

Sierra waited on me when I came through the door. I wasnt able to get to the shop until after 4:00. The technicians were not available. She got approval to fix my window and was enthusiastic for the opportunity. She did an outstanding job on the rock chip. If I didn't know there had been a rock chip in the windshield I would never have been able to tell! She did such a great job and was very willing to go from behind the desk to the shop. I really appreciated her attitude and work ethic. Nicely played Sierra!!!! Thank you!

Service was quick and timely during the visit and went well. However it is sad that some services aren t being applied when taking your valued customers to the next level. Often leaving the car in better condition than when it arrived was something we use to see- car washed or vacuumed at least. They use to bring the car around to the front running and ready to go but now just point you in the direction it is parked. I dropped off inside out of the weather elements but had to pick up in the blowing snow, parked tightly on the back lot. Not what I d expect you d have your customers do. Not the end of the world but still not what I m use to. Just seems some of the additional touches are now lacking the extra customer care.

I bought a vehicle at the end of December of 2023. I have to say, the initial experience was great! The salesman I worked with, Jayden was fantastic. He made everything easy and seamless. I walked away very happy.That all changed when I called to ask about the status of my new vehicles title being sent to the county for registration. I was then informed, weeks after my purchase, that they did not have the title to the vehicle, but they were working on it. How do you sell someone a car without a title? Fast forward another 2 weeks, I had to go to the dealership in person to try and find out what was going on and get an extension on the temporary tags they gave me. At one point I was told they were requesting a new title, another point they couldn't get ahold of the previous owners, they were out of the country. The whole ordeal was ridiculous and unprofessional. Now all the way to February the title is finally sent and I can register my car. Because it took so long I had to get brand new plates instead of transferring the old ones, and thus more money I had to spend. This situation should have never happened, and it's incredibly bad business in my opinion. I will never purchase a car from them again.I'm only giving 2 stars because the salesman Jayden was great, otherwise the entire thing was the worst car purchase experience I've ever had.

Jeremy Doorn the sales manager worked a deal that no one else would AND he got me into what I wanted.. Lindsey Bos was very sweet and Helpful. I would definitely use her again. They were quick and efficient with no hesitation. Thank you Ressler for helping get what I needed and wanted!!!

The staff was very nice and got me in for an appointment very quickly. The guest waiting area was clean and comfortable. I didn't see any coffee but it was probably there somewhere. It was nice.

I am concerned that the dealership would not commit to removing my camper add ons they clearly indicated they had to remove for resale. Why cant they contact me once they have removed them so I can come pick them up. The camper frame tie downs, and air lift shocks represent almost $3k of money I spent just two months ago when I purchased this very truck from Resslers. Given ive purchased two 1 ton pickups from you in the last 3 months, i would expect lots more cooperation!

I had an 8:15 appointment on Monday, October 23rd. I wanted an oil change and brake fluid flush. I didn't wait at Ressler and took the shuttle home to wait. I called Ressler at 2:30pm asking for an update on the progress. I was told it was still being worked on and it would still be ready that day.The next update I received was a text Tuesday morning notifying me the truck was ready.Finishing the two items I needed serviced seemed doable in one day. I made the appointment on or about September 3rd. I was disappointing learn that at 2:30pm it was still being worked on.If your schedule fills up and appointments take longer than expected some communication to that effect would be appreciated.

Josie was amazing. She kept me notified the entire time, she sent me updates with the multipoint inspection so that I could approve any additional services and she got my vehicle hand washed and vacuumed for me. 10/10 experience

Wow, my first time there and was I blown away by friendliness, professionalism and a hearty welcome. They made a plan to help me within minutes and gave me and my daughter the best care. We were immediately offered a porter to take us anywhere we want to go. We decided to stay as we were offered a free service to upgrade options on my vehicle. We were given some quotes that was very reasonable. We were offered refreshments in an beautiful and clean lounge. Every moment of my experience there was amazing. Wonderful people. Thank you to everyone that helped me today

Justin in finance was amazing and communicated well and quickly. Annika our sales women needs work on her communication skills. Pushed to get the deal done and failed to tell us the truck was not completed. The wheels roof racks and mats had not arrived yet. Had to wait 2 weeks for delivery. This caused us to loose 2 weeks of Onstar services. The Tahoe arrived new with scratches, major scratch on Rim, side of vehicle scratches on A-pillar and C pillar. I was able to rub C pillar out. A pillar not so much. We are 9 hrs away and can not just run over to a dealer as closest is 1.5 hrs from us.

Not only was the entire team completely disjointed and disorganized, but also incredibly inconsiderate of anyone else s time. I waited for hours in the lobby and when I finally asked when the vehicle would be finished for them to tell me the vehicle wouldn t be finished until the following day. The next day I called to ask when it would be ready and they said it had been ready a while, yet no one bothered to call me. This seems to be par for the course at Ressler. I won t be buying my next vehicle here for this reason. I was warned about this and should have listened.

The best thing about my car buying experience at Ressler in Bozeman was that it was very low pressure regarding the salesperson (Ryan Ghorley) He was direct, and helpful in my decision and he was prepared beyond my expectations in regards to getting everything ready for the transaction over the phone. I did not deal with upsells which I hate to deal with when buying anything. The only person who did an upsell, which I accepted was Ben, the finance manager. I agreed to buy the upsell product as it made sense but my only apprehension (this was all over the phone), was the cost of the upsell. I wasn't prepared to be offered this but in the end I'm actually happy that I did add it to my vehicle purchase. I also like the fact that Ryan took the initiative to reward the person who told me to check out Ressler and ask for Ryan himself. So, while I was there he told me that he had a check for that person (who is my daughter Melissa and her husband Fred). My daughter had just dropped me off and left, so Ryan was not able to hand the reward/check to her so I only hope it will still be honored and made sure she gets the check that Ryan said he had for my daughter and her husband for directing me to your dealership. I told them he did have a check for her. She's anticipating that as her reward.

Over the past 4 and a half years we have had the pleasure of working with Brian Klatt and Ressler Chevrolet while purchasing four vehicles. Our first time visiting Ressler was a very cold and snowy day in January - we were just driving through their parking lot to see what inventory they had, as we didn't want to get out in the snow. No sales people were out, either, when we noticed a man running across the parking lot toward us - it was Brian. He came out into the snow, to see if there was anything we were interested in seeing. He was friendly, kind, and welcoming. He also demonstrated that he was willing to go above and beyond for his customers. We told him what we were looking for, and he invited us in to show us the inventory they had on the computer. We went in, he brought us coffee and water, and was willing to take the time to spend with us to ensure we got exactly what we were looking for. We purchased 2 vehicles that day. Since then, Brian has worked with us in our purchase of two more trucks, and we are currently working with him to purchase another truck. Every time, Brian is an incredible asset, and he works to ensure our needs are met - even when we were at one time having a slight issue with the service department, Brian was willing to help us as an advocate with the service department. He is an outstanding person, and a great salesman - his commitment to his customers doesn't stop with the sale, he's always willing to help. We highly recommend Brian Klatt with Ressler Chevrolet any time you are looking for a new vehicle.
