The service is first rate. The clerk helped me save beaucoupbucks by showing me how to use the error message thingamajingy. And offered a possible workaround to get my check engine light reset until I could get to a mechanic who could give me better guidance if it was a continual issue.

A gentleman named Steven helped me today to troubleshoot a simple wiring issue. He did not try to sell me anything unnecessary. Instead he helped me get to the root of my problem. This is why I like this particular location so much. This is why they have always had my business. Everytime I go there I feel like I am being treated honestly and respectfully. If only every place of business would do that they could come to understand that not only will I spend my money, I will spread the word. Thank you Steven and the rest of the crew. Much respect.

Stopped in to get my battery checked and the guys working were super friendly and helpful. Logan went more than out of his way to help me and make sure everything was situated properly and helped me install my new battery. Out of the auto parts shops in town I have had the best luck here.

The fellow working their named Steven was very helpful in finding an idler pulley. He went out of his way to make sure it was the right fit and even pulled out the caliper to make sure it was the same size, as the new part didn't quite look identical to the old part. The part he found me worked great and I was able to complete my project (timing belt). He said to call or come back any time with questions and to find something I was looking for. I will. It's nice to see that genuine service is still alive. Thanks Steven

Most knowledgeable staff of any auto parts store ever been in throughout the whole United States..I was F1 Mechanic for years and this place I love the mostMainly because they bend over backwards for everyone of their customers name seemed to really enjoy the businessBesides being knowledgeable. They are quite pleasant .. prices are excellent

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We came in to have some touch up paint mixed and buy over $100 worth of product and where the only ones in the store. A nice kid helped us out and started to mix the paint, and AFTER STARTING (it was clear he knew how to mix the paint) he was told by his boss he had to stay at the front desk and we would have to come back as they where under staffed. I have had touch up bottles mixed here before and it takes 5 minutes. We just cannot understand how they are willing to send a customer ready to spend over $100 out of the store instead of taking 5 minutes to help us when there was not a single other customer in the store. We proceeded to wait in the store for another 5 minutes in awe that the employee that was half way through helping us stood at the counter staring off into the completely empty store.

This used to be my go-to auto parts store, but recent experience hasn t been good. I ve tried to stop by and buy something as simple as wiper blades, but the store isn t staffed well enough for me to get this task done inside of 15 minutes. What s worse is that what staff there is seems oblivious to people waiting.

Rene was super helpful. He was the only one working and was helping multiple people at once. He attached a ladies wiper blades and went above and beyond to help me find the part I needed. They didn t have it but he let me take photos of the computer to know all the part information I need to order it. He even found one he thought might work and helped me try to install it.

Grabbed what was needed then stood in line for almost 10 min as the one lady working the counter had a full conversation with the customer ahead of us about evening plans and what they were doing together after she was off work. Finally another employee came up and rang me out after I loudly made comments to another customer about the poor service but they didn't even bother to say anything until I was almost out the door they shouted that the receipt was in the bag.

In general, it's a nice auto store and the people seem alright, but the other week I bought a pair of the best windshield wipers you can get. At least I assume, they were the most expensive. They haven't been needed yet until today when it started raining and one of the pair streaked bad, so I called them to see if they would replace one that is streaking. I tossed the receipt and packaging because I didn't think I would have to return a windshield wiper, but he said there's nothing he could do for me. I even went to the extent of asking him if I'm wasting my time and should I go to Napa and he had the gall to say yes. Yep, lost my business for life!

I just got off the phone with someone who sounded like a manager. They said all of "their" employees were doing inventory. He was very unfriendly and seemed to relish being unhelpful. I had been in the day before and gotten a part number and been told they could get the part by Wednesday. The only reason I called this morning, was to order that part! I know it is Monday morning at 9:20 but it doesn't mean you have to be grumpy and talk over me on the phone.

One of my brake lights went out as I was making a cross country trip to Washington. I googled this O'Reilly store, went in to buy the bulb and would try to figure out how to put it in once I got to my destination. However, Rene was working and was a lifesaver. He was adamant about selling me only what I needed, replaced my bulb, and installed new windshield wipers for me. Talk about customer service!! I highly recommend this location for all your auto parts needs.

Amazing Customer Service. My car was actively being worked on at another repair shop in town and needed a quick defective part swapped out ASAP. Ryan offered to drive across town to the other store and pick up the replacement part needed and personally deliver it to the repair shop free of charge. That is true customer service.

I came in a bit ago about a battery. There was a young man who just started and he was unsure how to help so he got his manager. A man named bruce. Right out the gate this man bruce was unhelpful and condescending to his new employee. He stated a handful of times that we are not mechanics and that they cant do this or that. I thought oreillys helps change lights and batteries and other simple things. Our battery was corroded pretty bad, but we came in inquiring about a smell with the battery light coming on and this bruce guy did not listen to us on what the problem was. Very unhelpful.

If you get there and the only guy working is a young guy in his 20's, if you can't find what you want hanging in the store then leave and go somewhere else. The young guy is dumber than a bag of rocks.

These guys were great. Had an engine light come on in my old car and they hooked it up and did a diagnostic. After getting the code I was able to keep going without worry. They offer this service for free.

Shop is a bit dated and tough to get in and out of at times with the location. Help is usually friendly but sometimes scarce. Prices and selection are pretty standard for most O'reilly's but this one tends to have less than other stores. Online ordering seems a bit foreign to them still at times as certain employees have no idea how to handle that or it is one person that handles that type of deal. I certainly keep going back to O'reilly's in general.

I can t believe the store hasn t been torn down and turn into an affordable housing high-rise.I ve been buying parts at the store for over 20 years. They have also made hydraulic hoses for my tractor at work.

The staff in the store itself were very helpful and respectful. However, I ordered an extremely crucial part (Rod bearings) from here over AutoZone and Napa because O'Reilly's guaranteed me that they could have the part in in a day. That was on Monday. It is now Thursday and their delivery truck has yet to come with the parts. My cars engine has been apart since Tuesday. This is incredibly frustrating. The staff at this store was fine, it's the parts delivery that I have a problem with.I drove to AutoZone and they guaranteed me the same parts will arrive in under 24 hours through FedEx, not their own shipping truck. Please, fix the shipping issue. I won't bring my business here any more, it's cost me four days of borrowing cars.
