Greet you right when you walk in. Chris helped me out with my interior paneling and knew exactly what to do. O Reilly s and Autozone did not have the right fitting clip, but NAPA had a great book available to help compare and find the right size I needed. They could use a bigger selection of bulbs as they didn t have the right fit for my rig.

I walked in and asked where the parts I ordered were. They said they didn't know, but kept looking. It took me a couple of minutes to figure out I called a different shop. I was in the wrong place. They didn't make me feel like the dummy that I was.

Let me start off by saying I didn't expect much, only because I had been to 2 other auto parts stores looking for some very specific mirrors for a very old motorhome and no one had been in the least helpful to me. MIKE greeted me kindly and immediately went to work, trying to find exactly what I needed, and if that didn't work, well by golly he was going to figure out what would. He was kind, funny, and most of all he treated me like a customer. It didn't matter that I'm a woman who might not know what I'm up against. He was kind, courteous, and willing to spend the time with me. I haven't experienced customer service like this in a long time. And now, I'll be a lifelong customer. Good on you, Mike (I'm sorry I don't know your last name). Thank you!

The Napa's here are very good and well stocked. They also have a distribution center in 4 corners that aids in getting your parts quickly. They do a bit better on electrical supplies than the others as well.

These guys have always been very helpful and friendly. There has been several times that they have helped diagnose issues with my suburban then helped me figure all the parts and tools I will need for the job. Often they will come out and walk me through how to do the repair if I have questions on the process.

Staff are super helpful. Was looking for a part and the guy helped me find it. But went beyond that and also found a different part that accomplished the same think at a much cheaper price. Its not often that a sore will help you save money.

I had a NAPA Legend Premium battery that began to fail within its warranty. I had read the warranty and understood the terms and was pleased to have that honored with replacement on a prorated cost, just as described (It was past the free replacement, but still within terms). Quick, informative service. Also, having your receipt is instrumental in any process like this.

I've shopped at Napa Auto parts for years and after today's interaction and your non willingness to cover something that you said you would cover and should have covered when I brought the part in a month ago I will never shop there again.

Napa is always so helpful! They are great about deliveries to local shops, which is my personal favorite, because their little decal-covered cars stick out so much when they run around the streets downtown. Prices are good and service is hopeful even when they can't be helpful. If you have a question and can't get the help you need right off the bat, make sure to ask everyone currently on shift - someone is guaranteed to know what it is you need info on, or know the guy who does. #letsguide

Always seem to have the right parts. Generally good advice. Today i was exceptionally impressed with the new hand from Great Falls (forgot his name) who took the time to double check diagnoses on a Dodge pick up steering issue and ensure the correct parts were ordered. Come to find out he has 15 years experience in suspension!

I needed 2 new batteries for my f250, there was a deal on the website that would have given 20% off if I reserved online and picked up in the store, for $300 worth of batteries that s pretty significant.We are traveling and I couldn t get the website to load properly on my phone, but upon arrival Ed B was dismissive about the online discount and told us he would give us a comparable discount in store.I went out to pull my old core returns from the truck while my wife finished the transaction. Ed gave her no discount, and when she asked about it he insisted that he had given a discount and made her feel uncomfortable so she left with the batteries.Well, we lost out on a $60 discount thanks to Ed and his misleadingly my wife. I ll just go to Oreillys next time and get the superior Motorcraft batteries at the same price.Thanks a lot Ed.

I have shopped here before and been impressed with knowledge and parts availability.Today I found out they gave me the wrong lower ball joint after I had it all apart and no extra vehicle. I called, within 15 minutes Mike pulled up at my house in his personal truck with the correct part.I won t be shopping anywhere else for auto parts in Bozeman anymore!

NAPA Bozeman has consistently tried to ring me up with the most expensive brand of a part I am looking forward to. They will only tell you that there are much less expensive brands available if you ask them directly.For example, I went in to by an air filter which I know they have for $4. The cashier retrieved a NAPA Gold for $14 and tried to ring me up. I asked about cheaper brands, and he told me that there was a NAPA Silver for $10. I asked him, "What about the ProSelect?" Only then did he let me know that it was available, in stock, for $4.This has happened to me 4 times in a row. This is not a coincidence and I can only believe they are doing this purposefully to snag $ from unsuspecting customers.I do not like businesses that you have to watch to keep honest.

Probably the best auto parts store in town. The employees take the time to answer questions and help you solve your problem without being too arrogant, which is my much welcomed for this DIY auto repair guy. Thanks NAPA!

They either have the stuff you need or can usually get it within a day. Knowledgeable staff. Sometimes it just takes a while for someone to come to the counter and help.

Reply to dean S thermostat comments. When Dean notified us that his mechanic had found the thermostat defective and wanted his money back plus labor Napa asked to speak with his mechanic.Upon speaking with the mechanic we did confirmed that Dean indeed have an over heating issue. The cause however was not the thermostat. The mechanic had found that the impeller on the water pump was broken and it was not moving water causing the over heating issue. further more we put the thermostat in boiling water and it opened. We did not pay any labor as the part was not defective. We did however offer to refund the purchase price of the part.

Napa was just awesome I had gone to O'rally and Auto Zone to be treated rudely. The napa Guy was just totally awesome and helpful showed me what to do and what i needed to get to get the job done Thanks Napa
