Came in for an oil change, upon arriving home, I opened the hood to double check the fluid level and found the technicians managed to misplace my brake fluid reservoir cap. They then proceeded to replace it with an incorrect part that did not fit and securing it with duct tape. They proceeded to not mention this to me upon payment. A completely shameful act over a rather cheap part for them to replace. During the job I overheard someone mention asking another person if they had a flashlight, presumably to find the cap they had lost they quickly gave up finding.The kicker, the cap was lying on top the skid plate inside the engine bay.

Lube Alley is a great shop with honest hard working staff. I came in to get my first oil change from these guys not too long ago.Unfortunately they noticed my drain plug was leaking and we diagnosed that the previous oil change I had received out of town stripped my oil pan. These guys did everything they could to get me back on the road leak free and handed me a few extra quarts of oil at no charge just to make sure I could keep the vehicle topped off until I made it back home to talk with the last shop I went to.Thank you!!

Can t say enough good things about the people and the services offered here. I brought my car in for an oil leak that followed an oil change done somewhere else. Lube Alley quickly found the issue, addressed it, topped me off, and didn t charge a dime! They sent me with the faulty oil filter so I could attempt to get a refund from the other place. It s refreshing to experience that level of service at an auto place. Kudos to the manager and his whole team! I ve found out new regular oil change spot.

Quick, friendly, and solid service. 2014 Ram 2500 was serviced faster, cheaper, and more accurately than my experience with Billion. Glad we have other solutions, and thank you Lube Alley!

Jake and the crew at Lube Alley in Bozeman are phenomenal! I ve been taking my car there for years and they are always super friendly and quick! So helpful as well. Definitely recommend!

Tried to get a convenient oil change off I-90. Pulled up at 5:15 and the dudes closed the garage and walked away. Didn't offer any reason for closing early. Shame and lost a customer.

They were able to use the oil and filter I had purchased and the service was exceptionally quick. Took less than 20 minutes overall. Great customer service! :)

Travel Cross Country Coast To Coast From North Carolina Needing My Minivan Serviced. I Was Greeted With A Friendly Tech and Was Service Quickly with in Ten Minutes. Headed on a trip for Thanksgiving and they got us in and the oil changed. Very friendly and lots of help every time I ve been there. And they don t mind my dog chilling in the car while they get the job done.

Very little communication. Took my keys without telling me what was happening. At my oil place in Great Falls you actually drive it in in yourself and wait in the vehicle. I waited inside and then was called to pay. The techs didn't ask any questions or show me oil levels, color, air filter anything. Literally told me nothing. I had to ask the front desk about each thing. Oil was fast enough but I have no clue if my tires were were checked, other fluids, filters etc

After my oil change I found oily footprints on my floor mats. I had to take the car back to have that cleaned, which they did quite well. Brynon from the front office was very proactive about this and offered me a partial refund for my trouble with the floor mats, which I appreciate. I felt that the oil change was too expensive, and that Lube Alley should list their prices on their website and in their stores, which they do not do currently. Brynon listened to my suggestions and seemed open to them. All in all, I am a satisfied customer.Service: Oil change

Don't really want to mark any stars as I didn't receive service, but Google shows hours were updated 3 weeks ago. Went there today, a Saturday at 1045, and it was CLOSED. Two people pulled in behind me, so I wasn't the only one. Just seems bad to me as I was hoping for better service than Jiffy Lube, but at least they were OPEN.
