Had them install 6 each Rv tires on my diesel pusher. In the process they ended up damaging one of my aluminum wheels. How do I know they did it? I took a complete video of the motohome at Les Schwab before the tire replacement started which clearly shows no damage. As you can see in the photo the gouge marks go all the way inside the new tires. One thing l can say about them as they realized the damage they done they changed their process and did not damage the other three aluminum rims. After I paid them $6012.00 for the job i told them I was impressed with how well they would stand by the new tires I had bought. I had read all their promises on the estimate sheet they had sent me on my email. That s when Brandon told me the estimate sheet is just a generic sheet they use and none of that pertained to the tires I had bought. Very misleading I thought!! As I went to drive my motorhome off the outdoor tire pad I notice all kinds of tire debris they were wanting me to drive through to exit their establishment. I spent 15 minutes cleaning my exit path up so I didn t have to make a U turn and get a flat tire repaired. Would I go back there again yes if they could promise me that they would damage my other three rims so my diesel pusher will look the same all the way around it. NOT IMPRESSED!!!!

I called in to see if they could fit in trying to diagnose a shaking front end around 60mph, was told to bring the truck down and they d do what they could. I bring it down, understanding I may need new tires, etc. When I arrived, the counter staff was very helpful in sorting out which tires would be the best fit and if they had any in stock. Unfortunately they did not and I m only in town for the day and need to continue a long drive. After hearing that I was not going to purchase (read order ) tires, I was told they would not be able to do any diagnostics due to the current tires having marginally low tread. I cannot begin to describe the frustration as I had wasted over half my day of truly fixing this, to be told I m on my own because I wouldn t buy new tires. Of course they didn t tell me that at 9am when I gave them the truck, it was at 1:15pm when they finally got around to it. I came in, completely honest and WILLING to buy tires had they had them in stock, and given the treatment I may never return to any Les Schwabs. It feels deliberate that they wait until you ve given half your day to patiently waiting, only to be held over a board to buy tires just for them to even begin helping solve what may not even be related to the tires. This problem could be as simple as a bad wheel bearing or any other number of issues. 1/5 vehicle support, 2/5 customer service only due to the counter staffs ability to help identify the most ideal tire and was patient through the process. Would not rely on them for honest service.

I have always had an amazing experience at Les Schwab Bozeman. Korbin is one of the most knowledgeable individuals I have ever worked with. Not only does he do an amazing job at diagnosing the issue efficiently, but he also explains the problem in detail, outlining the steps needed for the repair. Korbin is also great at following up after repairs have been made to ensure that the problem is not reoccurring. If I could give him more than 5 stars, I would!

Do not bring your vehicle to any Les Schwab tire center! They will lie and scam you at any chance they get and I would give zero stars if possible. Brought my malibu in December to the Livingston location to get winter tires put on. When they loaded my all seasons back in to the car they broke a component holding up my cpu unit in the trunk and never told me or offered to pay to fix it. They said two tires were low on tread but would still be usable in the spring for a few hundred miles so I kept all 4 of the all season tires. Just got my winter tires taken off at the Bozeman location where they strong armed me into getting two new tires saying they wouldn t put the two with low tread back on. They also mentioned that one of my TPS sensors wasn t working but I told them I knew about it and didn t care to have it fixed. Just got back home and I am looking at the detailed receipt showing me they did charge me a TPS rebuild even though they didn t do it and i asked for it not to be done. I also asked them to look at my drivers side front windshield wiper because it hasn t been working sometimes recently, was told they did the entire Free Pre-trip Safety Check and Free Wiper Blade Check which was a bold faced lie. As soon as i started driving I tried to use my windshield wipers and the drivers side didn t work. I had a hunch they didn t do it because when i asked the mechanic who rung me up he seemed unsure of the issue but assured me they did all the checks. To top it all off on my way home I stopped for gas and noticed one of the tires was low on air so I decided to check them all. They all needed air except one the other three were about 2/3 full of what they should be! Poor work ethic by the employees and sketchy business practices, avoid at all cost!

Can t say enough about this company. They do a great job. Super nice folks and they deliver the best service. They blow Costco tires out of the water. And their prices are totally reasonable. They must have excellent leadership because the whole experience with this business is top notch every time.

I have been having troubles with one of my tires and they were super patient with me. Super great customer service! Seems like they will try to find the issue instead of just trying to take your money. I recommend taking your vehicle here!

Brandon and the rest of the Les Schwab team went above and beyond to help me with ongoing leaking that other shops in town couldn't resolve. Brandon took the time to trouble shoot and shared ideas with me, before executing the repair and test driving. They even preemptively balanced the rear tires. Found my tire shop for all future needs. Thanks.

These guys rock. First of all they got me in on just a few days notice, where other shops were booked for several weeks or more. They fed my dog treats which is awesome, and were way more helpful than they needed to be. I recently had my truck lifted and the front end was not adjusted up. So I was several inches higher in the back. Korbin and Robbie fixed that real quick like. They both need raises for sure $$$. Thank you guys so much. Oh also, my truck rubbed when I brought it in. Now it doesn t. So legit

Very nice customer service in the beginning but didn't hold up to what the company had told us previously. We had called 2 weeks before I went in for the appointment to get new tires on my car to make sure we could put the tires on the family account.� When they were all done getting the tires put on and it came time to pay they told us we couldn't charge to the account because it wasn't "active " when we had been told that it was just 2 weeks prior.� I now will be taking my business to the les schwab in Missoula before I will ever come back to this location because I have never had an issue like this at any other location, including outside of Montana. It was extremely frustrating for me and my family as the tires were a present for me, and they use les schwab for all their tires so our accounts are active.

Terrible experience! My advice, go somewhere else! This place is very unprofessional and over schedules their facility causing rushed and shoddy work. To start they didn't take my car into the bay until an hour past my scheduled appointment time for a set of 4 new tires. Drove a half mile home. Found a completely flat tire less than twelve hours later. There was adhesive all over the sidewall and no obvious reason for the flat. Called at store opening (8AM) to see how they were going to fix it. They told me I was welcome to bring it in and they would look at it. I mean, you've got to be kidding!?! I requested they come to me instead, since it was their service tech who installed the tire incorrectly causing the flat. At this point I'm upset and a half hour late for work. The manager told me someone would be out right away to get it fixed. At 3:30PM got home from work and the tire was still flat. Called the store again and they hadn't even given the mobile service guy the ticket. The mobile tech finally showed up right before closing. (I will say that the guy who came to fix the tire was professional and very kind.) Turns out the original service tech did not install the spacer on the valve stem, so all the air leaked out of it. Somehow managed to get it right on the other three tires...

Disappointing Service and Unmet Expectations at Les SchwabReview:I recently had a regrettable experience with Les Schwab in mid-August, when my wife, Kelly, scheduled an appointment for a seasonal tire change and an oil change. Despite our due diligence in calling ahead to ensure our car was in their parking lot and confirm the tasks to be performed, we were met with a frustrating situation.Upon arriving, we were greeted by a note on the door informing customers that, from the current date until December, oil changes would only be performed for pre-existing appointments. To our dismay, despite having scheduled such a service, we were informed over the phone that our oil change would not be accommodated.To add insult to injury, we were denied any form of discount on the seasonal tire changes when inquired about compensating for the inconvenience. When we initially scheduled the services, we were quoted $160 for both tires and oil. However, if we wanted both services that day, the price had inexplicably increased to $191 and change, simply because it was October.We are disappointed and frustrated with Les Schwab. Their unwillingness to honor previously made agreements and their abrupt changes in service and pricing have left us feeling undervalued as customers. Our experience was characterized by unmet expectations, unforeseen inconveniences, and an apparent lack of customer-centric values. We hope future interactions with Les Schwab, if any, will reflect a higher standard of service and integrity.Rating:

I had a nail in my tire so I took it to Les Schwab for probably my seventh visit. As always, they treated their customers very respectfully and nicely and got my car done quickly and even decided to throw in the tire patch for free. I really appreciate their dedication to customer service and the amazing and quick service The team in the back is consistently providing to me and all of my family. Definitely the best place to get your tires changed or work done in Bozeman.

I was in a jam today 450 miles from home. Willow greeted me with a smile. She asked Alex about doing a safety check on a rear wheel bearing. Alex worked me into his busy schedule and gave me a succinct response. The differential was in bad shape. He apologized and said Les Schwab doesn t do those repairs. Willow met me when I picked up my CRV and recanted sorry we could t help you. But here are a couple of locations who might. There s no charge. Typical of Les Schwab we should be mindful that they serve our communities with great customer services. Thank their employees for their can do attitudes.

We are traveling cross country, from Glacier National Park back home to Virginia. At 5:50 PM near Butte we realized we had a sheet metal screw in a camper tire. Called the store, and Josh said come on by. He worked very quickly to fix our tire, at closing time. we are extremely appreciative! Couldn t be more pleased! Highly recommend.

I just want to give a shout out to Alex. I caught a nail in my tire and needed it fixed quickly. I went to do a late night drop off and Alex happened to be there. He stayed late to fix it and his service was over the top. I cannot express how much time and energy he saved me. Really exemplary service.

Brought in my car with a flat tire and a stripped lug bolt. Initially was told they would repair the flat, but no time for the lug bolt. I received a call around noon that the situation changed, the flat was repaired, and they now had time to do the lug bolt. They stated I would receive a call when the car was ready. I was dropped off to the shop at 2 pm and waited for the phone call in the lobby for over an hour. Finally caught someone at the counter to ask about the progress, and they told me the car was ready since they couldn t do the lug repair after all. I was pretty upset no one called to tell me the car was ready, as I had been waiting for 7 hours at this point since drop off, and the lug repair wasn t made after all. Insult to injury, the keys had been left in the ignition and my car battery was completely dead. Additionally, the flat was also not repaired at all or communicated that it was irreparable. I wasted a whole day at this shop with zero communication and nothing but bad service.

(OLD, N/A, SEE EDIT)Extremely fast and reasonable, highly recommend. I chose a set of tires online and an appointment was available the same day (writing this in August). Great set of tires, thank you.Edit: (3/16/23)I took my vehicle in for an oil change and the oil tech didn't put the lower engine cover back together correctly. It drug on the highway for 8 miles, it didn't ruin my car or anything but the cover was damaged. I went back and explained my situation to the manager there (Chris I think, he had an ear-ring). I asked if they could replace my cover and he responded, "Well, we don't carry those!", which I would have figured as much because it's a proprietary part. I suggested that I get one from Denny Menholt and come back with an invoice for the part, to which he agreed. I got everything together and they reimbursed me for the part (I did the labor myself) and they gave me "half off" on the oil change. I requested a full refund because of all of the inconvenience, time, and fuel costs that it cost me, but half-off is better than nothing I guess. I feel like if I wasn't persistent enough these guys would have probably walked all over me, Chris seemed inconvenienced and was irritated about my requests. I probably wouldn't go here because they are probably rushed/burnt out and are generally apathetic, which is a shame because I did like them before this happened. The ladies at the counter were very nice though.

Thank you so much for the help. I had a nail in my tire while driving through Bozeman on my home to Gardiner. I pulled in right at 6 pm on a Fri eve. They went out of their way to help me get back on the road and refused any payment.I didn't even buy my tires there. I will from now on and will recommend them to anyone that asks. Great customer service !!! Thank you for the outstanding help.

First, never buy Hankook studded tires. The studs wear though the tires causing flats after less than a year of wear. Also, if you drop off a flat to be repaired expectv to be ignored for several hours unless you are there to pressure them. Dropped off a flat over 4vhours ago. Still sitting in the spot the tire tech who took it left it. Customer service has gone seriously downhill..

Les Schwab Bozeman is the best. They helped us out in a dire situation. Had rental car needed oil change ASAP was on first leg of road trip. Rental said they are contracted to do service.Long story short Supervisor Chris went above and beyond to help us, he got us our oil change in the morning squeezed us in. We were delayed 3 hours heading to Wisconsin. He is the best. Thank you. You saved the vacation for us. I've bought my tires from them 2 times. Les Schwab saved the day. Many many thanks

Had a heck of a time finding the right lug key to change my tire and Les Schwab sold me the part that I needed as well as let me borrow a wrench so I could get the job done. They also patched my tire within 15 minutes and were super kind! Thank you guys!!

I absolutely CANNOT recommend Les Schwab enough. They'll patch up and air your tires... FOR FREE! I go there whenever I need a patch, they fix it up quickly with great customer service for no charge. When I have gone to get something done beyond the basic patch, I experienced the same haste, the same wonderful customer service, and no issues at all with the fix. It was great. The lobby is nice with popcorn and hot drinks set up as well as a TV and phone chargers, as well as clean bathrooms, so even when they're super busy and it takes a bit it's not too bad to wait around in.

The people at Les Schwab in Bozeman are awesome. A bolt sheared off at the end of the day while they were installing new parts on my pickup, and Brandon and the guys in the back stayed 2 hours late to find a new part and get the job done. I wouldn t think twice about going back there. They have great customer service and have always done great work with anything I bring to them.
