I dropped off my truck October 2nd to get my DEF sensor/tank replaced, the sunroof guides/rails fixed, and the tailgate latches fixed, was told it will take about 2 weeks. Although it took them almost 5 weeks to complete everything, Kahla, my service advisor kept me up to speed on my trucks progress throughout the whole process. Kahla and the Kendall Ford service department were also very accommodating by letting me take my truck while it was waiting to be looked at initially and again while they were awaiting for the arrival of the parts. Although it took a few months to get my truck in when booking the appointment and longer than expected to get everything done, the customer service made up for it.

Our car has been in the shop for a month now (dropped off Aug 8th) and we barely have any updates on it. The last we heard, the mechanic wasn t sure if it would need a total engine replacement or if it was fixable. Mind you, we are talking about a new 2019 escape (bought brand new at the Ford dealership), with less than 35,000 miles in it and already having engine issues.Services: Engine repair, Auto maintenance

If I could give this service department a less than 1 star, I would.Nothing about this experience has earned anything more than a half a star, and the only reason for that, is Lily has been very easy to talk to, even though this is not her fault, she has been very understanding with my frustration, Lily gets 5 stars.I scheduled a vehicle back in May for a August appointment, knowing they were out that far. Dropped the vehicle off last week, and now, the following week, and it still has not even been looked at. This is not for repair, just a simple PM and an inspection from top to bottom, front to back, just to make sure the vehicle is sound and free of issues.Forget using the text messages that they send, nobody responds, not even for an update. Calling has been 50/50 if I get to talk to anyone, and if I leave voice mails, they go unreturned. I will be looking for other places to have my vehicle serviced from here on out. If it isn't done by this Friday, I will go get the vehicle, and find somewhere else that can service and check it out. What is the point of scheduling an appointment, if it has been there for 5 days and not even touched? Why not call and ask to reschedule it on day that a tech can actually get to it? Not looking good for Kendall Ford Service Department.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto maintenance, Oil change

DO NOT GO HERE!!! Went to have my ABS system replaced, took over a month to even get an update after I dropped off the vehicle. Called after two weeks with attempts to get an update, and after leaving voicemails for two weeks I was finally able to get an update and go in to get some items out of the vehicle since I had zero expectation of it being there for even a week.Initial evaluation they figured out that the fuse (which I took out and had told them when I dropped off the vehicle) was missing and they replaced it and it was good-to-go. Then they completed a inspections of the vehicle and according to their report, nothing was wrong, but the cost of that was $560, but they said it was good-to-go on the sheet. Which it wasn't. Next they replaced some sensors and my gas cap. Then they never notified me it was done and was sitting there ready to be picked up for another week and never called to let me know. At pickup I pay over $900 with $760 in labor costs and once that was completed they then drive my Ford Escape up to the front of the building and sure enough after multiple "thorough" inspections they discovered the check engine light is on again. The worst part is that at the initial drop off there were irate customers in the office, when I picked up items from my vehicle there were multiple irate customers, and finally when I picked up my vehicle it happened again. Just the last time I joined them. This Kendall Ford of Bozeman in embarrassing. If you have to go to a Ford Dealership for repairs go to Missoula or Billings. This place is an absolute joke and not worth your time.Services: Auto brake repair, Engine repair, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes

If you never want to see your car again, come here! I set up an appointment for July 28th which at the time was a month out. I understood they were busy, so I was fine my appointment date was a month out. However, it has now been over two months, almost 10 weeks, that they have had my car. The communication has been awful. There were weeks at a time with no update and it has currently been a few weeks without an update. They say that there are some big jobs in front of me, one that has been in since January, and that I have to wait my turn. I understand that it s hard to get workers right now and that it s busy, but you need to prioritize people who have had their cars in there for months. If there truly is a job that has been in since January, there is no reason why you should take other appointments until that is done. This place is out of control and needs new management.Services: Tires, Engine repair, Wheel alignment, Oil change

We live 90 miles from this dealership and my daughter went to Bozeman for shopping and the brake booster on her Edge went out while in Bozeman. I called Mark StJohn the salesman I have used for years and asked if he could help out. Mark had my daughter come in and he got with the service manager Johnny and the quick lane manager Robert. They figured out that the car needed a brake booster, and that it was unsafe to drive. They got the car in and had it ready the next day. Mark also offered to personally bring my daughter the 90 miles home if needed. This group really helped out when my daughter was stuck away from home. I appreciate the super effort in helping her out.Service: Auto brake repair

Incredible experience at Kendall Ford of Bozeman's Service Center! Jason Santistevan was super knowledgeable and professional in assisting me with a warranty issue for my new F250 Super Duty. Top notch customer service. I couldn't be more pleased. Thanks Jason and Kendall Ford of Bozeman!

Boy do I miss Dave Wallen & Bozeman Ford!!! Kendall Ford is a complete joke. They have had my clients car for 3 weeks for a Recall! Gave me a loaner, can't imagine how much money they are losing on this one. They keep asking me who my service manager is, and I have no idea, then they send me to the rental car department. No one calls me back for 2 days at a time. Thank God we both drive Toyota's now!Service: General repairs & maintenance

The whole service department is a joke, from the quicklane down to the mechanical portion. The ladies at the quicklane are rude and condescending and they know NOTHING about cars as one tried to explain to me how my expedition has 4 axles. As if that isn't enough, we make an appointment for the mechanical division 6 weeks in advance, only to be told two days later from Anthony that he "offered me a rental even though I dont have one to give you, what else do you want me to do?" my response was get my car in the shop, if I make an appointment 6 weeks in advance, I want the car to be checked and for them to schedule things accordingly" we can't all let our cars sit and not have a vehicle to drive. He then proceeded to tell me that " I will tell my GM that is what YOU want" "I cant do this right now-goodbye" and hung up on me. I am still waiting on Chris his manager to get back to me. At least the receptionist Jill was apologetic. Not sure how this dealership is still in service with the terrible customer service they have. This is the last chance we were giving bozeman ford.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Brakes, Oil change

You shouldn't have to wait for 8+ weeks to get your Ford fixed and warrantee work done at the Ford dealer. That's just not acceptable.

Brought my 1994 F250 in for a oil change, brake job, and radiator flush. They told me I had coolant in the engine and they couldn t fix it. I checked the oil dipstick and there was no coolant in there what so ever. I brought my truck to FIGGINS GARAGE in Belgrade and Mark got it fixed up right away. The next time I need a HD truck, I will be looking elsewhere to purchase it.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Engine repair, Brakes, Oil change

This place is a disgrace to Ford Motor Company and Lincoln. I would sooner drive to Billings or Helena than to visit this service department again. Stephanie and the other gal were rude, and condescending. I should have looked at the reviews before going there. They currently have 2.5 stars and I am surprised it is that high. Don't waste your time or be disappointed, go elsewhere.Service: Oil change

Made a appointment a month ago. Show up for my appointment and they tell me I can't get in for at least two weeks. Even got a text the night before reminding me of my appointment.... what a absolute joke this place is. If you value your time do not go here

I have never experienced such horrible and rude customer service. The ladies at the desk in the service center are carelessly rude and not accommodating to customers. Save yourself the frustration and headache. I would rather drive to Helena. Not surprising to see how low their rating is, I wish I would have checked beforehand.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
