I ve finally got my dream truck, 2024 Denali. Amazing service here amazing people, in the short time that I ve got to experience the first hand grade A+. These guys didn t pressure me into anything found the exact model color and truck I was looking for and over delivered. This truck has all the bells and whistles and I couldn t be any happier! Lyle, Max, Jeff, and Jake! Thank you four for your time your stories and overall the best experience I ve ever had! If you ever are looking into shopping for a new vehicle I highly recommend you come here to billion and get treated right - not just another sale thank you guys again!

Wife's jeep was leaking oil, close to warranty expiration. Wife rode her bike for over 2 weeks so not to go over warranty until billion could get an appointment. Tech said they put dye in the oil to find leak. Said it needed an oil change due to oil filter seal leaking. I changed oil, and took old filter and oil into dark room and shined with UV light. They never put any dye in the oil. Leak is from oil pan, old filter was dry. Entire oil pan is wet and leaking out bolts. I'm not a professional mechanic, but it took me only a few minutes to figure out the problem. Should have been extremely easy to verify the leak as they have lifts, and supposedly trained mechanics, as I found it with just a floor jack and crawling under the vehicle. Makes you wonder if they even looked as nothing was cleaned, or wiped off. We don't appreciate being lied to, especially from a dealership working on our family vehicle. How hard is it to clean off an area with brake clean, wipe it with a rag, and verify where the leak was coming from? Absolutely pathetic customer service and piss poor mechanics. Don't waste your time!

I had a great experience purchasing my new 2022 GMC Acadia AT4. Randy made the process go very smoothly. We did everything over e-mail and the phone. I did have to wait for my vehicle for a couple weeks from the GMC plant but that was expected given the current status of the production situation. Randy kept me up-to-date on the transit situation. Everything went well on purchase day and paperwork was a breeze. Thank you to the JC Billion team for being so great to work with.

Bought a brand new 2022 ram here, still under warranty, was told they cannot fix it, the warranty won't cover it. Waiting on an update that will not be out for 6-12 months. For something that has no power, a simple volt meter proved that. I have no backup camera, control of heat or or air conditioning, radio, etc.... I even offered to just pay for the new center console no one got back to me for a quote. Save your time. What a joke. Wish the dealership would honor their end of the deal.

much praise to the service department. Brought my vehicle in after having a poor experience at a different dealership. The service advisor was great to work with and I felt listened to. Once the conversation moved a bit to technical for him, he brought in the mechanic that would be servicing my vehicle who was also very attentive to my concerns with the vehicle. I have put several hundred miles on the truck after it was worked on and all issues seem to be resolved. Side note the previous dealer had the vehicle in 3 times and was never able to get it 100% working.

I had a great experience buying our new 2022 Yukon Denali XL form JCB. I got in touch with them via the Costco Auto Program and Randy was very helpful throughout the process, even when we encountered significant delays due to GMC production issues. Once the car was here, the pick-up process was smooth and effortless.

Coming down from Yellowstone, our 2021 Sierra 1500 blew out its water pump. Despite being after hours, we were fortunate that we were only a couple miles from JC Billion GMC and able to get the truck towed up in front of their service bay. The next morning I was there well before the service department opened and saw that they had already tagged it w a number. Once opened, I dumped my plight on the service advisor, Heather Innis, telling her of our bucket list road trip from Florida to Alaska pulling a travel trailer and how important it was to stay on our schedule to make the ferry. Sad to say she had to tell me that their appointments were over a week out but I was welcome to stay and see if they could work something out. After a couple hours I saw a technician checking out the truck in the parking lot. Then, after a while longer Heather came to tell me that despite being on back order they were able to find a water pump for my Sierra at another dealer, had already picked it up and would be working to get it installed as quickly as they could.Hallelujah .we were back on the road that afternoon and on our way to Alaska (via Kalispell). Now on our way home from an incredible trip of 10k plus miles, I am happy to say that the truck was never an issue from that point on. Thank you Heather for listening and caring, and providing service above and beyond. If I lived in MT (and I wish I did), instead of Florida, I would definitely buy a truck or car from JC Billion GMC .who knows, maybe I ll drive up from FL to buy one. Needless to say it s people like Heather that set dealers like JC Billion in a class above all the rest!

They sold our daughter a car that was grossly misrepresented. The engine caught fire in the Albertsons parking lot. Fortunately she was not hurt. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone.

This place is just so great to deal with. I've always been an easy upsell but I always leave with exactly what I want. Randy's customer service is just as great as his hair. Do yourself a favor and get down to Billion Auto and buy a car!

I took my 2000 Dodge Durango to service Department to have 2 hours of diagnostic work done on the electrical system. The tech was able to determine the source of the problem which was a plug into the ecm. I rescheduled a time to have the work completed at a later date, thinking I possibly would have time to complete the repair. The total at this point was around $160. This was on a Saturday, I was not able to pick the rig up until Sunday. On Sunday I found the rig completely dead, and had to buy jumper cables to get it home. I also found the plug they said was bad completely broken apart by the tech, which it was not before. Another plug into the ecm was now also broken. I called that day and left a message about my frustrations with no response. In written and verbal communication I voiced my expectations that they fix at there own cost, what the tech broke. Well to my dismay they ignored my requests and left me with a bill of $500 with one plug still broken. I usually can come to a reasonable agreement in these type of situations but Chris and Tara who I dealt with would not budge. They also could not produce the original part that they claimed was broken. So I own jumper cables I do not need and have a broken plug that according to their costs would be $300 to replace. I also have a check engine light that is still on. There was no concern that I was satisfied, only that I understood why they were right. I also had to call myself to find out the vehicle was "complete".Thoughts to help you make an informed decision on whether to take your vehicle here. Hope this helps.

Awesome service from my salesperson, Brice Barber. He puts the customer first and always delivered the best results. That customer first attitude goes all the way to the GM. This was my second car purchase within the year and I was happy to be a returning customer as they make you feel a part of the family. During these crazy times where many businesses take advantage of the low supply, Billion Auto Group is fair and honest. Go see Brice if you need a car or truck!

I had to drive my truck home to Pennsylvania and I called them to schedule an oil change. They told me to just show up in their express lane. When I did that, they had a sign on the door saying they were closed because they didn t have staff, so they wanted me to go next door to Dodge and the line was a three hour wait. It just felt like they didn t want to take my call and they were incredibly unhelpful.

Annie is AH-MAZING! She is patient, personable, and just a gem! She went above and WAY beyond to help me get into a car when mine broke down. Going through a divorce, my credit situation is a huge mess but Annie didn t bat an eye and worked even harder to help me out. She checked on me daily, and not just to sell a car, but in a way a friend would, knowing all-too-well how emotionally hard a divorce can be, let alone to be virtually stranded by a blown engine. I ve never experienced that level of customer service, compassion, and outstanding professionalism. These days, so many people can be so cold and only after the sale without really hearing you. Annie is an exceptional exception to the norm, having a heart only rivaled in size to her tenacity. THANK YOU!!!

Contrary of the nice and many buildings they own, the entire business is bad, starting with ordering a car, trade-in (rip off price they offer), oil change, car wash. I regret working with them!I am not even going back for the second oil change that I have 50% off.

If you are purchasing a vehicle you re in luck! They will be your number one fan. That is until you drive off the lot! Once you leave that parking lot you can kiss your status goodbye! We have had several run ins needing service, oil changes, and repairs and were pushed back to the end of the line and without a rental vehicle as well. We stay local in Dillon now and it has paid off ten fold. I will NEVER shop there ever again! Spent 55,000 dollars on a brand new truck to be treated like a 2 cent customer. If I could give NO stars I truly would.

Kassy greeted us promptly at the door. Knew who we were from our appointment I made on line. She informed me of 3 recalls for my vehicle and offered to take care of them along with the oil change and tire rotation I came in for. She offered to top off our Def fluid. All was handled promptly and professionally. Great experience.

This was my 2nd vehicle to purchase from Billion's in less than 1 year. I have purchased 1 or more vehicles each year for the last 6 years from different dealerships (the last 2 trucks were from Billions were #8-#9). I shop what I consider to be often and I'm a tuff sale. I search to get every discount I can, to justify buying and selling so frequently. I finally bought from JC Billion after trying unsuccessfully for the last 40 years. They matched another dealership's discount so I gave them a try (it is a 600 mile round trip for me to make, as I no longer live in Bz) To my surprise I had to ask for the discount that they promised me I would get from the year before (I had to show then another dealerships quote and discount). All so at this time I was asked to build my truck on the GM website because of the distance I lived away which worked out OK.The only problem I had was when I arrived to P/U my HD 3500 that I had built I received a HD #2500 (I took the truck only because I had already waited 4 months). I stopped back 4 days later and showed my sales person our e-mails showing that I had in fact turned in a build sheet for a #3500. The sales person then pulled out my paperwork and which show me were the #3500 was crossed out and #2500 was written in without confirming with me make sure or even double check. I was told then that I didn't have to take the truck and they would order me the right one but I couldn't wait another 4-6 months on top of the other 4 months I had already waited. Billions did say the truck was worth more than I had paid because of the volatile used car market. However, I already knew that... So this poor review was just out of principal.

We have bought multiple cars with Billion and have had great experiences every time. Greg Linton has been on my speed dial for years and has continually treated me the best. Chris Norton added to the experience for this purchase and had great customer service and attention. I would highly recommend buying a new or used vehicle with them.

We just purchased a 2020 2500 Ram and had the best experience dealing with the entire dealership. Randy was are salesmen and then today he had some accessories added to it and that department was amazing and very efficient. We highly recommend JC Billion.

I appreciated that they were able to work me in on a small issue as a drop-in. I realize they may not always be able to do that, so it's great when they can. Kassy in the Service Department is also very professional and easy to work with.
