Good Vibrations and its owner, Mike, are wonderful. He promised to fix my auto starter even though his small business no longer sells them. When it turned out not to be the auto starter but instead was a $370 part for a new ignition cylinder, he actually rebuilt my old one and charged me bare minimum. Great service like this is priceless these days. If you need stereo equipment for your car, I would highly recommend Mike and his crew. They definitely go the extra mile.

These guys are awesome! I ve had them work on two of my trucks and they did the work well, and took the time to explain how to use my new stereo and remote starter.I bought a used tundra with no fob a while back. ressler couldn t figure out how to set me up with a replacement fob, these guys set me up with one, no problem at all for a good price

Brought my car here when my remote start was acting funky. They spend a lot of time tweaking little things and an extra 20 minutes recharging my battery afterwards. Really great guys that took the extra time to provide good service!

Overcharged me as a recurring customer. I had my dash cam installed there. Went back a year later for them to take it out. Dropped it at 10:40 they told me it was going to take 40min and they would call me when it was done. An hour later after receiving no phone call y came back the car was ready, it probably had been ready for like 30 min. They charged me for hour and a half of labor even though you can even see in the receipt that the car didn t spend that much time with them. Disappointed completely, one really hopes that you can trust people specially in a place like Bozeman, but this place keeps growing and people keep trying to pull every cent out of their customers because they believe it s just another rich Californian sweating money. I work hard and don t have the money to spare, I don t even have the energy to argue with this people. Hope they read this and change their ways.

The owner of good vibrations is just amazing, he went out of his way to help me troubleshoot and fix my stereo, I went in there for some help with a head unit I bought online and when he didn't have the part I needed he found and located another local shop that did have one. And after I installed my unit myself and clearly did something wrong he came out to my truck and pulled it all apart and fixed it with me, I will be recommending good vibrations to anyone I can and I will definitely be returning for my future project's

The team at good vibrations replaced my car stereo with a new Sony system with Apple CarPlay. Overall I m really pleased with the experience and will take my car back for future upgrades

Only interested in a quick sale. Sold me a downgrade car steri to replace what I had in my car. Telling me it was an upgrade because it it connected with Bluetooth. Nothing but constant connection issues. Left 2 messages within the 1st 10 daysfter purchase. No response. Now I am out of town..

Good Vibration in Bozeman has earned my businesses exclusively. They were absolutely amazing. I knew less than nothing about the speakers in my car, when they needed replaced I went to Good Vibrations and they were amazing! Since then I ve taken my camper, side by side and I m scheduling my boat in too for an upgrade. I got my daughter a remote start for her car for Christmas, I know they will install it perfectly and it will be amazing for her. Thank you, especially Mike, at Good Vibrations for all your help. I ll be back in Soon to get my summertime toys ready for some fun!

First one star review of my life. Brought truck back because my speakers stopped working. They stopped working because they were not installed correctly the first time, wires came loose and were crossed causing my speakers to cut in and out. I was billed for parts to fix an installation that was not done correctly the first time. After trying to work through the issue to see how this made any sense, he shrugged it off and said well I wasn t working here when we installed it. Why would that matter? Solid customer service and great lifetime warranty on a hack job installation. They took their last dollar from me today and I really don t think it matters to them.

Had an issue with my touch screen radio, Mike and the guys in the shop were extremely helpful with answering a bunch of questions and helping me figure out what was wrong with my system. Great service and a really nice clean shop!

Had front speakers replaced here. When I picked up my car the sound was terrible. Could barely hear my back speakers. No base whatsoever. I tried adjusting things myself the best I could. I found this to be odd that I would have to make these adjustments myself but, I was in a hurry to my next appointment as I live in Big Sky and only come down to Bozeman every few weeks. I came back a few weeks later to see what was going on. I was then informed my radio maybe going out. Confused as to why I wasn t informed of this when I initially picked my car up. Does this place check sound after installation? Zero communication and peculiar timing. Before coming to Good Vibrations my back speakers worked great and the all around sound was good besides the one front torn speaker. I believe something was mishandled.

This is by far the best stereo shop I've been to. I came in because my sub wasn't working, and the guys in the shop were absolutely amazing about working with me and finding out what would work with my budget so that I could end up with an amazing sub setup. Unlike the other shops I've been to, these guys treated me with complete respect and not only were extremely knowledgeable but amazing about teaching me how to use my stereo correctly and how to maximize my sub without damaging it. I was so excited and satisfied after leaving that I sat in my car outside my apartment building just playing different songs to see how they sounded. I'm writing this review as soon as I got home from picking it up because I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone who loves great sounding music!

I came to Good Vibrations because I have had my eye on getting a new deck in my Mustang for YEARS...but never really had the guts to pull the trigger. From the moment I walked into Good Vibrations they treated me like I was buying a new car! I even asked them to install a deck into their test wall for me to check out and they did it for me right there, before I bought anything. It was truly a second-to-none experience, and really what made me decide to do it. They had my car in and out in less than 2 hours with a GREAT radio, and very well done work! Their warranty is lifetime, and the people there are trustworthy, kind, and knowledgeable. It's only day one and I am so happy with it! Thanks again guys!

Top notch customer service! I stopped at another place in town first for someone to look at my camper stereo system and they had no time for me not even to ask questions, even though there were no customers there. I stopped by Good Vibrations, Mike greeted me with a smile and was happy to listen to what I was looking for. he came out and looked at my camper quickly found my issue, fixed it and adjusted my system for me, and it it sounds awesome! Mike did not charge me for his time, taking the time to help people and feeling like someone is appreciative you walked through their door. Thanks Mike you have my business!

Eh, not a great experience but not horrible. Stereo stopped working in my car and went in to talk to them about solutions. Was told they d have to research and look into it didn t hear anything from them for two weeks, went back and it sounded like they never looked it up so went through the same options again brought my car in for the day to get it hopefully fixed but they couldn t figure out the issue (didn t sound like they did much but at least they didn t charge me) and so again they said they d get back to me with some options and a quote, haven t heard anything from them since . Since then my father has YouTubed and researched and fixed my stereo for me, apparently it wasn t that hard to figure out. They were friendly enough but just didn t follow through on communication or seemed to really want to help me so I won t be a returning customer.

Mike was fantastic in helping me purchase and install new speakers in my Vanagon. The price and quality of the speakers he recommended was great. It felt like he had done the speaker research for me. He then was very helpful with advice on installing them myself. He even tracked down a set of low profile classic speaker covers from the back of the shop so that my front speakers would fit better. I like that kind of service and attitude. I will go back.

These guys are the real deal: smart, helpful, knowledgeable, they all seem to like their work, and they aren't pushy with sales. Today I needed to buy some lower-end speakers to install myself, because that's where I'm at. But if I was looking for a professional to install a really nice audio system in my vehicle, I'd go here for sure.They knew I was looking at their cheapest options and planning to install it myself, and two techs over the course of an hour STILL answered tons of questions and tested speakers for me. I've worked in sales positions like that, and mentally it's not always easy to be that helpful when you've got actual work to do. Other customers came and went and there were cars in the back getting worked on, but the techs out front seemed calm and willing to help until I left. That's pretty rare.When I decide I'm ready for an upgrade, there's no question in my mind I'll go here. I'll be moving to another part of the state in a year and honestly if I don't upgrade before the move I could see myself driving a few hours just to buy a sub/amp from them.If you want a professional to work on your car, or if you want to ask a guru about car audio, or if you want to see a cool wall full of tons of car speakers: go here.

Great service. Bought a new stereo/head unit. Decided to go ahead and install it myself. Everything went smoothly except I had mistakenly hooked up two wires wrong. The only way I knew this was because when I called on a Saturday while installing it and talked to Mike the fella that sold it to me he walked it throught with me until we figured out how I had messed it up. Very satisfied and will definitely do business here moving forward.Thanks again Mike!Kyle!

These guys come out and try to fix your car without making an appointment. I ve been to them twice in the last month and both times they managed to fix my stereo quickly and at low cost. Once without an appointment and without any cost to me! Highly recommended for service and products.

I called good vibrations last night and hour before the closed an spoke with Mike, after explaining that my lovely future husband tried to replace our speakers himself and it became an epic fail he asked me to come by so he could take a look to see what he can do for me. I brought my truck in this morning and Mike was sooo helpful and replaced both my door speakers in my truck I was in an out very quickly and price was very reasonable! I would take my truck back in a heartbeat! Very friendly, welcoming, very knowledgeable and efficient! Thankyou sooo much!!!!

Good Vibrations is awesome! I brought in my car to replace the head unit and fix a speaker issue. Another place in town charged me $100 and didn t fix the problem. The team at Good Vibrations put in a new head unit and fixed the problem! Really impressed with their staff, knowledge, and great prices. Will definitely use them over any other stereo place in town!

This has been by far the worst experience I have had with a company in Bozeman.First Visit - Wanted a remote start put in a work truck. Truck has a stand alone fuel management system and they refused to install a remote start.Second visit - My fianc� s car has remote start but the key fob stopped working. They said they needed to order an new one and it would take a week. Called 2 weeks later and oops they forgot to order it. Waited another 2 weeks, no call from them so I called once a day for 4 days got voicemail every time with no call back.Third visit - I own a landscaping company and wanted to get good screens with backup cameras installed for my crews. Put my deposit down waited 2 weeks. Dropped first of 7 trucks off just to get a call saying they forgot to order my radios and now they can t get them.This place is a joke, run! No customer service, no follow through, just horrible business. If I could give one star I would.

These guys are extremely helpful and awesome. I ve been dealing with frustrating issues with my car stereo for YEARS, and they diagnosed what was wrong with my car and fixed me up without hesitation. Really stellar customer service!I went in to simply buy a new media center/stereo and minutes later the guy was in my truck checking my wires, fuses and voltages trying to see what was wrong with my current system. He really went above and beyond to help me out and really did me a solid without charging me for time. That s the type of excellent service that really stands out to me and they gave now gained my loyalty as a customer.I felt like the knowledge these guys have on car media systems is totally underrated. I really felt like my car was in the right hands with people who care about the work they do.Thank you Good Vibrations, this was the best decision to come to your store and i ll definitely be back

I had a new after market radio system installed in my 06 Tundra by another local car stereo company in the area Less than a year after install the system suddenly failed. I took it back to the original installer and they said I needed a new radio. That was 3 months ago they said no replacement was available. Out of frustration I decided to get a 2nd opinion. Despite my not having an appointment, Mike at Good Vibrations dropped everything to trouble shoot the problem, and within 15 minutes determined that the radio just needed a factory reset . Problem solved! Outstanding customer service.Chuck

Awesome customer service, I called and talked to Mike about my van back up camera not showing up on the screen. He talked me through a couple things and encouraged me to swing it by to see if it was a quick fix. I brought it by and he was able to mess around with some settings and get everything up an running!

Was able to buy a radio same day I called for my 1996 (25 year old) truck. They also helped me troubleshoot it at no extra cost (my truck was at fault). Excellent service at a great price!

Want to give these guys a better review but just can't... spoke with a salesman on the phone to put a new stereo (box only) in my 05 dodge. Told me $303 for the total, all was good. Got my truck back and they never hooked up the controls to the steering column. Now I'm stuck waiting another hour paying another $110. Salesperson claims I specified I didn't want it hooked back up. Take your vehicle to Sound Pros in Four Corners. Knowledgeable staff and were about $100 cheaper. There's a reason they're booked solid! Staff at Good Vibrations (AT LEAST STAFF AT THE COUNTER) don't listen to clients or have any idea what they're talking about or selling. Again, save some money and go to sound pros.
