I had a fantastic experience here today. Annalise was welcoming, kind and upfront about the cost of my windshield repair. The guys had my vehicle in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time and I was able to wait in their waiting area while it was being repaired. Highly recommend!

This is precisely why you use locally owned and operated businesses in Bozeman.After an unfavorable experience, the owner reached out to me when he got back in town, and went above and beyond to make things right. He was extremely professional, courteous and understanding. He was quite apologetic and behaved as top tier business owners do when confronted with a difficult situation.The follow up, professionalism and care will bring me back to Glass Doctor.Initial Review:I brought in a vehicle for windshield repair to address a penny sized spider on the passenger side. The receptionist said that they could get me right in and it would be about a half hour. After about twenty minutes, she came in and asked which crack it was, and I explained I only knew of one. I went out and the repair tech pointed to a six inch crack, driver side, center of view. The tech said that there had been a little crack there, and when he got it inside he 'saw it go.' The vehicle had been warm and driven for a couple hours, and I can't imagine would have had such an extreme temperature differential to cause any issues. It is quite possible that there was a preexisting chip or crack there that I hadn't seen, but seems wildly coincidental that it would decide to make a run the very moment I brought it into the glass shop. What was worse, when I expressed my disbelief to the front desk, I got a 'tough luck' response. The tech overheard our conversation and became agitated and berated be for bringing in a broken windshield... He told me, amongst other things, that I signed a waiver, and the manager, when he gets back from vacation, will tell me the same. They seemed unsurprised and unapologetic that this happened in their shop.

Great experience. Dropped my car off & picked it up 2 hours later. Easy & efficient & best price in town. Got an email a couple days later explaining my 1 year warranty, would recommend to all my friends & family.

I took my work vehicle in for a windshield replacement, from the minute I called to schedule my appointment the staff was friendly, accommodating with my schedule, and my work was completed in a VERY reasonable amount of time! I appreciate that they took great care of my vehicle and it looks amazing! Thank you Glass Doctor! I will be back and will be referring you to everyone who needs a windshield repair or replacement!

When bad things happen, sometimes you just need a kind person to make your day better. The staff here were so helpful and understanding that they have earned my loyalty forever. They acted quickly and took care of my windshield under crazy crash insurance circumstances and I hold them in the highest regard how often can you say that about a glass repair company?

Very unprofessional be aware poor customer service and not very good management. I received quoted windshield replacement with provided vin and right before they attempted to replace customer rep called and said it would be $300 more. I stop them from replacing windshield and pickup my vehicle and that s when I heard another customer was having the same issue. In my experience I would cation from using this shop!!!

Is this place going downhill ?I came in from out of town for a chip repair. Was told to come in at 8am on the phone.I get there at 8am and, was told to come back at 9am as they don t do those appointments until 9am. What ?Ok. So, I go kill an hour around town. Come back at 9am. Then I m told they can t fit me in today.Ok, I hear you.You re low on technicians but why did you tell me this before ?Why did you not take my phone number and call me to tell me otherwise if you could not follow through?I expressed I was from out of town multiple times.Then I m told to come back at 2pm after being told they were too busy to make it happen today.So, I tell them I decline (I cannot wait all day in town) so, then I go over to Safelight and BAM they get me in right away and fix my chip.My advice ? Not sure why this place used to be great but isn t anymore. If they jerk your chain around, give their competitor business as Safelight was actually kind and helped me out unlike Glass Doctor.

I am absolutely flabbergasted at how I was just treated on the phone. There's no reason for such rude service. I know this company does good work, but their office staff could use some manners.After speaking with management, I'd like to add;They have apologized and righted the situation. I appreciate their honesty and will consider their services in the future.

I would definitely recommend them! Very professional and helpful. They worked me right in even though it was the afternoon for a windshield rock chip repair( they are first come first serve), took less than an hour, and very reasonably priced!

I had a negative experience with this business. They were initially responsive to my request for quote and I had decided to go with them. However, with less than 12 hours notice they canceled my appointment due to "Delivery driver hitting a deer". Accidents happen so, no problem. Then 2 days later they canceled the appointment again with same-day notice due to "delivery driver getting a flat tire" -now I'm starting to get a bit suspicious if this is a genuine excuse or not or if they are just selecting poor quality delivery teams. Then finally, we had my appointment scheduled (over email) for a Thursday. I drive in and the receptionist states that they did not have me scheduled that day. She was not apologetic for this inconvenience that was 100% their fault as I have email correspondence about it. I decided to take my business elsewhere as I can't trust a company who can't do basic scheduling and organization, and I was concerned this lack of professionalism would be present in the vehicle workmanship as well.Ultimately, I'm glad that it didn't work out with Glass Doctor because I found a reputable company west of town that did the same service for 40% cheaper.

I went in needing mirrors for a photography project. The woman at the front desk not only helped me without an appointment, but took the time to figure out the sizes, angles, and best lenses to use for my project. When I finally decided what to get, they had it ready day of. Thank you Kody Mark Chris for everything!

Stacy and her team were SO helpful and kind. We came from out of state to visit family and needed a back window replaced within a very short window of time. She was able to get us in the next day and kept us up-to-date with text. They even vacuumed up the mess and reinstalled car seats. So grateful! Highly recommend!

5/5 stars from the beginning! They were professional and courteous from the first phone call. I called on a Friday and they got me in on Monday, in and out in 3 hours. When I picked up my car it had snowed 10 inches, and they came out and shoveled off my car for me! Excellent service, would definitely recommend!

This is updated from a 2 star review. I previously had a poor experience with them because my replacement glass was broken in transit and they offered little contingency. This time, however, they delivered (except I never got my glass replaced by them this time either). My back window completely shattered and I took it in to them for a free quote. Service was timely, and they crash wrapped my window free of charge! My frame was too bent to do an actual replacement so I had to go to a body shop... But I'm glad they were honest about what was happening. I was in constant, personal contact with the person coordinating my appointment which made the whole process much easier and transparent.I can't give five stars because I still have yet to actually see their work on glass and the timing was a bit slow (2 weeks to deliver the part... What??) but everything else is great! They know what they're doing. Would recommend. Ally is awesome!

I was able to get a personal vehicle and company vehicle fixed with glass doctor and the process was very streamlined. Even though there was a couple hiccups with broken glass and having the molding in stock, they were able to fit us into a narrow window on their schedule and get both vehicles windshields replaced in a timely manner. I will continue to use and refer Glass doctors services in the future!

Quick windshield repairSmall rock cracked my windshield on the interstate, so I stopped here by chance. They immediately were able to help me as a walk-in, and filled the crack within 20 minutes. Jesse also helped give me some advice for headlight cleaning! Could not have lucked into a better choice for repair.

Amazing customer service and quick turnaround. I got my window replaced and got a rock in the window the next day resulting in a huge shatter in my window. Called them up to schedule a new window and they got me right in and even warranted to window for me! Amazing service. Highly recommend!

Called the Tuesday before Thanksgiving and Glass Doctors were able to get me in the afternoon on Wednesday the next day. I am not a Bozeman native and the replacement glass made my trip so much comfortable. Service was performed and pricing was fair. Really appreciated the people of Glass Doctors on this Thanksgiving.

They got me in and out in 20 minutes as a walk-in! Edgar was awesome and also a bonus that he loves dogs as mine was in my truck and licking his face like crazy. My rock chip shrank to barely there. A great experience! Before and after pics included.

From initial point of contact through walking out the door, my experience with Glass Doctor of Bozeman was seamless and fabulous! Abel answered my phone call, was polite and set up my appointment for a new windshield the following day. When I arrived, Ally greeted me with a smile and excellent customer service. The actual installation of my new windshield was incredibly timely (considerably less time than I had budgeted, which is always a nice surprise) and precise. Jay did a wonderful job replacing my windshield. Ally also helped me navigate the insurance process, actually initiating the phone call with them, so that the entire experience was absolutely fluid. I can't recommend this business enough! 5 stars!

Family owned business with professional service that is warm and inviting. Great team that understands the customer's needs and takes great care in doing the job right the first time. Not to mention a fantastic warranty on the windshields they install (1 year free replacement), further differentiating themselves from the competition.

I was very impressed with the thoroughness, quality of work and price from them. They were able to have an estimate done early and they were able to work around our schedule for installation during this crazy time. I highly recommend them for any homeowner looking for affordable and quality windows.

Glass Doctor s unique first-come, first-served appointments made it easy to get same day windshield chip repair. They were super kind and friendly throughout the whole process - though it only took half an hour to do the repair! Called around multiple places, and the out of pocket price for a chip repair was easily the least expensive in Bozeman. Even though my insurance (SF) doesn t cover chip repairs, they gave a discount to help lower the price even more. Spending $35 on a chip repair is unheard of when your insurance doesn t cover them!!Service: Auto windshield repair

I had one of my Semi Drivers with a huge crack in the windshield in the middle of nowhere in Montana and Glass Doctor of Bozeman was able to accommodate us in an efficient manner. Very friendly and professional people working here. Took time to make sure all the details were correct prior to ordering our windshield and were thoughtful enough to give us details that made it effortless to get to their shop with a Semi truck. We appreciate you all at KA logistics!
