We were traveling through Bozeman in the middle of a very long trip back to Idaho when a tie rod broke on our 06 Ram late at night. AAA recommended Eagle Tire for the repair and we re really glad they did because the crew at Eagle did a great job fixing the tie rod and other related repairs the very next day. They took good care of us while we waited there, helping us feel comfortable, including our two dogs. All of them were polite, efficient, and went above and beyond getting us through a very unexpected and stressful situation. If we lived in Bozeman (or if we travel there again), we d definitely go to Eagle again!

My honest opinion is that this company used to be great about 2 years ago. They have some lazy characters in there! This place has gotten super trashy!Will not be going back.They scheduled me for 11am, I got there on time! They made me wait for 2 hours before looking at my vehicle. They didn't have it inside the shop 2 min and said "we can't do your alignment with out replacing a bunch of parts.Which was a lie... I took it to another shop and they said there isn't anything wrong and did the alignment no problem"And That's not even the big deal why I'm pissedWhile I was sitting and waiting I over heard several conversations, that they were talking about screwing customers over. By telling them they needed to do all these things to there vehicle to fix there mechanical problems for no reason. They even thought it was funny!If you are a customer looking for a mechanic shop to tell you that you have all these things wrong with your vehicle for them to make extra money in there pocket GO HERE! They will not disappoint on screwing you over...I guess at the end of the day it's not there money!And NO, I do not wish to Talk to the manager she was the main one.I never really say anything but this is ridiculous.Do better!To the owner over these reviews~ Please report me! I stand by with what I said...I have a witness that was with me.We almost couldn't believe it.I have alot more to say then what I did!I don't have a problem deleting my review because I don't really care.I just want you to understand (as of I knew this would get your attention)

Excellent mechanic!! We had to have our RV towed there because it wouldn t start and they were SO nice and worked with us the whole day to figure out what was wrong and fix it. Fabulous service & people. There were honest and upfront about the costs it would take and didn t try to take advantage of our dire situation- a huge win. We are from out of town, otherwise I would go here for all my mechanic needs.

I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to service my Ford Ranger. I have worked with them on a variety of issues and every employee I have interacted with has been informative and friendly. I don't typically write reviews but for Eagle Tire I made an exception because I have always had exceptional service and that deserves to be recognized.

Kaitlyn was amazing!! I needed a full set for my car. She helped me pick the best tires for my car without trying to just pick the most expensive. They even showed me how to reset my sensor if I ever needed to do it in the future. I highly recommend their fast and friendly service!!!!

Got my car towed there and needed a new alternator and battery (costed over $1000), when I left none of my buttons on the inside were working (blinkers, heated seats, rear defrost, windows, etc.). Drive back there immediately and they weren t sure what it was after 20 minutes so they told me to come back two days later so they could replace the circuit breaker and then will continue to investigate. Called them two days later to see if the part was in and the women who picked up the phone had no idea what I was talking about, said she would talk to someone and call back within the hour. She never called back so I called them again and they told me they didn t have the part. I took my business to someone else in town and it was a blown fuse that took 10 minutes to diagnose and fix.

I can't thank the staff of Eagle Tire enough for the incredible service they offered me at the end of October when the first snow storm came into town. They were bombarded with calls, dealt with incredibly rude customers (it is not Eagle Tires fault that you, rude customer, waited last minute for a winter tire swap and can't get same day service) all while having a smile on their face. I especially appreciate Sandy and Katelyn in the front. They handled the brunt of the abuse and were lovely to interact with while I waited for truck to be ready. 5/5, would recommend and will be going back for more help in the future. Getting winter tires swap after the first snow storm in Bozeman feels like impossible task. I tried to get an appointment at several other business, but available slots were more then month away.Eagle Tire drop off service was the ticket. I got our family cars done in a week. It's peak season, so yes, it does take longer. Just be s bit flexible and nice, they will get the work done for you.Service: Tires

Selling a car with a very recent rebuilt engine with an oil leak and took it in for an inspection. They decided that it needed 5K worth of work, most of which had been done in the last 20k as a part of the rebuild. All these were recommended based on the oil leak. The brakes and rotors were done 15K miles previously, but the shop decided they needed to be redone as well (no indication how much life was left). When asked why they felt the need to replace so many new parts, they fell back on "it all has to be done in order to warranty our work". I'm glad they took the oil leak serious, but this was the most disgusting over-sell I've ever experienced--literally thousands of dollars of recently installed parts "needed" to be replaced in order for the shop to warranty their work. Took the car to another mechanic who was on the up and up.

Eagle Tire of Bozeman was super helpful. Went in unsure of what my tires needed, described the issue, and the looked it over and were able to do a quick rebalance for me. I was able to get an appointment on short notice, they aren't recommending services you don't need, the gals up front were wonderful, and I was able to work while I waited. Eagle Tire is the only place that Joe and myself take our cars. They have the best service in town. I suggest that everyone should go there. THE BEST. Oh ya. Love you Pami and Joe.

My 20 year old daughter recently moved to Bozeman. Her cars check engine light started flashing. She called a tow truck and they towed it here. The hours were supposed to be until 530 but they were closed at 330. So she had to wait in her car in the parking lot for her friend to come get her.They quoted her $2100 for a new battery and a tune up BEFORE even diagnosing the actual problem. We immediately had it towed from here to honda. It was only $560 for everything. Turns out she DIDNT even need a battery. Not cool. Really not cool.

I had made 5 previous calls needed help with a tire. The woman that answered the phone didn't even hesitate and said of course come in.The staff was kind, pleasant and extremely helpful. The tire was fixed and they refused to charge us for the service. There still is kindness in this world. I highly recommend them.

Was very nice and helpful. When they came to put on my spare and meet them at the shop my car wouldn t start so Jeff was able to come back and jump my car before heading to the shop. I was even offered a taco while I waited. It was a great experience in a bad situation

I literally could not have received better and faster service. I slid off the road between Bozeman and Big Sky. and when i was looking for help after mountain west towing got me back to boseman, they were the fastest and most personalized response i could have hoped for. 10/10 would call again.

My usual oil change company was unable to do the oil change (unable to remove the oil drain plug), so they sent me to Eagle Tire. Eagle Tire was able to remove the defective oil plug. They also did the oil change for me

Called them and was told no appointments, first come first serve at the time because they were fully booked. I dropped off my car bright and early the day after I called and was told it will be done later today . It was not done that day (that s pretty typical when they are busy). Called again the next day and they told me it would be done the day after, called the day after than told me they had 11 cars in front of me (the day before this there was only 7 cars in front of me). Bottom line I was lied to me 3 different times! I get it takes time but there s no need to lie! I ll be there to pick up my car and try another place Service: Tires

Had 4 new tires mounted and one of the tire alignment weights came off the same day and punctured the tire. Eagle Tire repaired the tire, checked all other weights and ordered me a new one. Things like this happen and I am very happy with how the situation was handled. This is a quality company that I will continue to do business with due to their integrity.Service: Tires

I called them yesterday asking if they can do 4 atv tires for me, they said they could do it yesterday by close. It's next day and I've been here for 3 hours waiting for 4 little atv tires to get mounted because I was told today that they would be done in a little bit 4 hours ago and I headed to town. Now I have to leave and they are still not done. I will never use them again. I want to let it be known the juice is not worth the squeeze.

We had traveled into Bozeman for a weekend conference and had the unfortunate situation that the back breaks went out on my car. Eagle Tire was recommended to me and the staff were so gracious and welcoming and stayed late on a Friday evening to get us service and parts. $8500 for a Tranny on a Ford Focus...WTH. UPDATE***. It wasn't even the transmission, so I would have been out $8500. You said you replaced the shifter sylinode when there isn't one on even in the car. The shifter cable melted. Total cost to replace $100. You people take advantage and should be ashamed

I drove my car from California to come work out in big sky and coming up here For the winter I decided to buy some Winter Tires, I needed to get them installed so I called Eagle To see if they could help me and possibly install some studs on my tires (I ended up having tires that were non-studdable, I m from Southern California so I don t know much of winter tires). When I called, Charity answered the phone and spoke with her about getting some assistance, she was not hesitant to having me come in so that her and her team could assist me. When I got there they helped me with really good pricing they swapped out my tires and took care of me during my visit! I enjoyed being there as everyone was very open and felt as if I was friend or even a family member! I don t often see a whole lot of that in California shops so it was very warming to see and experience their service. Their pricings are very reasonable and they are always there to assist and provide their service when they can! I will be coming back to visit again soon!
