We had the BEST experience today purchasing a CRV from Denny Menholt. Carson Peterson was knowledgeable and helpful and we would highly recommend him if you are looking for a great sales experience. Everyone at the dealership we dealt with is helpful - professional -truly a fantastic buying experience from the minute we walked through the door.

Wish this dealer was in my hometown. We drove 1,500 miles from Illinois to Bozeman for Christmas. Just as we pulled into town the radiator on our Honda Pilot sprung a leak (on Christmas Eve). Thankfully we were able to make it to my sister s house. We brought the car in right before they opened on December 26 and they were able to replace the radiator and another part that we had put off that day. And the price was very reasonable. We drove home to Illinois starting the next day without any issues.They were friendly, communicated promptly, and got the work done fast.Thank you so much for saving our Christmas road trip!

I typically do not leave Google reviews, but my experience was so bad with Denny Holt Honda, I felt the need to share with others.I took my CRV in for service on my AC and for an airbag recall. I made an appointment for a Wednesday afternoon with a guy named Troy. When I dropped my car off the first day, I was told it would be ready before they closed. When I arrived at 5 p.m., Troy said my vehicle was not ready, but that they would get to it first thing on Thursday morning. After not hearing from them all day, I reached out again Thursday afternoon and was told it would be done by the end of the day. I called at the end of the day on Thursday, and was told they didn't get around to it, but that it would be done by Friday morning at the very least. I called them on Friday, and they hadn't even brought my car into the shop. Upon calling them on Friday afternoon, they said they finally figured out what the issue was, but they needed to order parts. They assured me that the car would be ready for pick-up on Monday morning. I was pretty upset at this point as it is very difficult to get around Bozeman without a car for three days, and I did not want to leave my car there for the weekend. I asked to speak withe manager, and Troy was very upset and sassy that I asked to speak with the manager.I spoke with the manager, Roberta, and she was great. I told her what happened, and she agreed to give me a discount, and that they would indeed see my car on Monday in the morning.When I brought my car in for service on Monday morning, I was forced to work with Troy again. He refused to talk to me or look at me when I dropped my car off.When I came back to pick my car up on Monday afternoon, I found out that my total was almost $1,500 for the fix including the discount. I asked Troy to explain why the costs were so high, and he refused to talk with me and walked out of the room. I wish that Denny Holt Honda has called me before moving forward with over $1,000 of charges as most garages will call before moving forward with such expensive costs.I called Roberta multiple times to ask her to explain my bill, and I never heard back.I feel that I was overcharged for services, and I was treated with disrespect and neglect. It was not the best experience, and I would not recommend Denny Holt Honda.

Came into the dealership hoping for the chance to get one of my favorite cars on the market, and was not disappointed! immediately I was struck by the customer service given by the individual helping me. Taylor was attentive, caring, and understanding of all the concerns and boundaries that come with the purchase of a car. instead of something that is usually stressful, she made it fun! if you ever have the opportunity to search for a car with her, do it! you won't regret it!

Mike Lus was the best salesman I ve ever dealt with. He was very kind, patient and upfront with me during the whole process. He made the deal work FOR me. If you have to buy from a dealer in the area go to MIKE LUS. Don t bother with anyone or anywhere else. If you re a woman looking for a car or help with your current car come to Mike. Car sales with a conscience 10/10. This man deserves a raise.

We were on the hunt for a new Pilot with the Elite trim package. There were none to be found, we called Honda dealerships from around the state and surrounding states. After contacting DM Honda Sydney reached out and asked if any other trim packages were contenders and offered to send us detailed info on the differences in each level. We really wanted this specific trim and had resigned to the fact that we would have to wait for the next model year. A couple weeks later we get a call from her that an Elite that was previously reserved is now available and she wanted to check in with us first to see if wanted it. I was so thankful that she kept us in mind! Sydney kept in contact with us while the vehicle was in transit and we made arrangements to travel to Bozeman to pick it up. She was so great to work with, made the process easy and we really enjoyed meeting her. I will refer all friends and family to Sydney. Car buying can be a bit overwhelming and she makes it easy. Thanks Sydney! We love our new Pilot!

To bad there is not a zero star option. Took our 2017 CRV with 107,000 miles on it in for what we thought was a fuel injector problem. They told us it would be 1,740 to fix that problem and do the 100,000 mile spark plugs maintenance and a couple other things. After contemplating just trading the vehicle, & what we were told they would give us on trade, we decided to go ahead and have the work done. $14,500 was the value for our trade, and that would have been the way the vehicle was sitting before we said ok to the fuel injectors. 16,000 if we paid to replace the injectors. That meant they knew they would be replacing the fuel injectors and still giving us 14,500 for our vehicle. I also have this in writing. 2 days go by, vehicle is not fixed. Now the turbo and c02 sensors are the problem. This is another 3,000 dollars. We are up to 5,000 in repairs now, initially told 1,740 to repair the vehicle. I asked if they would honor the 14,500 for trade or meet me in the middle at 13,000 on trade, splitting the difference on the new amount of repair work. They told me at this point they would only do 10,000 on the trade in value of our vehicle. Or, have me pay for the injectors and they would do 12,000 for trade. Anyone reading this can see where this is going. This took 2 days to get an answer about the new trade value BTW. At this point i am livid. Clearly these people do not want to work with you when it comes to customer service. Fixing everything in the vehicle until you come to the actual problem is no way to do business. Lying to customers when you say you will do a certain amount for the vehicle the way it sits then re nigging, is also no way to do business. I had my vehicle towed to Toyota, and will never do business with anything named Menholt and Honda again. It is to bad, the salesman Mason did a great job. He lost a sale to do terrible handling by managers. Nate was zero help, and apparently he has been doing this so long he forgot how to do math and talk to people. Avoid this entire place if you can.

Bought our new to us Subaru from DM. Good price on a low mileage SUV. Great purchase experience, no pressure, very nice sales staff. Had a problem with the sunroof and DM took care of it, replaced the glass and gasket with a smile. Highly recommend the DM used vehicle cat lot.

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have never written a review before, let alone a negative one but unfortunately it feels like this is the last option and is what it will take to feel heard. I understand people are short staffed but this dealership is running on fumes and they make no effort to solve problems. The service department manager yelled at me, was argumentative and was more interested in trying to prove some arbitrary point rather than listening to me and helping solve the problem. They couldn t give me a timeframe for how long they would need my car, offered no loaner, and told me it would take at least an entire day if not more just to read the diagnostic code. I live 3 hours out of town and having this level of in certainty just wouldn t work. The worst part is just being talked over, told this is how it is, and the worst mansplanning about car parts to cover up the fact that the service department is understaffed and severely disorganized.I love my Honda but I am never stepping foot in that dealership again and will definitely suggest to my friends and families who own Hondas to go elsewhere. I know the dealership will try and show that they are dealing with this negative review but I absolutely know that it is just for appearances and nothing will be resolved. Good luck maintaining customers with this customer service record Denny Menholt.

I purchased my jeep here and i have to say there s been nothing but great service and help afterwards. Sean at the service center has helped me with literally anything i ve needed. My axel broke, I called him, and he had a tow truck to me within the next 45 minutes and my car ready for me the next day!! I also had my oil changed recently and I didn t even know I had low tire pressure, so they filled my tires for me!

Chris was great to work with he is very knowledgeable about the vehicle and was patient with all my questions. The whole purchasing and trade in process was super easy and straight forward. Totally would recommend Denny Menholt Honda to all our friends and family! Love, love my new Honda!

I'm updating this review to include our most recent purchase at Denny Menholt Honda! The amazing Rachel Dawson helped us get the brand new Pilot we wanted, and with the GM, Matt Smith, we got a fabulous deal! The service and knowledge at this dealership is the best!! Our second Honda from them. I highly recommend Denny Menholt and definitely Rachel!! 5 + stars!!I found a used Honda Fit (for my daughter in AZ) on their website and went in to check it out. Christine was fabulous and very helpful throughout the entire process! After a test drive and minimal negotiations, it was detailed and ready for us in a couple days. My daughter drove it over 1,070 miles back to Phoenix, AZ and said it drove like a charm! She's happy and I'm happy. If we ever decide on another Honda, Christine @ Denny Menholt Honda is the place we'll go!

I was thinking about a new car and went to Denny Menholt Honda to take a look. While there, someone asked if we had been helped and I replied no. When the salesman came out I thought, "Here we go." I told him I was looking not buying today and he told me to come and see if I had questions. After looking I went in to find Chris and asked him a few questions. He was never pushy, like other car salesmen, and just answered my questions and offered other information. The next day I called and put down a deposit and love my 2022 Pilot. Thanks Chris and Denny Menholt. The best car buying experience I've ever had.

Worst experience I have had with a car dealership. I had a scheduled appointment to have safety recall work done. Upon dropping my car off they informed me that it would take 2 and half hours to complete the work. The shuttle brought me to the mall after 3 hours I called to take the shuttle back, I was told the shuttle had gone to the airport. Another hour after that I walked the few miles back to the dealership to find that they had not even started to work on my car. I then had to argue with the rude lady in service so I could leave with me car. Most dishonest place I have been. I lost a days work, a tank of gas waited for hours and wasn't able to get the recalls done.

The service provided for our car rental for our stay in Montana was top notch. The car ran great, the rental process was easy and the staff was very friendly and helpful giving up some ideas of things to do on our trip. What really sold me was their kindness to have my family dropped off at the airport and saving us an uber or cab ride. All around excellent service!

Long story short, the car we drove 3 hours to buy is not the car we drove home in. BUT, everyone we encountered at Denny Menholt Honda was polite and highly professional. This is a small but VERY busy dealership. And as we visited with the sales manager, business manager, etc., they all took their time with us and answered our questions. Rein, our salesman, had been fantastic over the weeks leading up to our visit (returning calls and texts on time), and -- even though he missed several days of work due to a death in the family -- he checked in with me his first day back (while we were on our way to the dealership). All in all, we're very happy with our experience at Denny Menholt and with our purchase. Can't wait to see this dealership grow over the next few years! And thank you Rein for making the buying process so great!

Co-worker recommended Denny Menholt and so I figured I d go see for myself. When I say this I honestly mean this that working with Chris Martinez and the whole team there has been the best experience ever while purchasing a vehicle from a dealership in my experience. I found the truck I wanted and they worked with my bank on the final details and they made sure I was driving away with a vehicle that would not leave me stranded days later and made sure I was completely satisfied. I highly recommend talking to Chris about your next auto purchase. Thanks Chris.

I have been searching for a newer, safer, more reliable vehicle for some time now. At Denny Menholt I finally found 2 pre-owned cars that met my criteria. Taylor Lavender took me to drive them both and then helped me make a choice. She was so great to work with - positive, not pushy, knowledgeable and patient while I made my decisions. She, Josh and Chris worked as a team to work out the financing and trade-in. We are very happy with our new vehicle and the whole process of purchasing what looks to be a great vehicle that will serve us well. Thank you all!

Purchased a used car from Sydney at this dealership. Long story short there was some issues right away. We contacted Sydney and the service team at the dealership and they took care of us immediately. They couldn t fix the issue since it was a ford but told us to take it to a Ford service department close to us and they would take care of it for us. I have never had this kind of service. They were incredible. They have gained a lifetime customer in me and my family. I have NEVER in my life written a review for a dealership but I just had to. They were amazing and we won t go anywhere for our vehicles! Go here. You will be treated extremely well.

I really like these guys for a couple reasons.1. I bought a used truck from them, and felt I was treated respectfully and with honesty.2. I had a complex maintenance issue that needed to be handled, and despite the challenges with todays labor shortage, these guys worked hard, and thoughtfully to conquer the problem, and get me back on the road again.Will continue giving them my business

I recently bought a used car with the help of Chris Martinez. He was wonderful to work with, listened to what I needed and found a good fit for me. He was very responsive to my emails and phone calls and there wasabsolutely no pressure to buy. He made the whole process very easy.Bob DeBell was also very helpful in explaining the warranties and helping me with the financing details.All the staff were pleasant, responsive and helpful. Husband and I had a great experience buying our Ridgeline from Mike Lus! He did a great job explaining all the features and was never pushy. Mike gave us options, was accommodating, and happy to answer any questions or concerns. Staff was also great about our trade in and getting us a reasonable trade price. We love our new car and would definitely purchase another Honda there in the future.
