Finished job 2 weeks before the anticipated finish date. Communicated with me frequently to keep me posted on the status of the repair. All employees that I talked to treated me very nicely and explained things when I didn t understand unlike other car shops. The car itself looks spectacular!

Crash champions took care of the repairs on my car after I was in a minor fender bender and they made the whole process very simple and they managed it incredibly. They kept me informed throughout the whole process as to how the repairs were going and they even cleaned my car outside and inside before returning it to me and I really appreciated that. I d absolutely recommend them to anyone needing repair work done on their car. They are great at what they do and have incredible customer service as well! This is a very different experience from when the company was A&D Auto Repair. From the cool reception at check-in to the mystifying invoice that didn't jive with what my insurance company told me, I was very disappointed. I got the feeling they were just trying to come up with random numbers to match the insurance reimbursement, and even then went back to the insurance company to get more. A part was installed poorly when I picked up the vehicle but they did correct it while I waited. And beware...they don't take anything but debit or credit cards for payment. The text messages were very nice to keep track of status.

I am updating this review as of February 2024. I have had my car in to fix the same issues via warranty work three times. This latest fix began in Spring 2023 where I was supposed to receive a time slot to have my car fixed. I brought my car in for a week and it was not repaired so it pushed into Summer. In August I was going to be out of town and asked via email if I could bring my car in that week for the repairs. I never received a reply so I dropped in and was told I never brought the car in but I never received an email from them and they could not produce an email to me. Their front desk attendant (Darren?) was rude, defensive and a liar. They rescheduled me for December repair in August. Once again I brought my car in and they had it for a week and did not repair it or even start on it. At this point I called corporate Crash Champions and moved my repair to the Bozeman location before Christmas. The Manhattan location had not taken pictures or assessed the repair and I was forced to bring my car in for Bozeman to look at on December 22nd. Since then I have received no schedule of repair or timeline from Davis at the Bozeman location. I have spoken to their area manager, Lisa, after I had to call to see why this was again taking so long. I was assured that I would receive some form of communication from Davis by the end of the next week and that has not happened. I have called their corporate office and again have gotten nowhere. This is the third time I have had to bring my car back for fixes to their repairs. I began this most recent attempt at repair a year ago and they have had my car for several weeks. Through all of this they have made no attempt to compensate me for Uber rides to pick up my car or rental fees. Twice last year I left my car there for a week and they never even started on my car after assuring me they would have it done in that time. I have lost any faith that this company will stand by their word, their work or any integrity. If anyone from Corporate Crash Champions would like to make this right I would be willing to listen to you but your local management and teams are broken. I would absolutely avoid having any repair done by this company and especially at the Manhattan and Bozeman locations. Communication is key and getting me on a schedule to repair would have gone a long way. I held off on leaving this review until it was clear they had made no attempt to make this right other than more empty promises.Update 2/9. Davis reached out and I will continue to update

Very professional and friendly shop to work with. Communication was great; I received updates via text message. They completed the work almost a month ahead of schedule. They worked directly with my insurance company and the car was cleaner on the inside and out then when I dropped it off. I would most definitely recommend Crash Champions to friends and family.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

After a recent hit and run left my car with minor damage, my insurance company speculated the repair would be less than my deductible. As part of the claim process, I was referred to Crash Champions. when I took the car in, I was presented with an unexpected option that did not require the repair I expected to have done. I set up an appointment for my truck in to get the dash, headliner, and passenger door replaced. This shop had my truck for over a month and got nothing done so I figured I d take my business elsewhere. When I drove my truck away it had and extra 40,000 miles from a computer component they were trying to replace. The shops manager Davis is impossible to get ahold of and the shop changed names multiple times since I first took my truck in.The shop did not fix the extra 40,000 miles misreading and billed my insurance anyway.I have reached out multiple times to resolve the issue and Davis is in a meeting every time..

I had a collision with an animal around November 14th, 2023 that involved damage to the entire right side of my vehicle (passenger door, back passenger door, back passenger quarter panel).My insurance had Crash Champions on their designated shop list and it was the closest in my area. Although I didn't have much of a choice in servicing my vehicle with Crash Champions, I'm pleased it worked out the way it did. Lonny was my correspondent through the shop, he updated me every time the shop was able to move my vehicle along in its rehabilitation process. This was especially important to me because my insurance agent wasn't very communicatively reliable with my claim. Not only did Crash Champions repair my vehicle in a timely manner, they also talked me through it all along the way.Although Lonny was my main correspondent, I spoke with at least 3 different employees on the phone, all of which were helpful and knowledgeable. I hope to never crash another vehicle, but if I do and I am in the Bozeman area, Ill be giving Crash Champions a ring.

Mike and Davis at Crash Champions saved my bacon and I'll never go another place. I had an unusual metal repair, my brand new metal front door was damaged in transit, the crew at Crash Champions were able to fix it up so I couldn't even tell it was ever damaged. They've also done more normal auto body repairs for me no less than twice with great results and support. Highly recommended.Service: Body & Trim

After getting hit in January it took 5 months to get an estimate. I was fine with that because everyone was backed up. I brought my car in to have the have the bumper & blind spot light sensor fixed. Once I arrived to pick up my vehicle, after it being at the shop for a week, the sensor was not fixed. After the conversation that the car was not properly fixed, I was told to come back in September. That worked out perfectly for because I was going out of town. I called the day before I was going to drop off my car and reiterated that I would be leaving Thursday to go out of town and returning Monday morning. I assumed this would have given Crash Champians plenty of time to recalibrate my sensor.... as there were many text about the time line. Well I'm sitting here Monday at 1pm with no car, no way to get back home to Big Sky.My bumper also doesn't look great. Will not be recommending this business to any of my friends or family.Service: Body & Trim

Hit a guardrail at high speed going through the pass in Jackson, WY and did a full moving 180. The front bumper and right side of the car took the brunt of the damage, and the passenger side front wheel and tire were completely toast. The suspension needed some fixing as well.Repairs at A&D took considerably longer than initially projected, BUT the results and quality of work speak for themselves. The car looks exactly like it did brand new, the paint and body work are impeccable and you would have no clue the car was ever in an accident.(These pics were taken a few hundred miles and several hours after picking it up from A&D. Good looking car, ain't it!)

I had my car evaluated by Andrew at Crash Champions a few weeks ago after a deer collision. Even though the verdict wasn t good, it was what I expected. They were incredibly professional, prompt, and polite.My sister (who doesn t write reviews) had her car repaired by them a few weeks prior after the exact same issue, and she couldn t stop talking about what a wonderful job they did they replaced just about the whole front end of her car and detailed it inside and out, and did the whole job in under a week. My understanding is that a smashed in Nissan Murano is no easy feat to work on; the fact that they did it at all was great, and the fact that they went *way* above and beyond was even better. I ve been in it a few times since then and it is literally better than it was when she bought it. If a severely damaged car can still be fixed, I have total confidence that these guys can do it.

Not an easy place to get into, but the quality of work is worth waiting for. I appreciated the fact that they dealt with the insurance company directly and I did not have to be a middle man. They made our truck look brand new.

I'm embarrassed to say I've had actually quite a few experiences with autobody/repair shops, and this has *by far* been the most pleasant. Everything went exactly the way you'd hope it would. Wonderful staff, timely work, good communication, no silly hoops to jump through. They even cleaned my car when they finished the work!I was also impressed with the estimate tool/app they use (optional), which didn't require me to download anything or create an accountOverall great experience
