Wow, what absolutely incredible service and people who genuinely care work here! My 17-year-old daughter was recently given an '02 Dodge Dakota with some issues, one of which was a leak we couldn't identify, the previous owner thought it was the transmission so we made an appointment. Then this morning we discovered it was the radiator leaking so we topped it off, & called Bozeman Transmission. The lovely woman answering the phones said my girl could bring it in anyway to see what they could see to help her out! How amazing is that? They're really busy yet have enough Montana courtesy to take a look for her even though it wasn't the problem for which we'd originally scheduled! Then the technician helping her (she didn't think to get names or I'd definitely be giving them both a shout out!) really spent a good ten minutes with her after taking a look and gave her some advice as to what he was seeing and the best places for her to go for what the truck needs! He wasn't able to easily see what wrong with the radiator but had some great recommendations for that as well as recommending a good place for an alignment & brakes! My daughter was just thrilled because both people she dealt with there were kind and genuinely caring, they really wanted to help her figure out what she needed! Thank you for helping out my girl!

DO NOT GO TO THIS SHOP! MY TRUCK GOT BROKEN INTO, LOST $2,500 WORTH OF BELONGINGS INCLUDING MY SUBWOOFER, ALL MY FLY FISHING GEAR AND ALL MY TOOLS FOR WORK. SEEMED NICE UNTIL I WENT TO GO GET MY TRUCK THEN I GET IN AND REALIZE ALL MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE GONE. DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP!!

I've had Bozeman Transmission work on a couple of my vehicles and they are always good to work with, they are very knowledgeable and do great work as well as being honest and fair with pricing. They have always been accurate with their time frame to complete the job and will let you know if other components need attention to make sure you are satisfied with the repair, and reliability will be first rate. Just a great experience knowing that your vehicles are getting the best service you can ask for.

Shopped around for a reliable shop and when asking other shop who was their competition, most responded with Boz Transmission. Took my F150 in for rebuild. Had to wait 10 days due to work load at shop, that's a good sign as far as I am concerned. Repair was done promptly and couldn't be happier with price and results. Better yet, a 36K mile - 3 yr warranty.My thanks to Earl and the crew for their professionalism.

Earl and the guys were Fantastic. Blew the hell out of my transmission, They had it diagnosed and and fixed very quickly, and for a great price, even with upgrades. Earl was extremely knowledgable about upgrades and concerns. Got my trans reinstalled, and my car runs better than it every has. Fantastic work guys Thank you so much

Earl is 100% honest and fair. He bailed us out not once, but twice on our Dodge Ram pickup. I highly recommend this shop- we are in Seattle and our daughter in college in Dillon and the truck was stranded in Bozeman. I don't know what we would have done without this shop.

Earl and his Bozeman Transmission Team are amazing! Professional, kind, affordable, and excellent at their craft. I had driven my Dodge Caravan from California and it was acting quite strange. Earl was recommended to me by another mechanic who could not deal with the make/model of my vehicle. Earl listened patiently and kindly while I tried to describe my problem. I was on a tight timeline because I needed to leave in two weeks to drive to D.C. Although his crew was already working overtime, Earl managed to do me a huge favor and fit me in over the next couple of weeks. The van drove great across the rest of the country.

We came in with transmission making weird sounds and we had no idea what's going on. They were overbooked but they spent about 30 minutes with us listeing to transmission and trying to figure out what is going on with it despite that they were overbooked. We got advices and tips about it. They were really friendly and helpfull!! Thank you for that, you made our trip much better.

We drove my 2006 Nissan from GA this spring and shortly after leaving began having transmission slippage problems. Fortunately, we were able to limp all the way to Bozeman. After researching local transmission shops, we chose Bozeman Transmission due to reviews and recommendations from friends. Due to a Nissan design flaw that shows up in later years in Xterras, my transmission was toast! Earl and Kim, the owners, could not have been more helpful and pleasant to work with through the whole process. My wife and I highly recommend Bozeman Transmission. Best Transmission shop around. Earl and staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and take the time to explain to you what is wrong instead of just charging you for parts. Only place in town I will let touch anything transmission related.

Passing through Bozeman, trying to get back to Michigan, and they got us in first thing in the morning to check out the transmission. We were able to get on the road by 8:30am. Thanks for your help!
