If I could give the "Express Lube" a negative star, I would. This place is absolutely a circus from the get-go.Came in on Monday morning, just before 11 a.m. to get an oil change, was in line for about 10 minutes before anyone came out to check me in. They only came out to check me in because I had to call the number to see what I was supposed to do. Was informed by the person checking me in that it would be about 2 hours. Well, that was a lie. I spent five hours there. I didn't cash out until almost 4 p.m. What an absolute joke.I spoke to the gentleman cashing me out about my displeasure and he told me he would let his manager know. I figured that would warrant some follow up from the manager. Nope. I sent an email requesting to speak to a manager about my terrible experience. Nope. Got the stupid generic follow up text asking how my experience was, and I again request to speak to a manager. Nothing. Finally called again today, and was shuffled around until I could speak to someone named Carl who is the manager for the service department. He was extremely less than helpful and extremely rude and abrasive. Basically he refused to take any responsibility for their error. What should have been a simple oil change and cabin filter change in that two hour window become a five hour ordeal, and basically I am made to feel as if it's MY fault?No thank you.There are plenty of other shops in town that will be getting my money from now on; ones I presume that won't treat their customers like garbage. Especially since we bought our Sentra from Billion auto. Gone are the days when you could trust the service shop. These people are borderline predatory and are out looking for your money, and nothing else.Spend your time and money somewhere else. You'll probably get a call back a lot sooner if you do have a concern, and you probably won't be berated over it, either.

I had my oil changed on my leased 2019 Jeep Cherokee at Billion Express Lube, but to my dismay, they failed to put any oil back in it. As a result, my Jeep broke down on the side of the road shortly after leaving their facility, necessitating a costly tow. To add to my frustration, the Billion Service Department informed me that they could not diagnose the issue for an entire month. During this period, I was left without a vehicle, and they offered no alternative transportation options, leaving me with no choice but to initiate a COSTLY new lease. This experience with Billion Express Lube raises serious concerns about their practices and suggests a predatory approach towards their customers. To anyone considering their services, I strongly recommend double-checking to ensure they have indeed refilled your vehicle with the necessary oil.

Besides putting the wrong oil in my vehicle .They offered transportation to have me wait 30 minutes then say the person driving just went on break so it d be another hour till they got back. I asked them to put an additive in my oil which they forgot to do, then waited for me to pick up my vehicle to tell me they forgot and ask if I still wanted them to do the thing i asked them to do. Now I get to wait over a half hour for them to correct this even though they ve been open all day and could ve done it instead of have me wait.

Poor customer service. Having been a customer for 6 years, continued to give them business out of convenience. Have had 6 different vehicles serviced continuously. Stripped threads on the lugs for tire changes, busted center caps, etc etc etc.Have our winter tires stored there. Tried making an appointment for the swap, was told we had to now use the express lube. Showed up, walked inside. 4 Employees behind the counter and once previous customer left, I was the only one remaining. Was bluntly told I'd have to wait outside until someone had time. Asking a customer to wait outside in the cold instead of an empty warm lobby is ridiculous. By the time someone came out, I did not have time to wait. I had already sent my ride home and needed to get to work.

Slow and over priced. There are better options in Bozeman. Beware of the additional costs they charge. $50 to have the windshield wipers replaced is a joke. At least they put the oil filter on tight this time.

Really nice staff but they are crazy busy here, came one evening by 4 pm they couldn t take bay more vehicles. Came 30 mins before they opened to find 2 lanes with 4 vehicles each in them. I know everywhere is slammed for the summer, but seems a. It crazy.

Spent 2.5 hours getting an oil change with the car just sitting in the bay with no one working on it. Was asked about changing the cabin air filter and told them to go ahead and do it, but then it turned out they had to go out and pick up a filter from somewhere and that it would be another 45 minutes. I told them to put the filter back and I'd do it later. Whoever re-installed the RECTANGULAR filter did so 90 degrees off and just jammed it in there. If they can't install the cabin air filter right, I am worried about the darn oil change. Never again.

I'll share my oil change experience and you can decide if this is a place you'd trust with your vehicles. I took my '15 Wrangler in for an oil change, which took about 90 minutes and cost $81.95. Ten minutes after leaving they called me to tell me my Jeep was leaking oil, and to pull over and call us. After discovering that all of the oil had leaked out, I was stranded, and newly concerned about the quality of work done on my vehicle. Luckily, I had stopped only 2 miles away, however, it took them 45 minutes to get someone with more oil to my location. This was not exactly the sense of urgency I expected. After returning to the shop, they re-did the service and refunded my money. They also did some work to clean up the mess created by the 6 quarts of oil leaking all over everything. In the end, I spent 4+hours of my day and I got a 'free' oil change and a messy undercarriage and engine compartment.Unfortunately, they've lost me as a customer and I felt the need to post my experience online because they seemed to handle this situation as if it was a normal part of their business. In addition the tech they sent out, who seemed very competent at his job, said he has had to do this a few times lately. Now, I'm sure they've done thousands of oil changes correctly but it's a type of service that you can't let someone leave your garage with their oil leaking profusely. Not ever.My humble advice: Let the vehicle run and check for leaks. Fix it, if you make a mistake, but don't ever send anyone away with a leak.

Worst service experience ever. Ever! Unhelpful, uncommunicative, and eventually rude service. Appointment time went unhonored, but we were asked to wait and they could 'slip us in.' This was followed by a two hour wait without my vehicle moving. I was patiently waiting with my wife and two year old for an oil change which should take 20 min. Eventually patience wore off and after two hours with no communication, I asked for my keys and went to leave only to be told 'we would get to you by the end of business.' As we left this was followed by an argument with my wife who was holding a fussing toddler about how they didn't have an obligation to take us because apparently the Billion Service Department had deposited our vehicle at the quick lube which is somehow unaffiliated with Billion even though they share a building. Ridiculous. Bozeman native who will never ever use or recommend Billion to anyone.

I have been getting my 2018 Ram promaster city serviced at Billion express lube. I recently replaced my battery which seemed to have died prematurely. When I went to pull the old one out I realized the cover was missing. I found the cover lodged and melted against the motor. The only ones who have ever taken the cover off was Billion. I had an oil change coming up and I let them know I would like them to replace the battery cover they had forgotten to properly lock back down. They told me they would look into replacing it but did not get back to me until my third inquiry weeks later. At that time they lied to me and said they had left a message about it. Then they told me that because I did not immediately let them know the battery cover was not reattached that I shared the blame for it melting against my engine. I paid them to take care of my vehicle and they blamed me for not doing their job for them. Even though they are selling a record number of new cars right now to an influx of new people moving to the valley they wouldn't replace a $32 part they had destroyed. I will never do business with this sloppy greedy organization again. Shame on the whole billion auto group and Craig the manager who blamed me for their mistake.

Tried emailing the manager before writing a public review, but I never heard back. I was very disappointed with everything. It took them over an hour to even get my car in and then an hour and a half to change my oil. There were only two bays open, and a vehicle was parked in one of them the entire time that I was there. I kept peeking in to look at what was going on, and for long periods of time, there was nobody even working on my vehicle. The young men that were in the bay were using profanities very loudly, I work in a bar, so I'm not being uptight about that, however, there was a woman and her two young daughters there, so it was highly offensive. When my car was finally finished, it was not vacuumed. I finished an entire book while I was waiting for my car to be finished. I work 6 days a week and this is not how I wanted to spend my day off. If you guys know that you're that far behind, that should be something that you disclose before you take a vehicle in. I'd much rather have gone somewhere else.

Arrived at 7 to be second in line. an hour and a half later my truck is still outside. When I went to check they had moved another car into the bay I was at through the back door. In the meantime they are running cars through the other bay while mine sits there. The explanation - well this vehicle needed more service. I will never return!

I have swung by here 3x in the past month to see cars lined up out to the street. It was pretty frustrating and I haven t seen this in all the years I have been going to this location. So I went inside and Andrew was extremely friendly and helpful. He gave me a few options including picking up my vehicle the next day and servicing it. Really appreciate the various options and great service. Management take note: please keep Andrew!

500$ for an oil change, fuel filter change, and air filter after quoting me ''a few hundred dollars'' They charged me 250$ to do the air filter alone. If you like having money, this place is probably not a good place to go.

Honest, ethical and prompt service. After getting bent over at Ressler Quick Lube I decided to try out Billion. Fair pricing on the standard oil service and I even got a free car wash! I'll be needing major oil services next time and I am confident that I will be treated fairly at J C Billion. Also had new windshields installed on both vehicles there. Again, prompt service with fair prices. I'm a fan.

Great service, Craig and Nate are very easy to work with. Their team works hard to get every oil change and inspection done thoroughly and efficiently. I highly recommend getting your oil changed, tires rotated, brake work, alignments, and fluid changes done here!

These guys were great! Had a headlight bulb on our Yukon that needed to be changed. I was told by multiple shops that it d be $80-$100 to change cause you have to take the grill off. They did it for the cost of the bulb...$13!! Thanks a bunch guys!

Craig and his team are always super nice. They take care of you. My mud flaps had some ice build up this winter and they broke off when the guys were pulling in my truck. They replaced them on the house without even asking me. Great guys and great service!

Went for a synthetic oil change for my 2012 Sienna. Cost me $124.75!Service was standard nothing "over the top". Waited about 45mins.

Billion Express Lube is horrible. I took my Dodge in for its first oil change. Not only did they not empty the old oil they didn t even change the filter. (The Filter still has original factory filter and is full of nasty road grime) On top of that, they added fresh oil and over filled it. Unfortunately, this is not the first time this has happened to one of my vehicles at this location.
