I am taking this opportunity to recognize Jason Santistevan for helping me today with my Jeep Cherokee and acknowledge his excellent customer service skills. On my first day of vacation I encountered some key/ignition issues and thought my vacation was about to turn into a nightmare. Jason offered me assistance, looked into expedited service and stayed on the phone with me as I tried several of his recommended manipulations on my vehicle. I am so grateful for Jason's help, knowledge and attention to detail. It is heart warming to know there are still great customer service mangers that really care.

Melissa is amazing! From helping us with our vehicle purchase, to answering any questions I have, to looking out for our next vehicle... she has been on top of it. Anything I have brought to her she has taken the time to help me with. If she doesn't have the answer she finds out. She has gone above and beyond for us since we met her last September. Thank you Melissa! And great job Billion, for having such an outstanding human being working for you!

Bought a brand new 2022 ram here, still under warranty, was told they cannot fix it, the warranty won't cover it. Waiting on an update that will not be out for 6-12 months. For something that has no power, a simple volt meter proved that. I have no backup camera, control of heat or or air conditioning, radio, etc.... I even offered to just pay for the new center console no one got back to me for a quote. Save your time. What a joke. Wish the dealership would honor their end of the deal.Update: Recall update did not fix the screen surprise, surprise. Was pulled into the "principals" office and told about 30 times that I should find a new dealership and we were not a good fit. Because I sent a complaint to the attorney generals office regarding this fiasco. After refusing to go elsewhere, was told it could take a year to get the part to replace. They also have no way of tracking when parts will come in until they just show up, and there is no way to see of the part was actually ordered. Was told they could not replace it the part out of their own pocket as they only operate on a 2% profit and have to do it through warranty. This place is a absolute joke. How are they in business still.

Billion seems to be going through a transformation for the better. At least from my experience. I bought my first Wrangler from them in 2012. It was an amazing experience. Andrew, Klipper was my salesperson at that time. The experience was so good that I still remember his name. So when I bought my next one in 2017 I was super disappointed. I had been going in and looking at vehicles knew what I wanted and it was a struggle as I kept getting pushed towards something that did not have everything we wanted. When we finally thought we had everything done and were getting what we wanted, when the vehicle arrived it was STILL not correct. A very disappointing experience. We ended up turning to another dealer out of state for our next vehicles. This was difficult for me as I really wanted to work with someone local.Turn to 2019. The push inside me to work with a local business nudged me to try Billion again. Wow. What a change! This time the experience was almost as good as the first. Our sales person, Josh Huey, actually listened to what we needed, found us what we wanted and worked to help match the price we were getting with the dealership outside of the state. Since our purchase, they have done a few follow checks to see how things have been going. So far so good. A few times in at service as well, I'll stop inside the showroom and am greeted by the same faces. for a time, it felt like there was a revolving door there. I really hope this can be maintained.Lastly, their service department is simply amazing. I've never had an issue with them. I've actually never worked with a dealership service department that has gone so far above expectations without even asking. Our business depends on our Jeeps. Tara and the other advisers in the service department really understand how important it is to help customers get their vehicles back quickly. And I have been in the shop behind other customers and have heard how they treat others. It's not just a special treatment for us.Owning a business, I understand the pressure of providing customer service at the highest level. It's hard to maintain. Billion has turned around and doing it. If you had a bad experience in the past and are looking for a new Jeep product, I suggest giving them another try.

Anything that you need done basically goes to the express lane. Need to drop off super early and they might need to keep the vehicle for multiple days. Took over three days just to get snow tires put on my Grand Cherokee. You guys ever hear of an appointment system? They didn t even start working on my Jeep until the third day but they had to keep it in the line before starting. Terrible waste of time dealing with Billion Jeep. When I buy my gladiator I m going out of town to buy it.

We wanted to purchase a very particular 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee and although Billion did not have that one in stock, Mark & Andrew searched all over the West to find us one. They presented us with choices from other dealers but the one we wanted eventually had to be ordered from the factory. We agreed on a fair price and the order was placed. Shortly thereafter the factory closed because of Covid-19. Communication with Mark was terrific throughout and we were kept apprised of the status of our order regularly.The day finally came that our Jeep had arrived and we were notified immediately to come drive it home. The paperwork process always takes longer than I'd like but we were presented with valuable warranty options that included thorough explanations and NO pressure. We left Billion with a stunning new Grand Cherokee Trailhawk with exactly the options we wanted at a fair price. If you're just shopping, or if you're ready to buy, be sure to speak to Mark Campbell. You'll be glad you did!

excellent Sales Experience With Bryce and Customer service over all.I bought new 2022 Jeep Wagoneer from them and did about 4 services with them. My only concern is that it takes forever to make an appointment.I do understand the worker shortage but they seem to be way behind other dealers in the area.The good part, the jeep side of the dealer seems to get the job done from the 1st time and that makes the delay worth.Thank you.

Terrible experience with Billion Dodge. They refused to honor my contract that I have from them for tires for life. I have the contract and the previous receipt from previous tire purchase. It was a deal that was made when I bought my vehicle. They shreded their copy so mine is the only copy left. They also dropped all of my services out of their system so it doesn't show any but the recalls. Find a more reputable dealership to do business with.

Melissa was AMAZING to deal with. I walked in, explained exactly what I wanted in a used vehicle, and she found me the perfect fit for my big family! I'm still waiting on a couple parts to arrive, so I'm not sure what it will be like dealing with service, but Melissa in Sales is a rock star!

We had an overall good purchasing experience, Mark Campbell was our Salesperson, while he was very attentive and knowledgeable. The purchase process is very un-organized and convoluted in that the purchase price is determined in various ways. I was working with another dealership on almost the identical Dodge Ram 1500 so until we identified that we were working with another dealer and what the vehicle was, the pricing was not competitive, even then it took 2 1/2 hours just to determine a price. Incentives were difficult to follow and I had to do my own research to identify incentive discounts and ask for them to ensure that we received all available discounts. We made an appointment 4 days in advance to final the documents and that took over 2 hrs, even though we had an appointment. Recommendation: Sales should research ALL available incentive discounts and offer them to the buyer.

We had a breakdown with our Ram diesel truck and after calling 10 repair shops with quotes of 2-6 weeks for an appointment, they took us right in, diagnosed and repaired the problem. We were back on the road in 2 hours! Thank you, Billion Dodge!!! We appreciate your service!!! If we ever move to Bozeman, we ll buy from Billion!

Was prepared to buy a vehicle from them until being insulted on a trade in value. Fair market trade value for my trade is between 8-12000 and they offered 1000. I was already talking to my banker about buying it and was going to until the guy straight up insulted me. They obviously are trying to screw people over on trades. I would ve done the deal even without trading the truck. Not now though. Let this be a lesson don t insult people and try to take advantage. The lady I dealt with initially was real sweet though

Stopped here to get a quick oil change. While the wait was long (2 hours) a very comfortable waiting area with refreshments made it easy. Very friendly staff. If I lived in this area, it would be my go-to service center.

IF YOU ARE HERE TO FOR ADVICE AS TO GO WITH BILLION DODGE SERVICE BOZEMAN**DO NOT !!!**This has become very personal for us and our wish is to protect others from our COSTLY experience!! . Seems Billion Dodge Bozeman needs some accountability for poor service, communication and lack of ANY timeframe,. A month and still no fix for a 2010 DODGE RAM, ignition switch and heater zone actuator Most definitely the worst amount of communication possible, first coming in non-personal texting and although now being contacted personally, no timeframe given or apology of any kind for the fact we have been having to deal with not having our vehicle for a month.(AND COUNTING) It does us no good to respond here, however on the outside chance this could be forwarded to an individual who can compensate us for our personal hardships being without transportation and having to burden others because of Billion Bozeman's lack of care!!Never having felt strongly enough to badly review a product or service before, will be quite clear, Putting out as much effort as possible to protect anyone and all from the bad experience costs and difficulties BILLION DODGE BOZEMAN has created.ZERO STARS UNFORTUNATELY ARE NOT AN OPTION

I don t like leaving a bad review, and I want to give Tara credit for being nice to work with throughout - however, I had an awful experience here, particularly with the other employees. Took my truck in for one repair, which was expensive, but otherwise fine. However, when I got my truck back I noticed a new issue resulting from the first repair that the techs didn t catch. I took it back once and they didn t find anything, but the problem persisted. Second time I took it back the mechanics did isolate an issue. I was told it would take 3 weeks to fix, but it took 3 MONTHS! Not only that, but I was told all the work from the first repair was guaranteed, however I was charged an exorbitant amount for the second repair too with no discount for parts or labor despite the sequence of events and long delay. Go somewhere else if you have the option.

Billion never ceases to disappoint. Instead of dealing with their service department this time I now tried to buy some Chrysler specific sensors from their parts department. To ensure I got the right sensor, I removed sensor from my truck and brought it with me. The gentleman who helped me at the parts counter, assured me that he was selling me the correct sensor even though the part number difference was not an issue, It simply meant it was manufactured in a different country. When I tried to install the new sensor it broke because it was not the right one. when I called them back I spoke to the same gentleman who then found the right part in stock and told me it would be an additional $200! They did not credit me back for the wrong part that they sold me even though I brought them exactly what I needed. Unfortunately we have no other option for Chrysler specific parts in Bozeman so I am forced to continue doing business with them. On that note, if someone would like to purchase a fleet of ram pick ups, I would be willing to sell mine just so I never have to deal with Billion again!

Customer service was pretty great and communication was good.Scheduling a maintenance appointment took 2 months.After confirming the exact work I wanted done 2 weeks prior to my appointment they never ordered the parts. They kept my car in the shop for 3 days waiting for parts. Doesn't make sense at all to not order the parts when a customer is explicitly asking for work to be done. Keeping a customers vehicle for 3 days for work that was reported to take 30 minutes of labor is just bad customer service in my opinion.Also, they quoted me x3 what another shop quoted me for the same work and new parts..........Would recommend looking elsewhere for service.

Worst customer service experience I ve ever had. Stone cold zero communication from their service department, and they took six weeks to fix my car in one day. Never once did I receive a phone call, email, or even a text about the status of my car or an estimate of cost. Billion is an accurate name: they charge you too much for terrible products and services and bilk their customers for billions indeed.

They were solutions-oriented when it came to coordinating the purchase with us being out of town (Helena) and they made the process as efficient as possible. It was definitely one of the smoothest and quickest vehicle purchases we ve ever had because they were able to do most of the work upfront before we drove in. I would shop here again in the future!

My wife and I were traveling from Michigan to Washington and got stranded in Bozeman. I was at the service department at 8am and Tera got me right in. The rear axel bearings failed and all gears and bearings needed to be replaced. A few parts would have to be flown in. Once all my parts were there they finished and got me on the road as quickly as possible. Thanks to Tera, Olivia, Mike and both shuttle drivers who took me back and forth to my hotel. We had an absolute excellent experience! Bryce, our sales rep, was fantastic! He demonstrated a great sense of urgency in getting us approved, stayed in constant contact with us through out the process and just a great salesmen all the way around, took terrific care of us. The sales manager was just as great and Brandon, the gentlemen in the finance department and went over all our paperwork was awesome as well. Overall just A+ service, highly recommend Billions Autu Group for your next car purchase! Fantastic warranties too and no pushy car salesmen tactics!
