The Sales team is amazing at Billion. This is the second vehicle that I have bought there and both times the sales team went out of their way to get the exact RAM truck and Jeep Wrangler that I wanted. They prepared my Jeep Wrangler in record time after it arrived on the truck so that we would have it for our road trip the next morning. They all stayed at work a couple of hours after closing to get me on the road. And, on a Friday night when I know that they all had personal plans! What a great team

Billion takes care of our work rigs on a regular basis. We travel a lot so it's a great piece of mind to know they'll do our vehicles good. A+ 100% always spot on with filters and oil changes. Can't recommend them enough! Also extremely friendly!!!

After three tries to have my oil changed when the lines were too long, I finally brought my Grand Cherokee back and was told the wait would be an hour. True to Louis s word, it was just over an hour. I received a reminder text the following day that the oil needed to be changed and walked through the steps with the sender to reset the gauge. I haven t driven the car again to see if it successfully reset, so will wait to see if more action needs to be taken.Appreciated the personal attention- just wish you could simply make an appointment and get the service done in a timely manner.

Arrived about 9:30, drove right in and met a new employee named Chris, he was very professional and had a good personality. He walked me to the waiting room and came back for me an hour and a half later , it was all done. While in waiting room I also received a text from another employee incase I needed anything while they were working on my Jeep . I was very pleased with my service at JC. Billion Bozeman.

JC Billion recently did some work on my car and they were wonderful. I also bought my car there. If there is an issue with anything, they handle it quickly and correctly.

Had the oil changed. Was out of wiper fluid so didn t top it off. Asked how much was left and response was don t know, didn t look . Was told I could bring the car back when fluid was available, but I know I won t. Three stars for that. The man who checked me in and out was personable and nice.

My 2023 jeep grand Cherokee Trailhawk has been in the shop twice now and with four recalls. This past time, it took a month to replace a water pump. Did Billion offer me a jeep to use during this month? No, they instead offered me $40 a day stipend through Enterprise. FYI- you can t rent a four wheel drive vehicle for $40 a day. Instead you have to pay the $20 difference a day to have an equal vehicle to the one you bought from billion. I paid for a full extended bumper to bumper warranty only for Billion to refuse to give me an equal car to use while they didn t have a technician to work on my car . I live on a hill and a two wheel drive rental sedan would end up in a ditch. No customer service, no communication unless I initiated it, and no technician to work on a brand new car. I plan only selling my Jeep and getting a Ford vehicle because they gave me any truck on the lot so I could run my errands during a repair to my truck. Fail all around Billion.

Disappointing experience overall. Took double the time to install the part I had ordered. I had to initiate all communication regarding my car and then they tried to charge me almost $300 more than quoted. Picked up my car and immediately had lights on and issues. Returned it to be fixed and waited over 3 days before a technician could even look at my car. Was never offered a loaner vehicle and I live over an hour away. Had to call them daily for updates and finally reach out to the manager. Was then told different information by the manager and my service technician which raised a lot of concern and doubt. My car was finally fixed but then I was told I needed to replace a part totaling $1600 for an issue my car never had before I took it in. Finally went to pick it up and let them know I would be coming. Took 30 minutes for them to locate my vehicle when I was told it was parked in the lot outside. Overall - poor communication and lack of trust in their quality of service and capabilities of their technicians.

Not good service, very expensive just for a diagnosis. I do not recommend bringing your car here. Took 2 months to get an appointment, and you're lucky if they actually get to your vehicle on the day of your appointment. The manager I spoke to on the phone was rude and not helpful and told me he's "just trying to get through the day"

It was a good experience. I had my fuel filters replaced on my 2017 Ram 2500 Cummins and they did good job in an efficient amount of time. The waiting area was comfy.

I went for an oil change. There was no line. I asked them to change the air filter as well as rotate the tires. I was told it would be 45 min - 1 hour for the oil change and then another hour for the tire rotation. After 2 hours, I went to see if it was done. They had done the oil change but hadn t even started the tire rotation. They also did not replace the air filter, but instead told me it was dirty and needed replaced. I had asked for this to be replaced up front, and no one called while the car had the hood up. So now I was looking at another 1-2 hours. I left without the air filter or tire rotation.

Had to take Jeep in for some warranty work. Service was above and beyond. They were delayed getting it fixed due to part demand, not thier fault. I was kept well informed on part by Manager. Great staff, hard to find that dedication these days. 5 stars for sure.

The lady that runs the service department for the dodge/jeep department is great. I'm almost 2000 miles from home. I was really nervous when my jeep broke down but when I talked to her she recommended a towing company and has worked with my Warrenty department to make sure all the repairs would be covered. She has kept me updated thru this whole process and has dealt with my worries and everything else I bother her abt with complete respect and patients. Thank you for all your help. Can't wait to get my jeep back!!!

It is ridiculous that you do not make appointments for oil changes. I have to drive 1.5 hour to get there and then wait for almost 4 hours. I am a busy working person and this is a total waste of time. This will be my last visit hopefully here as I only came here to get last free oil change in the Jeep wave program. I will be returning to ressler Toyota for future maintenance as you can make appointments there and they get you in and out in a timely manner. I gave 2 stars only because at least this time the staff was friendly and I appreciated the shuttle service to the mall. Olivia was very friendly. AnytimeI have called to schedule anything with billion the staff are rude. I ve had an issue with my car and was unable to get an appointment in a timely manner and now it is no longer under warranty. You should treat your customers better. I will not be purchasing another Jeep because of the poor service at billion auto.

Service rating: I scheduled a service appointment to troubleshoot a rattle in my dash. While my vehicle was there they also completed a recall and an oil change for me which I appreciate. I understand that noises and non mechanical failures can be time consuming and difficult to diagnose/fix, but I don't appreciate being given false information. My vehicle was in the shop for 4 days, during that time, whenever i would call I would be told that the technician was working his way from one end of my dash to the other to be very thorough (I appreciate that!). By day 4 of the same information I was able to speak with someone who gave me the recommendation to pick up my vehicle and bring it back in spring or summer.When I picked up my vehicle it was clear that my dash had not been taken apart to find the noise at all... which is understandable seeing as the service dept. Is very busy and everywhere is understaffed in town.What I don't appreciate is the dishonesty. If i would have been told bring it back in the spring/ we are too busy to dedicate time to a big project like this that isn't a mechanical failure or we might have your vehicle for weeks... i would have understood and waited.I want to say that I do reccomend this dealership and service dept. As they are great overall and the work they do, they do well. I just think more transparency and less sugar coating would be best.Thank you

Pretty disappointed this go around. They were not able to hook up the truck to the tire reading machine. They did find metal shavings in the front and rear diff. They told us we needed to get scheduled with the service department. Called and left a message. They did call back. (Zach?) called to get me an appointment for the service seemed annoyed the quick lube couldn t do more. Put us on the schedule in May. With metal being found in the front and rear in a work truck that gets driven daily. We will be reaching out to another town dealership to have the issues addressed in a more timely manner

These guys were wonderful to me. I came to them with a major issue. My 2017 Jeep Cherokee needed the rear differential to be replaced and I had to move 4 weeks after I brought my car to them. They got it diagnosed quick and put in the order for the part. Tara was the best and I was able to call her whenever I needed. She always kept me in the loop and when the part came, (just in time), they made sure it got installed extremely quickly. Thank you to the tech who stayed late night to get it done. I m packing up my things this weekend and heading out, so all I can say to billion, Tara and the mechanics who did everything is THANK YOU X 100000!!!

Dropped my truck off, they told me they were going to work on it multiple times. Which were all lies. Then they wouldn t return calls, emails, texts, or anything for weeks. Then they told me they finally got it in the shop and that it needed a new motor so they were waiting on jeep to approve it. Once again after leaving me with no time line they would not respond to any of my attempts to contact them. Finally after 6 days shy of 3 months I had the dealership I bought it from call to see if they could help speed things up, they admitted to them they had not looked at it once in 3 months and that it was parked in a field behind the dealership. I have written proof stating that they had been working on my motor. Which was all lies. I ended up having to trailer it 750 miles to the dealership I bought it from where they tore it apart and rebuilt my motor in less than 2 days while billion had it for 3 months.

Don't ever work for billion auto they will screw you over. If they offer you a bonus do not accept it. They will take it out of your fi ale check and state they didn't then try and take you to court for it. They make promises they can't keep. The used cars are not property repaired and alot of repairs are declined. Over charge customers. Nothing but a joke.

We are very upset after being told when we bought our Jeep in December that oil changes would be free of charge and to find out that was not the fact after service was done. We will not be continuing our business with Billion, which is sad since our salesman was so great to work with.

They were so nice!! I was kind of in a rush and I wasn t sure if they could get me in for an oil change because it was about half an hour until the end of their workday but I went in, and they changed my oil and put in a new filter in about half an hour! Great service and some incredible people!

Only delta with thier quick lube as I have a nissan oil change plan. Took all day then they stripped out one of my skid plate bolts. The one manager came put and told me no one else did. Poor untimely staff and no customer communication.

I had to take my ram 2500 in for a few factory recalls. Zach, the service advisor, was great to deal with. They were very thorough, and kept the truck in the warm shop until I got there to pick it up.

Service writer Zach showed no intrest in my reasons for being there other than getting me checked in. I told him of additional check engine lites and that I was told by another dealer that my ball joints and shocks were bad and needed replaced. When Tara called back she was not aware of the issues I asked to have checked out. My truck came in with no check engine lite on but had one when I picked up? Now my auto start will not operate. You did an update on transmission I guess and informed me that I am still on a extended waiting list for a recall that may or may not fix my complaint. This has been going on for months and months.I am missing a bottle opener that fits in my seat belt that has some serious sentimental value to me that no one can tell me where it went! THIS MUST BE RETURNED TO ME ASAP!

I called the parts department looking for an alternator for a 2011 jeep wrangler sahara. They told me the only one that fit was about $450 and another $50 for shipping and it was going to take 2 weeks, as the other parts numbers were for different electronics packages. Ive been a mechanic for years and that just didn t sound quite right. I took the part number and cross-referenced it on rockauto and looked at the specs on the alternators and all of them were the exact same. I got one online that was the same brand and part number for a total of $147 with the core charge and shipping included and it arrived within the week. Can t say I really appreciate being lied to by Billion just so they can make a quick buck off of my misfortune.
