Ross and Shelley are wonderful! They do a great job! I have a car rental business in town and they have fixed a few of my vehicles and they always come back like nothing ever happened to them. Definitely recommend them

I love this place! They have fixed my car several times now and have done such a nice job. Their prices are fair and they got it done quickly. They also made it really simple on me and handled all the insurance photos. I cannot recommend them enough; you can trust these guys.

Ross and the crew went above and beyond to get my truck in over the Christmas holidays and get the repairs started. One of the last places with great customer service and responsive. Very thankful for the work and time they put in to get it done efficiently for me, as this is my only vehicle while working out of town. They were also great working with me as I could not get into them during business hours.10/10 recommend Big Sky Collision.Thank you

Fair prices, extremely fast service. I wasn t expecting them to vacuum and clean the interior of my truck, but that was a nice touch! They execute on quality of service you don t find nowadays. Will definitely be back!

Shelley was fantastic. Helped triage with insurance. They went above and beyond. Insurance declined replacing a small panel that wasn t fully part of the claim. Big Sky replaced it anyway at no cost to me. We scheduled 4 days for the repairs and they finished it in 2. Asked for help on an inspection form that usually costs $50 or more to have a mechanic do it and they took care of it free of charge.Vehicle looks new again. They gave it back to me clean inside and out. Had no idea they d clean it, too, at no charge. I m beyond impressed and will continue working with them in the future.

Came here after I hit a deer. Everyone was very friendly and helpful! They were able to get my parts in quickly and made the process very easy. They basically replaced the whole front end of my car and somehow had all of the work done in 3 days! Would highly recommend!

Part of a repair from last year needed to be redone. Big Sky Collision acknowledged the problem and took ownership of it, ordered a part and repaired my car in one day. They could not have been more professional or helpful.

I called Big Sky Collision Center after having a minor accident in Big Sky. Ross not only stayed late to give me a same day estimate, but said he could slot my truck in for body work that following Monday. True to his word, he had my truck done in less than a week! Thank you to Ross and Shelley, they kept me in the loop the entire time, made the insurance claim process simple and easy, and absolutely exceeded my expectations!

Prompt, friendly service, excellent work. They performed the work exactly for the Insurance claim estimate, and delivered the bodywork repairs as promised and on time. Hope I don't need them again but if (and when) I do, I won't even bother wcollecting other bids--I'll use these folks. Thanks, guys! :)

I really regret using Big Sky Collision. They had my truck for over 4 months. I called repeatedly and couldn't get updates or have them return my call. I was lied to repeatedly when they told me when it would be done. Showed up when it was supposedly done and they didn't do all the work and the paint color didn't match. They are dishonest and unreliable. It is a poorly run outfit and should be avoided at all costs. In the end, they got most of what I asked for done, the color is a pretty close match but it still isn't complete with what they agreed to do.

One of the only places in Bozeman where they can get you in a timely manner - had an appointment within two weeks of calling. Excellent service, communicative throughout, and a perfect finished product after our Suburban needed work done when it had hit a deer

I had Big Sky Collision paint my race car and won several awards with it including the Montana Drag Racers Association prestigious "Best Appearing Car" award. Ross and the crew do amazing work and attention to detail is of the utmost. Thanks Big Sky Collision for a awesome paint job.

Big Sky Collision has worked on a few of my vehicles in the past year. A company work truck that got rear-ended, my Rav4s front bumper and then a paint job on my new 4Runner. All of the times I have used them I was impressed with the timely manner in which they got me in and completed the work. They were also quick to resolve any issues I had. Ross and Shelly were great to work with. They got my Tundra in quickly and were right on time with completion. They did an awesome job on a complicated body repair. The HUGE unexpected bonus was the interior and exterior detail at no extra charge. Arrived to the cleanest my truck has been since it was new! Expertly repaired our "rear-ended" toyota highlander. Available when others had long waiting lists. Unfortunately (but understandably) missed a broken mounting bracket for radar sensor hidden inside the bumper. When the sensor fell out months later, they cheerfully paid for its replacement by another shop while we were out-of-state. Also, without any question, paid for car rental during that repair. Really good people!!

Ross and the staff at Big Sky Collision were great! I was able to get an estimate and get my car fixed in less than two weeks. My questions were answered and explained without making me feel stupid(which has happened before at other shops) PLUS fun banter. My car looks better than when I bought it! I got a little sample of my paint as well for scratches and whatnot in the future, so I m able to fix it myself. They also got my car done a day earlier than expected!!!Thank you Shelley and Ross for being so awesome!!!

These guys are the best! After shopping around for quotes and every shop telling me they were six weeks out, another shop actually recommended them. They matched the best price and told me two weeks. The car was done within two days and the work is excellent. They even detailed my filthy rig! Save your time and money and come here first.
