I recently had the pleasure of visiting Big O Tires in Bozeman to have my powder coated wheels mounted with new tires, and I couldn't be more impressed with the service I received.First and foremost, the staff at Big O Tires were incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They understood the intricacies of working with powder coated wheels and handled them with care and expertise.Moreover, the turnaround time was exceptional. The team at Big O Tires worked swiftly to mount the tires on my wheels. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly the job was completed, allowing me to get back on the road in no time.Overall, I highly recommend Big O Tires to anyone in need of tire mounting services. Their professionalism, expertise, and efficiency truly set them apart. I'll definitely be returning for any future tire needs. Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

I have no idea why this amazing business has ANY bad reviews. We are traveling cross country from South Carolina to Spokane Washington and our two front tires went bad on the way. We noticed in Yellowstone but the closest place that had our sized tire was Bozeman. Big O got us in their shop IMMEDIATELY and gave us the best price on three tires (two new front tires and one new spare!) for under $400. They also didn't make us detrailer our car or put us on a lift. These guys safely replaced our tires right In the parking lot. They had three guys working simultaneously and got us in and out in less than 30 minutes. They were nice, friendly, helpful and answered all of our questions. They had knowledgeable responses for all of our concerns. And they helped us back out into traffic so we could leave safely and quickly. Can't say enough good things! Nothing like peace of mind and safety when traveling this far in an RV while towing a new car. 110% recommend these guys. Thank you thank you thank you.

Hands down, these guys are my new "local" tire center. Although there was an employee who might need customer service etiquette classes, I gave them 5 stars because Travis & Chester and the tech were top notch!

My tires took longer to get in than they expected (not a big deal, I know how things go especially with shipping things to Bozeman) but when they rescheduled to my appointment they forgot to include the free alignment that comes with the purchase of new tires which I asked for with the initial appointment. When I asked how the alignment was the lady told me that it was not done and that is was my fault for "not speaking up" and then preceded to tell me the importance of an alignment, that this could void the tire warranty, and that they would do it for $139 the next day. That was not possible for me as I was travelling out of town. I was infuriated that they blamed me for their mistake and not honoring the free alignment. To make things worse, while I was I was traveling the next day I found a dent and scratch from them(see pic). Since, I am out of town I have tried to call but get no answer, which has been common for me at this location. I am not sure what to do at this point other than learn my lesson and not return to this location again.

Had a wonderful experience here. My car broke down and ended up needing almost the whole front end replaced, but the shop we took it to couldn't do an alignment. A friend recommended Big O Tires, and I'm so glad they did! I called Big O Tires after our car was fixed and they got me in same day for an alignment, oil change and tire rotation. THEN 5 days later, I ended up with a flat. I called them, and again they got me in same day to patch my tire. Both experiences were great! The staff was polite, helpful and they charged me fairly! I will absolutely be going back in the future.

Overpaid in labor especially considering they made reverse make the car go forward. (So it wasn't test driven) paid 1400 overall when the part cost about $500 roughly and also was charged extra upon picking up the car for seemingly no reason. (The end price was $1445 when I was told 1400 even) then the "mechanic" gave an angry shrug when I asked him to test drive it before I drove home and casually mentioned "the linkage just snapped" witch is what it was brought in for in the first place. Don't take your car here it was there for a week and this is the "service" I received.

Bought the Big O AT 2 tires for my Silverado. Very happy with them so far. Ride a lot smoother than I thought they would, since they are a more aggressive tread. Travis was very helpful!

If you don't mind scratches on your expensive allow wheels, this is a good shop. I took pristine rims in to have tires mounted and when I picked them up there were scratches on the rims. The manager said I was lying and the rims were damaged when I brought them in. Beware. There is a reason for the low ratings.

We were on vacation and had a flat. The staff was helpful, kind and got us back on the road right away. Great experience! We had tried another location the day before and was told to come back and they weren't going to guarantee they could even get us in. I wish this Big O team was closer to my home town!

Fair prices and upfront sales reps. They take appointments so you don't have to wait onsite. If you do, there's a nice waiting area with individual seating and a snack machine. Walking distance from a few dining options. They fixed my flat for free! I recommend big O tires to everyone.

We showed up in desperate need of a tire as ours just shredded on the road. They had us in and out in under 30 minutes! And they had to stop traffic so we could back out onto the street as they don't have a through driveway. We can't thank them enough for helping us out. They are awesome!

This weekend I was going to missoula, so I scheduled a 930 tire rotation/ balance. Showed up 15 minutes early and waited for an hour before just asking for my keys back because I had to be to work at 11. Pretty disappointing considering I spent 1000$ on tires there about a year ago...

I brought my wife's 3 year old Honda in for repair and after spending clothes to $1,000 with Big o tires, we still had to take it to Keyser automotive and have another $2,000 done in work because Big O never repaired the thing that was wrong. In the process they also convinced my wife to let them have her brand new tires "for recycling" because one of them had a nail in the sidewall so they sold her four brand new tires and kept the other three as well.This business seems like a training facility for young people who have no business doing anything other than filling up flat tires and doing oil changes. It's my understanding that a few of the employees are related.When I asked about the poor repair job done, I got a very aggressive response from whoever the manager or owner is that stated I approved the repairs and it's not their fault that they didn't fix what was making the vehicle essentially inoperable.It took Big O three different attempts to figure it out and they were unable to. Keyser automotive fixed it immediately and was left confused on why Big O couldn't find the issue.

We had the BEST experience with Big O Tires today. After getting stuck in the snow in Big Sky, we had accumulated a whole lot of snow and ice in the wheel wells of our SUV. The car would shake quite hard when we got over about 45mph. We called Big O Tires to see if they could take a look and help us out same day since we were headed back home to Wisconsin. We were told to drive right over and they d help us out right away. In a matter of minutes our vehicle was back in driving shape and we were on the road home again. Staff was so friendly and so willing to help when we showed up in a pinch. Thanks for everything!

This is the best place to get tires and even mechanic work done in town. They have done a lot of work for my diesel truck that isn't normal for a tire shop. Great capable mechanics that are honest about prices. I usually end up dealing with Archie who always helps me out and is very professional. Recently had a lot of front end work done. Only discovered it needed to be done right before a long road trip. They made sure my truck was safe to drive before I took off and got me in as soon as I got back. I take my truck here for all non-diesel related items and also my wife's car. Could not recommend this any higher up on the list. They will always help you out with anything they can handle, and sometimes more.

These guys were great! We came in early in the morning with our camper which had a couple of tires that needed to be looked at. They got on it right away and fixed our problem. They communicated with us the entire time. Then, since it is a small parking lot, one of the guys helped us back out onto the road and take off again. Great job guys and thank you!!!

They do a good job on your car but be VERY careful of what they are telling you. I was told I needed a bunch of things done that turned out to be perfectly fine (thousands of dollars worth). Same thing happened to my boyfriend. It helps to have someone who knows about cars to come with you and check it out for themselves. If you can, have them physically show you in the shop.

I have been going to this location for the last 20 (ish) years. They are consistently honest, relatable, and busting their butts to get things done right. This last time was to get new snow tires and wheels, and Dani was great. I had to reschedule my appointment on my end and she was flexible and called again to remind me the equipment was in and ready to be installed when I had time to get there. Even with some staffing issues (that seem to be all over Bozeman) they made a point to work together and take care of me. So grateful for an honest business in these weird times ! Thanks you guys !

Installed tires properly as would be expected. But employees quoted one price over the phone and charged double during service because the tires were "new". I informed the staff i was bringing tires i purchased from Costco and asked if they install tires not purchased from them. They said yes, $25 a tire. Day of was $45 a tire, because they were new tires not used. Can anyone explain how it's more expensive to install new tires versus used tires from a mechanical perspective? Is different/advanced equipment needed or a higher caliber of tire mechanic called in? I believe this business uses unfair illegal business practices.

I ve gone to this location on and off for the last ~8 years, and after a few recent less-than-okay experiences at a closer service shop (different franchise), I think we re just going to go to this Big O exclusively from here on.The people here are just wonderful for starters. Everyone we ve talked to there has been very kind and personable, and they have the utmost professionalism. When they fix something, they will give you the exact level of detail you want to know about the problem the front desk people are completely knowledgeable about the repairs and they ll even give you a detailed printout to supplement what they ve explained. Their turnaround time has been very fast compared to other shops we ve been to, and even if it wasn t, it s within a short walk of the big Food Truck court, so you can always hang out there while repairs are being done.They have a nice indoor waiting room with, no exaggeration, the best air conditioning I ve ever experienced in my life. When we went there it was 93f outside, and inside it was an absolute sanctuary. Overall this is one of my three favorite places in town for auto work, with the others being highly specialized in just one single thing. For most things, this place can t be beat!

They were very knowledgeable and helpful. Got us in for tire change the same day. Great because old ones were bulging after being in the shop for 2 months. Sneaked in an alignment and built a complementary quote on aftermarket parts to further straighten. Even told me about thin pads in need of changing. Great tire shop.

My truck blew a tire, they treated me great, informed me about my issues. I recently lost my husband and father, and have really learned about being taken advantage of, but Big O was great to me. They got the truck fixed the next day, as well as a battery.Thank you so much. Great at letting me know price upfront.

This place was genuinely the best place ever! We are not from around here so we had a rental car and got a notification that the tire was losing air fast. We stopped by Big O Tires because it was the nearest place by. We roll in and hour before closing and the man takes it back and says no big deal. Turns out to be a flat and all the tires pressures were different causing it to be dangerous. We went to pay and they said no charge. Amazing place! Definitely recommend!!

We blew a tire driving on the highway driving through Bozeman. We called and talked to someone right away. We received quick service, as anticipated, and Rob was even able to find us a deal. Less than an hour and we were back on the road! Amazing service, honest labor, quick and affordable.

They take walk in and appointment. You must pay upfront for an appointment. I did so, then my appointment was canceled. I was told they would reschedule tomorrow, but never called. I called the following day and was rescheduled. I came at my appointment time and was told I would wait about an hour before it would be finished. Because of this, I stayed in store instead of walking home. After 90 minutes they hadn't even started working on my car. I proceeded to wait over 3 and a half hours, there is no bathroom available there either. Overall, price isn't anything to write home about but isn't a gouge, the job was done well but took three and a half times longer than estimated, customer service is so so.

I had such a terrible experience with the lack of follow through and awful customer service during my most recent service for my vehicle. I left my car with them, understanding that it was a busy day and even told them I was fine leaving it overnight for them to work on the next day. At 4:30 that afternoon I received a call that none of the staff on the next day could do the desired work, which was fine with me as we made plans to get it done at another time. I was assured that they would work with me since it had been their oversight that caused me leaving my car with them when they wouldn t be able to do the work. When I brought my vehicle back, I was again told that there was no way my car could be worked in. I will never go back, there is no accountability here at all. It seems that the current culture at this location is not focused on customer service at all.
