I cannot share enough positive feedback about B&L Quality Repair. I utilize their service for my personal and business vehicles and have never run into any issues. The staff is honest and never annoyed with questions, or phone calls to check in on your vehicle after they've given an update on your vehicle. Most frequently they came in under their quoted price, and that just goes to show their honesty. Thank you, B&L for your fabulous customer service & repair skills!

I would never recommend or go here againThey charged me 150.00 for a job that was incomplete & left me stranded in terrible weather.I asked to have my battery changed and alternator looked at. Instead of diagnosing the problem, they "cleaned" my battery terminals ((there was still corrosion on the battery when I picked it up). My car died in -20 below in the canyon. I took it to another shop & they said it definitely needed a new battery & alternator based on a few quick tests they showed me & had me out in just a few hours.

Everyone at B&L, that I encountered, gave great customer service. I appreciated how detailed they were when sharing the details of what was going on with my car. I felt they did honest work. I will go back to them with any other car issues, but hopefully not anytime soon :) Would recommend!

I am not a paying customer. But I tried to book an appointment for an urgent issue with a windshield wiper. When I realized that I could not get in immediately, I abandoned the meeting form. And then, someone took the time to call me back immediately and gave me the option to bring the car in and then told me how I might be able to fix it myself. I am so grateful for the thoughtfulness and for the extra action they took, even though they didn't have to. I will definitely bring my car in next time I need it!

A great experience! I was so impressed with the customer service of everyone here. My truck needed wheel bearings and brakes, they could not get me in for a few weeks due to the holiday season, but they asked me to swing it by earlier than that so they could put a mechanic in to drive it and check to make sure everything was at least safe for me to drive while I waited for my appointment. Once I had my scheduled appointment, the communication was great- really thorough and professional- they explained everything in a way that I can understand, and did not try to upsell anything that was unnecessary.

I have taken my vehicles to b and l for about 5 years now and my fianc� has for over a decade we have never had a bad experience. Simply to say, there is a reason we keep coming back. We have been continually impressed with their quality of work and integrity as a business. As a woman that admittedly doesn t know much about cars that has had some rough experiences with many other mechanics around town, I have never felt taken advantage of and have always been met with honesty and no pushy-ness towards unnecessary money-grab work. Their integrity and willingness to work with us through a recent issue with my car is what prompted me to leave this (admittedly overdue) review after so many years. Though it is not the absolute cheapest place in town, but I truly believe you pay for the quality you receive, and I have always received lasting high quality work met with honest and friendly faces. Thank you!

I ve been bringing multiple vehicles to B+L over the last few years for routine maintenance and specific issues and every time I ve driven away happy. Mechanics always made me nervous and unsure of how repairs were going and how much they would cost, but with B+L s quick text messaging and a website of all your vehicles services being performed with photos/videos help me understand and see all the repairs which is super nice and convenient.Thanks team for all your help getting me back and safe on the road!

Bought an 07 forester XT and few months ago and unfortunately the power steering started leaking under the car a few weeks after I got it. No other shop in town I talked to would touch the car or get me as soon as I needed. Gave these guys a call and were able to stop by the shop day-of to have a tech look at the car and then got an appointment for the following week. Long story short, after a few more visits of trying to figure out what was wrong they ended up replacing the whole steering rack and now the car drives great with no leaks from the rack. They even said to come back in a week to bring it by for a free check-up to see how everything is working. Always super nice, professional dudes and don t charge an arm and a leg for quality work. I definitely recommend them to anyone!

B & L is my go to for anything mechanical issues. They have worked on 3 of my vehicles. Very knowledgeable on modified rigs. They always have a good attitude and the prices are fair. Took my modified 2019 Jeep Cherokee in for an alignment, had to wait a month but worth it! I had the same rig at Big O for an emergency alignment and the couldn t get it true but B&L did! Now I can tackle the Black Tail Wild Bill trail without worry! Thank you guys!

These guys were great! I had a short somewhere in my truck that was causing the transmission to not shift. I had it looked at by others, but no one could figure it out. B&L located the short in less than a day, and also found that a brake line was in rough shape and dangerously frayed. They fixed everything rapidly at a fair price. I would recommend them to my family members and friends.

We came in for a throttle body. They replaced it, we ubered there. The car didnt start. They ubered us back to our house. Figured out the fuel pump was faulty. They fixed that and ate the cost on some of the labor and the credit card charge. We found a small scratch under our rear passenger tail light. The quality of repair seems good. We havent had any issues since the repair. It was a strange experience. However after spending an unexpected 1600$+ I think anyone would be slightly upset. Overall I feel like the job was solid. However because of the scratch under the passenger tail light I cant personally recommend them because your car might end up damaged in the end. Take it for what it's worth.

Was allowed to drop my truck off the night before, because my appointment was at 8am and I would not have a ride.Called the morning of my appointment and talk to a gentleman about my vehicle told him what symptoms I was told by another shop plus what I thought was going on and some of the experiences I was having while driving my vehicle.He said they would text me back in the afternoon with what was going on with my truck.Have never had as good of details with what was going on with my truck ever before taking it to b&L quality. Had described everything in detail to what was happening as well as sending a photo of what they were seeing was going on. I have not ever had any shop ever do that in Bozeman!They were very honest and upfront about everything that needed to be done, and very fair about what they've done and the price was very reasonable on what they had done for the day.I would definitely recommend b&L quality if you get the chance or if you need your vehicle work done.The reason for changing my review was talking things over with my brother we decided to get a second opinion, and Boy am I happy I did! It had been diagnosed totally wrong and went from needing a transmission totally rebuilt cost $7300, to front driver's side hub and sway bar ready to fall off on both sides cost $713.You might want to think twice if it's a major problem with your car. He even advised me about putting that much money into my car. I'm just saying I'm glad I got a second opinion huge savings for me.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I had a timing belt and water pump replacement to do in my new used car. I went on this garage and they did a really good job. They also did some tests and control and told me some good info about this car. I am 100% satisfied and I recommend !

Our car has only been out of the shop now for 5 days now and as far as we can tell, the problem we took it in for has been fixed. I really appreciate that you take the time to do a COMPLETE inspection of the vehicle and notify the owner of any deficiencies. It reminded me we also needed an oil change!We really appreciate the fact that the work performed was ONLY what we agreed upon.Not going to lie that that cost was a shock but knowing what the cost of parts are and the increase of costs in this wonderful economy we're in, I feel it was more than fair!THANK YOU for a great job, it was very much appreciated! We will be back when the car needs an oil change or more work done!

I bought a pt cruiser it was pretty messed up, in need of serious repairs (3X value of car). I really like this car. They figured out what needed repairs the most & everything else. What I like the most is all the data, pictures and codes provided in the estimate , because I'm sooooo not a mechanic (lol)as well as explaining issues clearly with me . Car runs amazing thanks to these guys. Best mechanic experience I've had in life. I'll never use anyone else again!!!

I have tried to get in touch with B&L to resolve things but have not heard back. Before taking my car in for warrantied work I sent all information on diagnostics and previous repairs. 3 times in fact, and yet somehow none of this was utilized. After 2 days of calling and trying to coordinate I gave up on getting everything done. The icing on the cake was the $97 oil change that apparently did not include any fluid top off. Won t every use these folks again, extremely overpriced and incapable of communication.Since posting this they have been hounding me for a resolution. The repair they did went bad after 2 weeks. These folks seem to be very communicative after they've taken your money and asked you for a review, but are incredibly difficult to get ahold of before repair or while you car is there. Their novel length responses to customers who have not have a good experience speak for themselves. Yikes.

Exceptional work. I've had my fair share of problems with shops around town. These guys are the most professional I've seen to date.
