I ve purchased 3 car/truck batteries here over the last year and a half, most recently on 8 Nov 23. I was in and out, in less than 10 minutes. Tested battery, found new one, explained options, smooth checkout, and updated profile info to apply an applicable discount. Awesome customer service every time! This store is run well and efficiently. Nice work guys.

I've shopped this store many times over several years, rented/checked out their loaner tools, recycled batteries/oil, etc. The customer service is always top notch, super helpful people.The last time I was barely in the door and an employee who also just got there immediately asked what I needed and grabbed the parts from the floor and stockroom. Awesome work folks!

Holy moly! The older lady working tonight 3/17/24 needs a serious refresher course in customer service and some hearing aides. The music was blaring and she was yelling all the way from the back of the store to the two young men up front over the music, until about 30 minutes before close. That's when the music got turned off and she stood at the counter glaring. We went to pay and she started tapping on the counter louder, and louder, until I finally told my partner I was getting a headache (I was) at which point she started POUNDING the counter. We spent @ $50, but had we been given a second to think without the stress, probably would have spent much more on accessories as they have the best selection. No thanks! I'll just order from Amazon.

The two gentlemen I dealt with at AutoZone were fantastic in helping me deal with getting a tail light lens out in cold weather. They also provided tools I needed to do the job. They were extremely helpful and friendly and I highly recommend this location.

Tried to return a house product there duralast brake parts and would only be given store credit. Hang onto the receipt is what i learned. Just not how I would do business with people who are returning your name brand products. Who have been shopping at this location for the past decade.

We were traveling with our RV when the check engine light came on our truck. We called and headed over. Michael came right out with a diagnostic tool and gave us the useful information to get things fixed. Then helped find a place to get the work done!

Great service. I had Check Engine light on. The young man who checked the cause for it was knowledgeable, polite and pleasant. He explained what might be wrong and how I could fix it. He showed me how to change the sensor. It worked! Saved me a few hundred dollars in mechanic cost. Thank you very much. If I knew his name, I would mention it here but unfortunately I do not know his name.

Went in for wiper blades expected to have to ask my husband to help put the new ones in to my very pleasant surprise the guy offered to install them for me !! And told me how to see when they needed replaced again I can't recommend these guys enough!!A++++ thank you so much!

Unbelievable customer service with a smile! After a major vehicle stress, Valerie did everything she could to make it right including helping me with the tools and the install in the parking lot. I would recommend AutoZone, and especially the Bozeman location for all your vehicle needs!

If I could give this store and their store manager, Andrew a zero I would! My daughter and her roommate went to purchase a car battery for her car and instead of offering to help them with the installation or informing them that they needed to take it elsewhere for installation, they handed them a bag of incomplete store tools and sent them out the door. I know they re a parts store but my girls didn t know what to do that no one would tell them that it would need to be installed elsewhere. When I called the store manager he said it was because the battery was under the dash and not the hood that they couldn t help them. Hmm, the battery was actually under the hood and not the dash and thankfully after calling several family members they were able to install it by themselves. I m going to have them take it somewhere else to ensure it has been installed safely and properly. I m just appalled at the lack of customer service at this company and their ability to take advantage of and not help two young college kids who have never purchased a car battery on their own. Won t be ever coming back here.

Had a piece of a wiper I had purchased a few months ago break off. Took it in expecting to have to buy a new wiper, but Sage (new employee who had been there all of a month) was on it. She gave me a new wiper, exchanged it in the system so I didn t have to pay for it, and then installed it herself before the snow came in. Love AutoZone.

Came in looking for a specific part for our Sierra. Cory and George were both very polite and engaging. Everyone was very knowledgeable about the specific part we needed. George even recommended we buy an additional part that may need to be replaced as well. They were able to place a special order and it will be arriving in 2 days. Thank you to the Autozone staff for your kindness and hospitality. We will be back.

As soon as this young man saw me, he greeted me with a smile and asked me if I needed any help. Of course I needed help! I didn't know what I was doing lol. He was kind enough to help me from beginning to end and all the while having a huge smile on his face. He was very polite, friendly, patient, and what he didn't know, he found out right away. Definitely one of the best experiences I've had here. Thank you, Corey, for your amazing customer service!!!

Had to get a new battery installed on Easter Sunday and Sage got right on it. She noticed my coolant was low also and took care of that . I always have good service here.

Too bad!! This is the worst I have ever been treated being told by Chad that I should be happy he s even helping me!! Wow then when he finally decided that he would help me I got denied my core charge refund that s 36 dollars but you get charged 22 at the oriellys which by the way helped me and accepted my tribal id, that is the reason I was denied my core charge. They accept Mexico identification and all Mexico legal alien identification but the state that I was born in in the country I was born in I got treated like I wasn t from this country, which for your information is a federally accepted form of identification, that s what the female manager told me, they had me so frustrated I was in tears leaving this place un real!!! Horrible customer service!!!!!

I purchased a can of tire shine used it once shortly ( this is how one would tell if product is working for them or not ) simply wanted to due even exchange same price but the one I wanted was shiner. I was told no absolutely not by asst mgr PICKETT, and two other employees. I was absolutely shocked now keep in mind I'm a frequent customer there in there all the time built up tremendous points I refuse to go anywhere else I've written reviews before tremendously good and now this is the customer service that I get I am never coming back over a can of tire shine this place has changed management has changed employees and has gone downhill to such a degree it's not even worth stepping foot in there anymore I advise other customers to be not step foot in. No way ,customer service is at it's absolute worst.

Oriellys makes this place look terrible. People just standing around and there is hardly any inventory for bulbs or wipers on the floor. Don t waist your time, o Reillys was fully stocked with everything I needed and I had options.

Paul was the most helpful and friendly employee I've ever experienced, at any auto parts store I've ever been too.Passing through town, RV check engine light came on. Handed him the code reader. Before I knew it, out he comes with his phone. Has a video with directions. Let me use all the tools I needed. All the parts were in stock. Great experience, must have great ownership!
