Excellent customer service! I had a failed attempt to clean the lens of my head lamps with an over the counter kit. I popped in to Kendall Ford Auto Body Shop without an appointment and Becky jumped into action! She was so friendly and professional and got me in with Andrew right away. Andrew resolved my blurred lenses quickly! They were both wonderful to work with. I greatly appreciate the service they provided and for saving my day!

Kendall Ford Collision is jacking up their rates to over twice the market rate, their front office manager Becky has communication issues in that she couldn t receive any of my emails for some reason (I verified her email and sent an email standing right in front of her) and she acts like she would rather not have your business. The reason why two stars instead of 1 is the head of shop Jim who tried to work with my me and apologized that he couldn t do anything about their rates. I appreciate his effort and candor when he implied that their rates are above market and he couldn t say if he would pay them personally. I had good experiences here before Kendall took over, but I will not be back knowing Kendall is charging these incredibly high rates.

My seatbelt buckle broke a few days before a long driving trip. I spoke to parts department (very helpful in finding the correct part) and I ordered the part, which arrived the day before my trip. And that same day before my trip, one of the people in the body shop helped me install the new buckle (I think his name was Jim?), even tho I did not have an appointment. Their prompt service allowed me to have a safer trip on some treacherous roads. Thank you!!

Love this place!! I had a moderate dent that needed to be knocked out (I'm a college kid and didn't want to pay for a new paint job) and a side mirror half knocked off. They were short of staff and booked out a couple months, but managed to squeeze me in within a week. Very cheap price for knocking out the dent, and cleaned up some scratching and re-attached my mirror for no extra price! 100% Would recommend.Service: Body & Trim

Tried to have my truck repaired here. Would ve been great but insurance totaled truck out.
