The team at Audi in Bozeman are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. I went in with a specific vehicle in mind and Max talked me out of it due to modifications made and instead put me into a better car significantly cheaper, with more options. I couldn't be happier with the condition of my Audi A7 Prestige I just drove home with. Shelby was very expedient and patient when explaining the entire process for signing and was more than happy to answer any questions I had. Amazing shopping experience!

Best car buying experience we have ever had. Geran was incredible- understood exactly what we were looking for, never pushy and incredibly informative. Austin in finance was hands down the best- very clear, patient and again, never pushed us in to anything. Amazing team all the way around.

Max Ricci was amazing! So helpful, patient and kind. We never felt pressured and Max and the staff that assisted him were efficient, knowledgeable and truly gave us a wonderful experience buying our first brand new car, a Volkswagen Atlas! Beyond pleased!!

These guys were great! They were in touch every step of the way and I knew exactly what was going on with my vehicle. I was notified immediately when it was completed and was impressed by how clean and beautiful it looked when I got it back. Thank you Audi of Bozeman!!!

They gave me an excellent price on a new Audi with no negotiating required. Everyone I worked with was very friendly. The transaction went smoothly and they had free delivery to my home. I highly recommend Audi Bozeman.

Geran did a great job. We bought a car and had some issues with our subscriptions being activated, he worked with me for a week to resolve the issue. The price was reasonable and upfront. There was no negotiation, easy peasy. Thanks dude! Love the car.

We had a great experience purchasing a new car at Audi/VW Bozeman. Max was a pleasure to work with. He was very knowledgeable and instrumental to us completing the purchase. We never felt pressured to move more quickly. Max met us where we were at in the process. He has followed up since our purchase and let us know we can call or stop by with questions at anytime. We would recommend and look forward to working with Max, Chad and the Audi/VW dealership for our next purchase. Prego!

Buying a car out of state can be a hassle, but working with Caylin made it a lot easier. He was patient, respectful, answered all of my questions and sent me photos and video of everything I asked for. I had a wonderful experience working with him and would highly recommend anyone to him when shopping for a car. He is awesome!!

My buying experience at Audi was exceptional! Colter found me the exact car I wanted, and the fact that I didn t have to negotiate the price made me feel confident that I was not being taken advantage of. Nolan in the service department made my tire swap easy and even took the time to install my ski rack! Thank you for making me an Audi customer for life!

Absolutely had the best car buying experience to date. The sales rep Colter S. was extremely helpful, allowed me to have space while looking over the vehicle but was there if I had any questions, and trusted me test driving alone which in returned gained my trust. When I made the decision to buy my car, he made the process very smooth and was extremely accommodating. 10/10 best dealership and rep I have ever encountered! The dealership really holds to its standards on the cars they sell. I am beyond impressed.

Great experience with this dealership and Colter Smith. We traded in a Lexus, and when the original Audi Q5 we were interested in sold before we could complete the deal, he contacted us THE MINUTE their latest shipment got off the truck. Here's our beautiful new "Essie" - below. :)

Our salesman, Christian at Bozeman Audi, was awesome!He was very knowledgeable about all the different models of vehicles that we looked at. And, if he didn t know the answer to some of our questions, he was very good at obtaining the answer from someone who knew the right answer. He was also never pushy and didn t try to steer us in a direction that we didn t want to go, but instead he was understanding and he listened to us and helped us find a vehicle that we wanted. And for us, mostly importantly he was VERY patient throughout the entire process.Christian ensured we had a great car buying experience and purchased a great car!

Sebastian Delgado is the very best! He was punctual, friendly and respectful throughout my experience through answeing my questions, provided the necessary information and pictures I requested and was a great asset in helping me make an educated decision on flying up from California. I was in and out of the dealership very quickly with nothing to worry or question.From my experience with multiple car purchases, Sebastian and the team at Audi Bozeman are top notch. One of the best car buying experiences I've ever had! This is a no pressure kind of dealership which is very refreshing, they truly want to help you find the right car for you and they offer no-haggle pricing so you don't have to worry about the tricky negotiation you normally would have at a dealership - very straightforward, honest, and I would 100% buy a car here again. Tony and Andreas answered my millions of questions and were so great to work with!

By far the easiest experience I've had at a car dealership. Granger was my sales rep and I would refer him to anyone. In a time when you're waiting and hoping for inventory on top of the uncertainty of a delivery date once you find what you can be nerve-racking. Granger stayed in constant communication and reached out every chance he got, in return, was helpful and upfront when I reached out for updates. First time I felt a dealership actually cared and wanted to make sure you got a car that you wanted and with everything you need with zero pressure and hassle from a car salesman. They even put a big red bow on there for me!I got the ceramic coating and clear bra on my vehicle through them, they did an amazing job! The coating line isn't noticeable unless you're looking for it which I love. Highly recommend this dealership and Granger!

I would recommend working with Danny and Austin to everyone!! Best experience I have had buying a car. Danny answered all my questions let me look at multiple vehicles until I found what I really wanted. He did this with a smile. Austin was amazing with the finance and explained everything and didn't push extras just explained all options. Thank you Audi Bozeman for having such great people!

I used to think highly of this dealership but things change. We took our R8 in for service as the air conditioning wasn t working. We were told 8-10 weeks for parts but they came in 4 weeks. It then took 3 weeks for them to complete the repair. Why? No one can explain. We live 4.5 hours away so we can t just pop over. Last week we were told the car would be done on Thursday. Perfect. My son lives outside of Bozeman and was planning to come home on Friday for the weekend so he could drive it here. But alas, a part is missing and it won t be done until Friday. Still ok. Then on Friday they advise they don t think it will be done by closing. Plan spoiled. I receive a text at 9am on Monday morning the car is ready to go. Really!! You couldn t finish it Friday afternoon. Now I have no way to get the vehicle for a few weeks. Total lack of customer care! But they are not adverse to charging top dollar for the repair. Shameful for a dealership that should be at the top of the game. And by the way, don t bother calling the service department. You will be put on hold for 10 minutes and then go to voicemail. Only 1 out of 5 voicemails were ever returned to me. The GM should be ashamed of this level of service. The Friday my son was hoping to get the car he had to drive to the dealership to speak to someone as no one would pick up the phone or return a vm. Disgusted and will now take our Audi s elsewhere else for service. But side note .they are very good about hounding you to buy a vehicle from them.So as a follow up, on Friday the review posts and I get a voicemail from the service manager very concerned about the review and wants to understand the situation better and how they can fix this. I return his call but he s left for the day (his message did say he was leaving early that day) but for sure we d connect Monday. Now Tuesday afternoon and radio silence. I see where his staff gets their standard set for returning calls.

This is a great dealership full of friendly people. They have very outgoing staff. We have had our car serviced here with prompt attention to detail. We needed a few items for our vehicle and could not get the car there without a tow from Billings. Ryan and Lewis from the parts department were excellent to work with. They took payment over the phone and items were shipped to my house. Great experience.

I purchased a new Audi at Audi Bozeman entirely over the phone and the process was flawless, thanks in large part to the very knowledgeable and helpful salesman. I received a very fair price for my trade-in and my new car was immaculate when I picked it up. Overall, it was an outstanding car-buying experience, and I recommend Audi Bozeman without any reservations.

Colter and Raey are the dream team! They listened to everything we wanted. Helped us find the car of our dreams and kept in contact with helpful information the entire way.
