Like everyone else I make a lot of online purchases from all types of vendors, and I have to say Torque King makes this procedure as pleasant as possible. Good communication, good prices and excellent customer service and prompt shipping. If you're a Roxor owner, I highly recommend putting these guys in your favorites.

The parts I received were of good quality but had fitment issues with one piece that rendered it useless. After I received the parts i called with a couple questions about the parts and the gentleman on the phone was very smug and made it very apparent he didnt have time for me or any of my questions. I would order parts here again but with the understanding customer service is not this companys strong suit.

This was my first time using Torque King, and I was very pleased. The communication was good, and so were the shipping costs and speed of delivery. I would definitely use them again.

I m not in the habit of airing dirty laundry but Torque King has pushed me to my limit. Within the last three weeks I ve spoken to Rick via phone twice about a previous order, got no response for him, so I then left multiple phone messages on their voicemail because they now won t pickup with no return calls. I also left email messages via the site contact us page and again no response from Torque King so, as a last resort I m writing this review.Background - I placed an order #240248 last January, it was shipped Jan 23rd and arrived just fine. Circumstances kept me from beginning the work until Dec 23. On the surface because I missed my 30-day return window this would be my responsibility however I will tell you that this is not the case. My truck has a ZF 6 speed transmission that I ordered parts for. I ordered an overhaul kit, input shaft, reverse gear and reverse idler and some other miscellaneous parts. I inspected parts and all seemed fine. So upon disassembly of my transmission, I discover that I have the S6-750 version of this transmission. Torque doesn t sell the correct input shaft for this transmission although their website doesn t indicate any differently. I simply state Super Duty 1999-2008. So, I ordered and not only did I receive the incorrect part. The input shaft is not for a Ford ZF-S6-750, it s a for a GM ZF-650. Okay, so back to the top, I contacted Torque King and spoke with Rick in parts explained the issue and from there I heard nothing back, I called again spoke with Rick again and once again nothing back. I tried to reach them via phone however they chose to not pick up my calls and ignore my repeated phone email messages were not answered.This remains a simple issue to fix however Torque King refuses to remedy the situation by refunding this brand new but useless part I have. My review of Torque King was great until this issue arose. So, if you only bought parts from them, I imagine you had a good experience as I did. But if an issue arises that falls outside of their terms of service you just might be screwed like I ve been. A business that wants to keep its customers would do better than this. I suspect I ll get a reply from them trying to justify their position just as they have done with other posters. Bottom line is carefully consider dealing with this company before you give them any of your hard-earned money. Torque King - you definitely earned this negative review!

Best online store to buy parts. Never had a problem. Ordered many parts for many different trucks I ve owned over the past 6 years. I don t care if it cost a bit more. The knowledge and information on the site is the best

Over the years I have needed drivetrain parts for second gen dodge cummins ( 1995-2001). They always have the parts and shipping is quick. The people that answer the phones are knowledgeable, helpful and professional. Probably one of the best shops in the Rocky Mountains region.

What a joke. Waited 3 weeks for a part i boughy from them and nothing. Called and was notified that they dont have the part. Not even a notification email. First and last time i will buy from them!

This place is fantastic great customer service. Rich listened to our problem that we needed parts the next day. At 3:00 in the afternoonhe went and check that the needed parts were in stock and made sure they were shipped over night to us. We received the parts by 10:00 the next day. When we need parts in the future we will buy from Torque King. Thanks again for great customer service.

Torque king helped me out exponentially with the rebuild of my 95 eddied Bauer f150.Had everything I needed on the shelf and incredibly knowledgeable about the axel in question.have gone back since for parts for my jeep,ranger and anything I may need for my 2011 when that occasion arises.life time Customer

Good parts but they price gouge because they know they can get away with it. Also everytime I order something I have to remind them a week later to ship my part! Even with expensive express shipping thats pointless at that point!!!

Do business here! I'm not joking. I ordered a part, it arrived and had a missing piece. The piece that was missing is not the story. The response by the staff and the customer service is the story. I called, they owned the issue, and even when I was pretty short with one of their staff, that didn't change how they fixed the problem. They sent a new part, and went above and beyond to get it to me quickly. So the long and the short of it is this, their price was competitive, their original shipping was fast, the missing piece was probably a manufacturer error, and they owned it. They shipped a new one, and basically let me rant a little about the inconvenience. Great staff who truly understand customer service even when things go a little sideways. I guarantee you, I'll do more business here!

First off, even if you never pay for a part from them, the sheer amount of information compiling they have done makes them a great reference for finding the right info. As for the rest of their services, I've never expedited shipping and feel that everything still gets to me in very good time, and their prices have been very good for the quality of parts. I even had what is probably a fluke of a missing small part in a transfer case rebuild kit that was shipped out quickly at no extra charge. I'm definitely a life ling customer

Had the pleasure to speak to ya'll about getting a replacement input shaft yoke for my divorced NP 205 on my 1977 F250. The wealth of knowledge the folks here have has alongside the wonderfully detailed website with diagrams of this particular transfer case allowed an amateur like me to truly understand the workings of this particular part. They were able to assemble the appropriate hardware, and I got an extra yoke just in case. Even though I live way out in the Catskill Mountains in New York- they have made a life-long customer out of me. I'll be getting whatever parts I need from Torque King from now on. It couldn't have been more of a streamlined and relaxed process, and I am looking forward to receiving these parts and getting my truck running before winter hits.Many thanks to Chris- he was invaluable in helping me understand the part I ordered, and how it is installed. He even took his time to explain to an amateur mechanic like me and it really means a lot. Hard to come by companies like Torque King nowadays so we have to support them.

Based on some concern that the wrong parts were shipped to me, a second complete order was expedited at no cost. Turns out the original order was correct, but I really appreciate Torque King contacting me about the concern and working to get me parts and keep my project moving. Looking forward to buying more parts from Torque King in the future. Thanks for the great service.

Purchased a part for my 4x4 pickup. The part arrived reasonably fast. The downside is that the part did not fit. It was marketed as fitting my application. The part was returned and another one was sent out quickly. During this time customer service emails were prompt and professional. The second part sent out did not fit as well. Again, a prompt & professional email was sent out to investigate why the part did not fit my truck. My old, original part was just re-used because it fit perfectly. Torque King appears to be a good company and keeps up with their customers questions/concerns. I just wish the part fit with no problems. I would do business with them again.

Ordered a boot for my driveshaft slip joint. It was packaged with the label torn off so the part number could not be verified. Surprise surprise it was too big. After several phone calls and emails I was able to get a response to return the item. The rep was very reluctant to admit they sent me the wrong part, even worded it to try to blame it on me somehow. I sent it back on my dollar and had to call 2 weeks after they received it because there was no refund showing up. Still no refund, had to end up having my credit card co dispute the charge. I understand we are in a pandemic but goodness. I wanted to give 2 stars to be nice but: 1 wrong part sent, 2 trying to blame me for having received a part I didn't order? and 3 I paid return shipping and apparently no refund.

Made an order last week for some Dana 44 service/rebuild manuals. They had prompt shipping and got what I ordered with good communication from Torque King 4x4 and accurate tracking info. What else could you ask for? I will be a returning customer I'm sure.

I needed some obscure parts for a 1996 Ram 2500. It was dust shields, shield spacers, and hub bearing-knuckle bolts. Those shield spacers aren't in production anymore and I ordered the new ones without knowing that. No big deal! I got a call from Torque King and they offered to either try to track down a second one (they only had one) or send me a used pair that they had that were in good condition and refund me the difference. It was probably the easiest customer service I've ever had besides my local shop. It was awesome and I'm extremely pleased with what they sent me. The used spacers are in great condition and my bolts and shields are brand new. I will definitely be coming back to these guys as my truck ages and needs more parts.

have the best price for oil needed for nv4500. have a lot of the hard to find parts for nv4500, customer service is great, when my one orders ended got stuck on back order from a inventory problem they informed me and when the parts came they in stock they upgraded the order to 2 day shipping at no extra charge. on one other order they upgraded to 2 day at no extra charge

Well the service was fine and delivery was prompt. However, I was irritated by the survey delivery, the email sent to review purchase experience started with 'Dear -->', may be petty but after spending over 400$ on my first purchase I would expect to atleast have the email be addressed to me by name, not an arrow

For starters stop selling the wrong parts. And then not taking the product back. If you are looking for a bolts for you 4x4 please dont wast your money. I even called as soon as the where deliver. They have a 10% resocking fee. And even if they sent you the wrong parts you ate lyable. So please do not use these rip offs.

Very impressed with this company. Ordered a range fork for a transfer case and it was delivered NEXT DAY and all the way to south Florida. Forgot some parts on that order so had to put in another order after I recieved the range fork and same thing, had the parts NEXT DAY. Really looking forward to future transactions! Thank you!!!!

I ordered my parts a week ago and the have not shipped I called 4 days ago and they said they would ship the following day they did not I called again today and they said they would ship today again they did not so I have to wait another weekend for my $900 dollar purchase to possibly ship for it to get here a week later
