If I could give 10 stars I would! Erik & his crew always take such good care of us and keep us running. Nice small business feel we love coming back to! The whole entire staff is so friendly and amazing. I'll never go anywhere else!

Just wanted to throw up a quick shoutout for Erik at Tire Rama in Billings. I recently had an issue during a cross-country trip, and out of all the local tire shops I called, Erik went above and beyond to help me out. Ultimately, he didn't have what I needed because the tire size I needed was very bespoke, but he still took the time to give a few references and even text me after with a few pointers on alternate solutions. I can't recommend him enough! Very appreciative and grateful for all the help, thanks Erik!

When you walk into this establishment, you feel welcomed and definitely get the feeling these guys want to help. I had some car trouble and had a nasty flat beyond repair. I knew I needed new tires, which I didn't have the funds for. Eric and the crew took care of and put my truck back on the road again. Eric found some nice used tires for my truck that I could afford for the time being. I recommend this place to anyone. Eric and his crew are 2nd to none!!

Eric needs to learn how to talk to people. A customer asking a question should not result in Eric being defensive. And then lecturing the customer about how he knows everything about vehicles because he drag races. Just because you're a tire "professional" doesn't mean you are good at it, Eric.I will be buying a tire to match my warrantied tire from another store. Since Eric knows that a mismatched tire would not cause any axle noises. Once the axle has matching tires the sound goes away.

I had a fantastic experience at Tire Rama, thanks in large part to the store manager, Eric. Eric's knowledge and expertise were invaluable in helping me choose the right tires for my vehicle. He went above and beyond to ensure I got the best value and service possible. The entire team at Tire Rama was friendly and efficient, making my visit a breeze. I'm a satisfied customer, and I'll definitely be returning for any future tire needs. Kudos to Eric and the entire Tire Rama team

Cannot say enough about this shop, Erik, and his staff! He won't quit until he finds the issue, fits you in wherever he can, is thoughtful of your schedule and needs! He's done my wheels and tires, repaired my issues, made me come back to tighten lug nuts for no charge just to make sure we're safe on the road! Outstanding crew, outstanding business! Clean inside, comfortable, coffee and ice cream :-). Will always call them first!!

Great experience. Owner definitely took great care of me- removed a nail and patched the tire, remounted and replaced spare back to under-vehicle storage mount in less than 30 minutes, for an impossible to beat deal. Treated with kindness, respect and efficiency. Also overheard him telling another customer on the phone that he had "miles and miles and miles" left before he would need new brakes. Obviously does right by his customers. Will be bringing all my vehicle needs here.

Absolutely amazing shop. I came in to have them check my tires, and even though they were busy they took the time to go over my tires and answer questions and make sure the tires were balanced.Eric, the manager was wonderful. This man has integrity in spades. He went way above and beyond to make sure everything with my vehicle was taken care of. I highly recommend this place

6 years ago I left the below review! Today Eric just made my whole day! A lot goes into that statement! After the year I have had. I have many angels looking out for me and I m sure one of them tapped Eric s shoulder and he made a very stressful situation into an extremely easy situation! I am so thankful for this place and the team! Buy all your tires from this place! Hunter and his crew was amazing.. helped me out so I could get home and will be back for a whole new set.

The customer service here once again came to my rescue. The manager/owner has such pride in operating a respectable business, doing right by people. He goes above and beyond, exceeding all expectations. I feel specially-treated by all the staff.....but in observing, everyone is treated that way. Highly recommend this service center .

Eric the manager at this location has gone out of his way to take care of me time and time again. Buy tires for my family cars and my business here. Probably at least 10 sets by now.Their oil change program is great (first three are a fair price and the fourth one is free!), and there no hassle warranty is I think the best in the business and worth the extra money.Highly recommend anybody give them a try.

Eric & his team @ Tire Rama Grand Ave are amazing!! Tire came off the rim of our truck. Called Eric, told him what happened & that it was getting towed. He said have them bring it here we will fix you up. Absolutely the Best Customer Service & vehicle care in Billings!!

I started by shopping online on Friday 9/09/22. Found the tires I wanted and set an appointment for next weekend. Got a text from Erik within an hour letting me know that he could fit me in on Saturday 9/10 if I didn't want to wait. On Saturday morning he confirmed the tires so I headed down. He had me in and out in no time. The tire tech did a great job. My truck looks a lot better with bigger shoes. Will definitely come back when it's time for my daily driver to get new tires. Thanks Erik!

Always great service! Erik and his team are excellent. We do all of our vehicle maintenance here. From brakes, AC, tires, to filters, shocks and pretty much everything else. Much more reasonably priced than any dealership for routine maintenance and repairs!Plus they have locations all over, making it the most convenient place for tire care needs vehicle maintenance!

I wouldn't go anywhere else!I can ALWAYS trust those guys, they always provide me with the best service and the best prices.I keep coming back since I bought my vehicle 2 years ago.It's rare to find a shop you can completely trust, and we all know repairs can be expensive. This place always provides me with the best customer service, the best products and the best prices. I recommend them 100%

I wrote a negative review before because of one experience, but every experience since then has been positive. Erik and his team have taken good care of our vehicle. His mechanic came in on a Saturday to help my mom because her truck broke down while she was in town visiting from out of state. Erik warned her about other things that could be potentially harmful on her truck down the road. I m happy to take my vehicle back here and highly recommend them to others.

Today was my lucky day of driving g over two nails with my rear tires. Erik was so kind and took care of our car right away! He was very helpful and so kind. I had my two toddlers with me and they made our trip speedy and took great care of us! I ll definitely e going back there for future services!

I needed air in my tire earlier today, so I stopped in. Turns out there was a nail in the tire. I didn't have time for a patch right then and there, so I came back later in the evening. The guys remembered me & got my vehicle in asap. They patched the tire and took care of it free of charge - which was completely unexpected. I'm very grateful for their kindness and generosity. Would highly recommend.

I have had a great experience each time with Tire-Rama and its employees. Not only were they very helpful in helping me find the right tires for my needs and price, but they have been great about repairing a tire or two when a slow leak eventually occurs. I would recommend them to anybody in town based on my personal experience. They were especially great about getting me in so close to a holiday weekend, which I was immensely greatful for!

We came to Billings the night before my son was scheduled for hip surgery and when I got in my vehicle early the next morning to transport him to the surgery center, I had a low tire. I prayed we would make it to the surgery center before it went flat. I only had a few hours while he was in surgery to find a tire shop and get it fixed before we had a two hour drive home. I stopped at Tire-Rama and Erik worked me right in and was so sympathetic. Another gentleman told me my vehicle was done and when I went to pay my bill, it was on the house. I was so touched by the generosity of Erik and I will be forever grateful for his act of kindness! God Bless you! I give you a 10 star rating!

So impressed with the customer service at this location! I came in with a slow leak in one of my tires. Not only did they fix it at no cost but they also drove me to my house and back. It's not easy to find a place that offers rides anymore, but I am especially impressed when they were providing me my service at no cost. I will be back!

Eric and his crew at tire Rama on Grand are amazing!! 7:30 in the morning. Black Friday, my wife out doing her shopping, ended up with a flat tire. Went above and beyond to get her put back together so she could finish her day! Highly recommended. No reason to look anywhere else!

This tire store has been my #1 choice for years. The friendly, professional service is consistent and just one of the features that brings me back time and again. It was evident they were very busy when I stopped in Friday, but my flat tire was repaired with skill and expedience.
