Fast friendly professional service. I took my Buick LeSabre in for a no start situation and new front brakes. They had it diagnosed, called me with very reasonable estimates for the work and had it all done the same day. I'm very pleased with their work and I will definitely be back if I have anymore trouble. Highly recommend.

These guys are the best. Professional. Knowledgeable. Fair in pricing. I trust them completely. They will go above and beyond to give a customer excellent service. I will not go anywhere else. AND they have cream soda for sale in their soda machine! I was waiting for my vehicle one day and made this delicious and welcomed discovery. You hardly ever see cream soda as a selection! Just one more reason I love going there!

I was looking for a shop to do a road force test on some tires I was having an issue with. I got the pleasure of speaking with Nick on the phone. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional and patient. They were ready for my vehicle at the scheduled time and found my issue was a bad tire from the manufacturer (bought online not from Stanley's). Rather than waiting for a new tire to ship I decided to buy a new set. They had them on my vehicle in record time.I highly recommend this shop and will be returning in the future. Thanks Nick!

My friend hooked me up with this business, very nice, helpful, and even offer rides while your vehicle is being serviced. They do alot more than tires!

The employees were very accommodating. However if you are looking for touchless mounting and balancing for custom oversized wheels I do NOT recommend them. I documented the wheels when I dropped off and upon picking them up one wheel was gouged in two different places. They were not familiar with the new touchless machine and was told by an employee and the owner they had to have a rep show them how to run it. The owner did not even want to hear my concern, and stated they have absolutely no responsibilities in what happened. Bad customer service.

They went over what needed done but didn't start work until they had consent, and the work was done within a couple hours of when I dropped it off. The price was reasonable and they clarify any questions that I had. The staff was kind and considerate. I do believe I found my mechanic and I suggest them to any family or friends. Thanks guys!

I am a Physician's Associate/Assistant student rotating through Billings for 6 weeks. I am living in a little teardrop camper carrying my dirt bike on the back. Obviously trying to live on a budget. I experienced horribly uneven wear on the camper and the fellah's at Staley's tried to match me with their tires but when they couldn't they called around and found some at another tire shop. 10/10 would go back. Thanks lads.

On a move to Washington we encountered a flat on route 90 late at night. So 7:30 am we entered the store. Spoke to a gentleman there and they said he could fit us in by 8. 7:45am they pulled the car in and changed all 4 tires. We were only delayed 1 hour. Many thanks to the crew at Staley's!!

Staley s saved my vacation! An undiagnosed alignment issue resulted in the need for new tires over 1000 miles from home. My entire experience at Staley s was professional and accommodating. My appointment was cheerfully scheduled to accommodate the unique needs of car repair on a road trip. In the shop I was kept up to date and informed with the progress and diagnosis of my vehicle. The staff is knowledgeable, professional, and accommodating. I wish I had Staley s at home!!

Got a couple of new tires and they mounted and balanced them. They found one of my upper ball joints was bad and let me know. Good experience and friendly service.

I inherited my mother's 9 year old beetle. Tires 10 years old with only 25000 miles in them. Tires looked ok, but the people there pointed to things I would not have not noticed. Setup an appointment and within 45 minutes I was gone and safe with four new tires. Was even presented a good, better, best solution. I'll use this company again.

Worst ever, I went in because my car was wearing tires weird. Right away they said well se if it s even alignable. Then they put it on the rack and stood there for 10 minutes and never even looked under the car. They then said they can t align it because something is bent or something maby, but who knows what. I then to a good shop that looked and said everything looks great and it was easy to align it. I think there just grump and lazy.

Staley's is a great place. I have bought tires from Harry Staley and his staff for to many years to actually remember. It's a family business. Pricing is good and they take care of their customers.

The absolute best place in Billings to get tires and repairs! Best prices every single time I've shopped around. Outstanding customer service! Nick, Marty, and Mark at the front desk are extremely knowledgeable and on top of things every time. Fast, clean, fair, and honest. Always leave satisfied knowing the job is done right the first time and my vehicle is safe to drive. Big thank you to everyone at Staley's on Central for keeping me on the road!!!

Very quick and friendly service, nice and affordable. We loved close by so figured we d stop by when we had a flat they were able to fix my tire very swiftley it was honestly one of the best service I ve gotten from a shop in a long time! Thanks so much for everything!

Everyone there was super helpful and respectful. They stopped what they were doing and talked to us about our options before doing anything else, showing me that there was no shenanigans at hand. They even went into their break room and got my wife a diet coke when the vending machine robbed her. The whole experience was great overall, the only reason it wasn't a 5 star review is that nobody likes spending money on their cars when they are only a couple years old.

The sevice was great! It was clean inside and out. The people working in the garage was super friendly and the price was fair for or tire repair. We own a 2013 Mini Cooper Countrymen and we are very picky about whom we let work on it. European Performance recommened them. GREAT CHOICE!

I have been going to Staley's for 20 years. They do not recommend unnecessary products or work. They are definitely pro customer vs wanting your money. I have been told several times when they believe I do not yet need new tires or work done to my vehicles. Wry honest, very trustworthy.

I called the day before we started a holiday road trip and the got us in for a bearing repair. During the appointment I realize we needed a rotation as well and they got that in too!But what really impresses me is their service manager, Russ. He sat with an older woman who needed a new alternator. He told her "you're going to need a new battery soon as a result, but I know that would be a big hit right now". He didnt push it at all, but made it clear it would be necessary.That's how you can tell you're working with good people.Just hey fellas, remember to turn the automatic headlights back on when you're done!

These guys are always on it! Expect prompt tire service whether it's for an appointment for new tires or an emergency stop due to an unexpected nail or 2 after a dump run. They even have used inventory available for that unexpected ruined tire that just wasn't in the budget. These guys do it right the first time, every time. They've proven themselves over and over.

Location is easy to find. Customer care and service is efficient & friendly. Comfortable waiting area available with tv, popcorn, restrooms and beverage options from water & coffee to a soda vending machine. Only comment would be that the service area for an alignment is different from the tire service area but they took care of that and it was no inconvenience. Pleased with their professional service.

Incredibly kind, incredibly quick, incredibly efficient. Had tire issues driving from Omaha up to Seattle, they were very gracious and patient with helping. Very kind crew.
