Honestly the best experience out of any body shop I ve ever been too! The staff was professional, kind, and courteous. We had a neighbor wreck our bumper and the whole experience was a bit stressful but Rimrock Auto Body made it as stress free on their end as possible! They even patched up a few other parts of the car while repairing the bumper. I would definitely recommend Rimrock Auto Body for any auto body needs! My boyfriend and I are very pleased and will use them for all our auto body needs in the future.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My experience with Rimrock Auto Body was off-the-charts fantastic! They did a truly superb job of repairing my car. It is not just my perception-- many people have commented on how good it looks. Not only that, the customer service was exceptional as well. I could not recommend them highly enough!

Great service. I went off of the reviews online to find this place, I am so glad I did. They were able to get my car in for repair right away. Had it fixed within the time frame they said they would. So pleasant to talk to on the phone they were able to answer my questions and make me feel everything was going to be okay with my car in their hands. All around very happy with the service I received at Rimrock Auto Body.

I absolutely recommend to check this place out, as it is one of the longest-standing auto body shops in Billings. I see some of the Rimrock's antagonist Google reviews, and they're emotionally driven, impulsive and downright inaccurate. A fact not a lot of people know about Rimrock's Auto Body shop is the new management - which has had a positive impact on their work quality and moral. If you've had a pessimistic view or experience, go back and have a conversation with their new manager. He has 30+ years of auto body experience and knows what he is talking about. The new team there, with a collective century+ of experience, will take your car from despicable to impeccable!

My brand new car was recently involved in an accident. Rimrock Auto had it for over two months, and when I finally got the call to pick up the car, the condition of it was appalling. When I came to pick it up they had awkwardly backed it into a parking spot to deliberately hide the sloppy body work, major panel gaps, water in the "brand new OEM" tail lights, and partially unfinished, unpainted edges on the replaced panels. The situation was even worse when I got into the car; the formerly pristine interior was COVERED in dirt and dust. The seats, dashboard, and buttons were caked in filthy shop mess, not a single surface was even remotely clean. The entire car also reeked of paint smell-no odor on the outside, but the fumes were so strong inside the car it would be impossible to drive without the windows down. I refused the car until they could fix it properly, and the only thing I got in response was "uhh I guess we'll call you in a week or so." Don't waste your time here. They're sloppy and unprofessional.Edit: Two weeks later, the car was returned with a cleaned interior, but the panel work will never look as good as it should. Cannot emphasize enough how much you should avoid this place. American Auto Body does much better work.

So I've heard some mix things about this place but I figured, hey, why not give this place a chance. I have to say I'm glad I got my car fixed here. They are under new management, and their goal is customer service, always making sure they please the customer. Manager is a very nice person and will do what it takes to make you happy. My car turned out really well and it was very clean. Definitely will recommend to anybody!

UPDATE!!!! Took my vehicle to a body shop and found that they didn't even fix my bumper they just glued it on!!! Glad the body shop I took it to is fixing it CORRECTLY. I'm so glad my glued on bumper didn't come flying off on the interstate. But I guess RIMROCK got the money from the insurance company so they don't care.HORRIBLE experience My brand new car was involved in a accident. The rear bumper needed painted so they said.. well after 2 days there was drops of excess paint. They told me they would fix it.. just tried to buff it out and ended up scratching the paint and refused to correct it! Pretty sad I will never go here again!

I recently had a snow plow hit the side of my car. I took it to Rimrock Auto Body for an estimate. They were prompt, friendly, and informative. They did a great job repairing my car, and were spot on with the estimate. I hope to avoid body work in the future, but if I do need it I will come back to have it done at Rimrock.

I highly recommend using them if the need for auto body repair occurs. Their Customer Satisfaction and Service is spot on. My experience with them far exceeded my expectations. I drove more than 150 miles for my needed repairs and I am glad I did.

Took our car here to get the front bumper fixed. They had our car from the 9th to the 21st. They claimed the car had more damage but didn t tell us in detail what was taking so long. ( we were told our car would be done by the 18th) When we got our car back we noticed the front bumper wasn t sanded well nor painted well either...poor Customer service and lack of communication. Best to just be honest with customers in the 1st place

Was in my first fender bender and they worked very well with geico and got it all done pretty quick. Car is good as new and they even quoted me for fixing the shopping cart dents without pressure.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

This ppace rules! I think the lady at the front desk name is jessica...? She was very helpful. Forget the dude who fixed my window that was stuck (had glasses? Defos had some tattoos) was super rad and fix the window in a jip! These people are flat out righteous. Thank you!

I need to apologize for my first review. The detail work was not the greatest but we didn t give them a chance to make it right. As for the hood it still isn t quite right but we didn t take it back to them to let them make it right. Honestly we thought we were going to the best place in Billings to work on our Mercedes Benz after it went off the road in icy conditions but they didn t finish the work and my fender liner wasn t repaired properly and some damage under the bumper also wasn t fixed properly even though they charged thousands of dollars to repair since we didn t notice it right away they are just saying that we must have had another accident with this car which is not the case we just didn t think we had to crawl under it to check their work and now they won t finish the job we had them paid for.

Worst place ever!!! Four hours of training and then you re left by yourself to figure it out. I would have the guys work on my vehicle but not under the current management!!!! All he cares about is money not your car!!
