After being stupid and trying the dealership way, I took my 6.6 durmax here to get looked out due to an engine noise. It was a clogged radiator and causing the engine to overheat. They cleaned it out and got a new temperature sensor and the old girl ran great. Rick knows his stuff and have great prices.

Very Knowledgeable, honest and professional. They fixed my truck and got it back on the road in a very short amount of time. I will definitely be a return customer! FYI, He knows a lot about Fords!

Had a 4in installed on my 7.3l. They have always gotten the work done in the tiime they claimed, prices are reasonable.

Did a great job making my 6.0 ford diesel better than new. Took my truck for a 1000 mile trip to have this shop bullet proof and basically give the engine a new life! I even save about 4-5 gallons a week of fuel now; good automotive group.

Rick was AMAZING and his mechanics. We are from Topeka, KS and had a motor-home that wouldn't run over 20 miles an hour and he looked at it and was the Catalytic converter and he sent us to JR's for them to put on and they didn't even charge us for figuring out the problem. THEY WERE AWESOME. I would give 10 stars if I could. Patti Hill

I wouldnt trust anyone else with my truck. Troy and Rick are awesome, they do exactly what you ask of them, at a very reasonable price. Thanks for taking such good care of me.

Best shop in Billings. Rick does his best to get you in and back running ASAP. Only guys I trust with my truck. They do what they say and do it right. Always had top notch service.

I can't say enough for this place! I called on a Wednesday day with a big problem with my Duramax and I was 200 miles away in Yellowstone on vacation. The said he could get me in right away. So I left my family in our fifth wheel and limped it in. They got me back up and running the next day. I was able to finish our vacation. I very much appreciate all these people did for me and my situation. I live 400 miles from Pro Tech Automotive if I ever have any other diesel problems I'll have no problems driving here to get done right, thank you all.

Rick Simmons is an awesome guy with a badass team of high tech mechanics. They really know what they are doing and for a fair price backed by reputation! My 2015 Cummins was made even better and I couldn't possibly be happier...... :)

Don't take a vehicle here. Unless of course you don't want to see it for months. Then when you finally get your car back. There's nothing done that you ask to fix. This place is unprofessional very unprofessional I do not recommended at all. Beware

I broke down in Billings at the Conoco Trading Post. The lady at Conoco was very helpful and suggested Pro Tech. Pro Tech immediately got my pickup into the shop and I was back on the road as soon as possible. Everyone was very helpful.
