I rolled into town Sunday night with a bad trailer tire. Pomps opened at 7am sharp Monday and had me fixed up in 30 minutes with a fresh tire and wheel that they had found cracked. It doesn t get better than this. Professional!

My house guest blew a tire & called me for help. Pomp's allowed me to borrow a jack in order to get the tire off the vehicle & bring it to them. They replaced the tire quickly and got my guest back on their big road trip. They were amazed at Pomp's willingness to allow us to borrow a tool without knowing us or charging us. Pomp's represented their value of helping people in need. Thank you.

This shop was more than helpful to us! They fixed our car brought attention to issue needing repair but we re not pushy and stayed realistic. They kept it honest kept it real and got us back on the road in a timely manner. They were more than willing to listen to our issues with our most recent visit to a different repair shop. They gave us good advice and helpful hints on finding quality mechanics without ever saying a bad word about our previous experience with another shop. We are very great full to have dealt with these people.

Amazing friendly service. Super fast easy to work with. Every employee was polite and enjoying themselves. If every blown tire I had got changed as quickly and with such polite service I have many hours back on my clock over the years. Would recommend anyone that needs service to use Pomp s.

The gentleman who preformed an alignment on my vehicle, this happened to the new rack and pinion I had installed. Went to make them aware of what happened and the completely denied they did that. The guy there was real rude.

Jeremy, Cody, and Charity and the rest of Jeremy's crew are wonderful! We surely appreciate the good local service they give the community of Lockwood and beyond. I purchased a set of Bridgestone Blizzak tires for my Buick and it changed the way my car drives in the snow. I am very happy with my tires and the great service we always get at Whalen Tire.

Just as I was about to leave Billings for the holiday weekend I noticed a clicking in my tire that alerted me to a screw in my tire. I pulled off in Lockwood and called Pomp s. Soo appreciative that they squeezed me in before the holiday weekend and provided me with such prompt service. I can now safely travel with my son. Thank you soo much!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone in need.

Awesome guys! We were on a road trip with the kids and ran over something on the highway. They had us in and out super fast, and no nonsense. They did a quick patch up while we waited in the car. It took maybe 30 minutes (or less), and the price was right. I highly recommend this place for fast and friendly service.

Got me a trailer tire for 60 bucks out the door. was done in about a hour way better than the 600 dollars loves got me for the next day in waterloo IA the employee's knew their stuff and did a outstanding job. pomps are now taking them over so i will definitely be back for my tire needs when coming through good job guys!

They were great . Great bunch of people. Their supplier was horrible though - took them hours to bring the tires across town. Long wait for the tires, but Pomp's staff was great.

I had 2 tires go flat on a 53' trailer; 1 blow out & knocked the auto inflation off the other. These guys were busy, right before closing time, and got me fixed up and rolling fast. Great service, I would definitely recommend.

The Staff was Amazing very knowledgeable and on the ball. However their supplier was very slow to deliver the tires across town. I will absolutely make this my tire shop.

My tires were very low with the cold weather and every gas stations air was out of order. They filled up my tires no charge no questions asked. Will definitely be coming here next for tires. Great place.

Completely terrible service. Brought my vehicle in at 9am, at 10am was told it would about two hours. I waited 3 hours and didnt recieve a call so I went down there. Car still wasn't finished and no one greeted me or told me it would be an additional 3 hours. Terrible customer service they should be embarrassed.

Consider this a YELP review. That's 6 smiling faces, which is infinitely better than 6 stars.A little back story... After scheduling an alignment with another tire shop, we showed up and a wide-eyed young man exclaimed "we can't fit your truck in our bay!" Well, we HAD to have that alignment TODAY. So I proceeded to call over 15 shops in the Billings area. I understand that it was short notice, but it blows my mind that two others said they had space, only to second guess this when I requested they verify they can fit my truck. All told, 7 of the 15 do NOT have room for a *stock F350 long bed truck*.Anyway, one of the other shops recommended Whalen Tire. And when I explained my situation, they said, "how soon can you be here?"Thank you, Whalen Tire. Ya'll made our day!

We had a flat tire in Buffalo Wyoming and went to Big Horn Tire, they stated that they patched the tire. Fast forward 2 hours and we're in Billings Montana and we have a low pressure light come on again.We stopped at Whalen Tire and they were fantastic. They got us right in and pulled the tire off. Whalen found a piece of wire in the tire and said "no one patched this tire this morning." They stopped what they were doing to get us back on the road. Very friendly staff.

These boys changed my truck tire like I was on a racetrack at the Indy 500. Sony pulling up checking in to the time I was pulling off was less than 30 minutes. And the only reason why I took that long is because it took 10 minutes to get the approval from my home office. And still cost less than t a, loves or Flying J.

Brought my pickup in with a screw in the tire and within minutes they had the tire off and getting it fixed. My coffee didn't have a chance to get cold.Highly highly recommended them.

I had an alignment done and my truck was wandering all over the road after. Had to go to another shop to get it realigned. Better now. Not sure what they did but I won't be back.

I took my car in for new tires. They were all very nice and fast. It took an hour for my tires. Very easy to work with too. I would go there again for sure.

Came here because my fianc� and I own an rv and it was leaking air out of one of the tires, they were very quick on responding to the situation. They were very helpful. I apologize I do not remember the name of the employee that helped us. But we thank you guys very much you saved us from a lot of heartache.
